This place was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds for everyone. The living room and kitchen were super spacious and was only a short drive to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone staying in Mammoth!

Great ski trip! This is a large house and accommodated all 10 of us - ages 10 to 84 - very well. It was just a short trip to the slopes. Hot tub is smaller but we just took turns (could fit 3-4 at a time).

Beautiful neighbor on the Sierra star golf course. The house was fantastic! It was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Jacuzzi was clean and had great jets. We all had a very fun weekend and enjoyed the accommodations very much. We did have a few minor items come up over the long weekend, but the rental agency was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

First time to beautiful Mammoth Lakes, and we lucked out with this beautiful, quiet condo on a golf course. The condo is well stocked and the furnishings are nice. Easy to check in and out.

We have stayed in many vacation homes, and most hosts, at least at this price point, go above and beyond to make the stay feel very special. In this situation, we felt "processed", and like the attention to detail was missing. With 10 people for 3 nights, they left about 8 towels and 3 little tubes of shampoo. There was no bottle of wine, snacks, or welcome note... The jaccuzzi needed cleaning... Nothing was really bad, but nothing "wowed" us either.

Excellent customer service!
We received a phone call on our way there that the oven was not working. They informed us that they gave us a extra toaster oven and air fryer. There was also a bbq on the deck if needed. On our last night I went to use the Bbq and could only get one burner to light. I called the VRBO host number and she had someone there in less than 30 minutes. The Bbq was fixed and dinner was delicous! They had all the solutions and were vested in us enjoying our time at this unit. The unit overall was beautiful and we will certainly rebook this unit again.

Good for families
Overall great stay. The kitchen oven knob broke off and we were unable to use the oven, but the stovetop worked fine so it was not a huge problem for us. Our family of 10 had plenty of space. Hot tub is small, made to seat 3 — we just took turns. Fireplace and bbq grill were nice to use. Management was responsive with early check-in and late check out requests. Would stay again.

This is a wonderful property great for a family or even two families. Beautiful living spaces, spacious sleeping areas, and generally very well kept. Good location too. We had an absolute blast.

Wonderful Home
This home was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was well stocked and much appreciated, since we cooked most of our meals at home. Loved having a garage that fit our 2 cars. There were a few saucer sleds in there also that kids had a blast using on the hill on the side of the house and golf course. Fire place worked great. Hot tub is small (3-4 ppl comfortably), so we just took turns. Nice neighborhood and great location. Close to everything. Had an issue with the kitchen faucet which was addressed very quickly by management. I highly recommend this home and wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Mostly great! One exception, the bake section on the stove didn’t work. They couldn’t find a replacement part, so they provided an extra toaster over.. worked ok, but not an oven. No contact from property manager to apologize etc. just a worker who provided the toaster. You would think the 5 star rating would warrant a conversation.

Lots of space for a big family!
We enjoyed renting the large home for a family gathering. We were able to spread out throughout the large home, playing games, hot tubbing and sharing big family meals. Would definitely return again.

Family Reunion
Extremely comfortable, well appointed, and lovely condominium! It was perfect for our family with children ages 2 to 14 and six adults. The kids loved all the bunkbeds. Everyone loved the Jacuzzi. We like to cook and the unit had every utensil and cooking implement we could’ve asked for. We were actually very happy that the carpets were not new as stated near the entry because small children are not always the most careful people. But we had no spills. Nice walking paths were nearby which we enjoyed very much. Lovely views from all the windows and we would come again for sure.

Family time in the mountains
This townhome gave us plenty of room for my family of 10 to sleep and spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub, the deck as we watched the golfers on the 17th hole, and the peekaboo view of the mountains from the master bedroom upstairs. On the downside, Some of the kitchen furniture and overall carpet could use a refresh. It seems as if the bar stools are threadbare and ready to shred. The carpet was dirty and kind of difficult to let our toddler crawl. Otherwise, the comfy sofa let us all relax around the tv and those in the kitchen could feel part of it all.

Good family get away after a long year!!
Very comfortable and the management at five star were very helpful with a minor spa issue that was fixed right away. Very clean and had everything we needed for a much needed family and friends get away after a year of pandemic seclusion from each other

Thanksgiving getaway
We had 3 families staying in this property totalling 11 people. This was a very good property. It was clean, comfortable and spacious enough to have a separate adult and kids area. We had issues with the internet while there. The management was very responsive when we contacted then and did all they could to trouble shoot it over a few days but we ended using our own phones as hot spots for most of the stay. One of the mom's had to work online and it was very challenging for it. All else was really good though. I would have given it 5 stars otherwise.

Summer in the High Sierra!
We had a wonderful stay at Timbers 1033. The house is spacious and comfortable. Our two families (9 ppl) had plenty of room to spread out . The property management company (Chris and Jesse) are incredibly responsive and helpful. The hot tub broke during our stay and the management offered us a partial refund for the inconvenience. Great location, spacious, and helpful staff are all reasons we would definitely stay here again.
