Our family chose this home because of the great views, pet friendliness and close proximity to both Morro Bay and Cayucos. It is a great starting point for any central coast adventures. We had a mix up at check in, but the host, Pamela was very gracious, apologetic and made every effort to correct the situation and compensate us for the inconvenience. Great service, so do not hesitate to reach out to her. The home had everything we needed and was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and set up for cooking. Lots of basics, like spices and condiments. Pots, pans and dishes were sufficient. The primary suite bedroom is upstairs near the kitchen and main living space, all other bedrooms downstairs. The primary room was super spacious, comfy king sized bed and an amazing spa style jetted tub, so bring some bath stuff if you’re into that kind of thing. At least two of the downstairs rooms were spacious enough to have an air mattress or set up the pack and play for little ones. Stairs were a little tricky for our older family members and our senior dog. Dog run is sufficient for letting the dog out to do his business. Upstairs has a lovely indoor/outdoor set up with giant sliding glass doors to the balcony with a view of the ocean and Morro Rock. Getting to the closest beach will require a car ride for most folks (it’s not far at all but you do have to cross the highway). Super easy and with street parking, plus it’s dog friendly.

My family (5 adults 3 chrildren ages, 2, 8 and 10) and I rented this beautiful house for the weekend so we could enjoy the Morro Bay Kite Festival and it was absolutely perfect. It checked off all our needs, wants and then some. We will definitely be renting this home in the future. The ONLY thing i would say was a slight, and i mean very minimal inconvenience was the phone service. We have T-MOBILE and we barely had service. But it really didnt change our experience in the least.

The house and balcony were amazing! Beds were comfortable. Very clean! The ocean-view was a plus also 😍 we will be back!!

House has a lot of space. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the open kitchen dining living room area. The beds are very comfortable. Big bath in master is nice.

The family came to MB for a birthday party and we rented the home for 3 nights. The home is clean, has a great layout, master is upstairs and there is a large family room, kitchen, dining area. Stocked with everything you need and best of all, beautiful views. Roomy patio when the weather is warmer. The host is easy to get a hold of and she is very friendly and accommodating. I rent all the time at the coast and this one is a favorite.

This is my second stay at this beautiful home with a wonderful view. Furniture and beds are comfortably, kitchen is very well stocked, and the pool/ping pong table is a bonus. We will be back to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying in Cayucos. We had a Christmas party at our grandparents house who live in Morro Bay and needed a space that we could stay in that was nearby. This house was perfect and had the most comfortable beds. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The host Pamela was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean property. Nice arrangement for family -- master bedroom suite and large family room / dining room / kitchen on upper floor. Three bedrooms on lower floor. Convenient to Morro Bay, Cambria, San Simeon, Paso Robles. Well equipped for making meals in the house and doing laundry. Easy parking for two cars. Nice view of ocean and Morro Rock.

We rented this beautiful home to attend our daughters wedding at the Cass House in Cayucos . The home was clean and had plenty of very comfortable beds . The fact it allowed our dog was a huge plus . The property manger was very accommodating, whatever our need or request was. We would definitely stay in this home again. Only downside would be the flight of stairs to the main part of the house for some people. Three of the bedrooms are downstairs. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This spacious, well-equipped, ocean-view house on the south end of Cayucos was prefect for our multi-generational family reunion. If you don't mind crossing Hwy 1 (not too busy at this spot), you are about a six block walk from a beautiful and quiet section of the beach. We drove to various places and activities such as Cayucos Pier, Estero Bluffs, San Simeon, an alpaca ranch tour near Paso Robles, Morro Bay, and Montana de Oro.

The home was spectacular. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great location, with a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything we needed including ambiance! Great view from the balcony. So great we got to witness a pod of humpback whales cooperatively "bubblenet" feeding for over 2 hours along with a crazy amount of birds! Would definetly stay again!

We had such a nice time and the pictures do not do the house justice. Everything was well thought out and we were impressed by the level of detail that went into making this a nice stay for families. The owner provided an assortment of toys for kids, everything you need for the beach (including toys), necessities like high chair and crib, and plenty of pantry staples. I also appreciated the safety measures like outlet covers and a baby gate (there are stairs). There are 3 bedrooms downstairs with a beautiful large master bedroom upstairs. We were able to keep our little one in room with us upstairs but would have to figure it out as we welcome our second and our 3 year old gets older. Either way, we’d recommend the house to others and hope to stay again. The owner is also very sweet and great to work with.

A first time get together of all my adult children and grandchildren. House was super clean, and comfortable and child friendly. Beds were very comfortable, noticed by everyone. Location had easy access to Cayucos, Morro Bay, SLO and the info binder was really well done. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with pans, pots, and well functioning appliances. Host was very gracious.

Beautiful, spacious hillside home. Plenty of room for everyone. Sumptuous master suite. Very comfortable beds. Nice patio/ balcony with a great view of the ocean. Well supplied kitchen. We loved our time in Cayucos. Close to Morro Rock and fun shopping. Don't miss the Hidden Kitchen in Cayucos for breakfast!

Beautiful home, exactly as pictured! Perfect setup for a group of 8. The location is great! We celebrated a Cal Poly grad and love that the house is centrally located. Pamela was quick to respond to my questions, and went above and beyond when we realized we left something behind.

Our group had a wonderful stay! The house felt like a home away from home. The house was well stocked with all necessary amenities and then some. We had a great time!

Everything went smoothly for a great girlfriend “catch-up” time. It was chilly and windy but we made the best of it.

My wife and I rented this beautiful home and invited our two boys with their families and my mother-in-law to join us. The master bedroom is huge & beautiful. The room with a king size bed is good size. The other two are smaller but large enough with a queen size bed in each. The families got the larger rooms and the kids slept on mats or a pack-n-play for which there was enough of room. The living space is upstairs from which you can see the ocean. The view is very nice as long as you don’t have a problem with climbing stairs. The beach by Moro rock and Cayucos beach are only a short drive away. Pamela was helpful by anticipating every need and made it easy to contact her, which I only needed to do to say thank you for a great vacation.
