Professionally Decorated - Large Boat Slip - This Villa Is A Must Stay !!
Gracias por tomarse el tiempo de aprender sobre Villa 14 en Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina. Construido en 2007, este dos pisos 3 BR / 2. 5 BA es simplemente impresionante y DEBE quedarse para sus próximas vacaciones. Decorado profesionalmente. Con solo las mejores sábanas, almohadas y ropa de cama, este es el alquiler más cómodo en los Cayos. La residencia también cuenta con un deslizamiento para botes de 17 'x 50' ubicado en nuestro puerto deportivo en el lugar (deslizamiento 48) que incluye servicios completos como rampa para botes, combustible, agua, hielo y electricidad. Tenga en cuenta que el puerto deportivo está actualmente en construcción temporalmente y, dependiendo del momento del alquiler, es posible que le asignemos un número de ficha diferente. Una vez que se complete el puerto deportivo, las comodidades serán aún mejores y completamente nuevas. El deslizamiento del barco está disponible para todos nuestros huéspedes que lo necesiten por una pequeña tarifa adicional. No se le cobrará por el deslizamiento del barco si no lo necesita.

Unit was clean and well stocked. Location was great. Bruce, the owner, responded quickly to any questions and was very easy to work with. FYI for anyone bringing a boat, the slip is in the public marina attached to the property. The slip behind the unit is not part of the rental property. All in all, we would definitely go back.

This was our second year staying in this development. Our first time staying in this house. The house is clean and well maintained. The development is right off the main road. There is a dock for your boad as well as a beautiful pool. We really had no complaints. The owner is a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely rent from them again.

We had a wonderful stay here over the Thanksgiving holiday. Marina is wonderful, super helpful and convenient. Less than an hour boat ride to several reefs for great snorkeling. Pool was heated and super clean and comfortable. Condo was clean and kitchen pretty well stocked. Would stay here again!

The Villa was amazing! The place was clean, functional, and has everything we needed. The entire process from start to finish was simple and easy. Bruce was the best! He was quick to answer any question (call or text). Having a boat slip right next to the villa made it so easy for us. Debbie at the marina was very helpful. We will definitely come back!

Our vacation at this beautiful comfortable row house was perfect! It was clean, well stocked in the kitchen, comfortable beds, new furniture in living room, and plenty of room for our family of six. We made use of both outdoor decks overlooking the picturesque canal. The place was just a few minutes drive from the Winn Dixie, Starbucks, restaurants, and water sports, etc. we would definitely stay here again. The hour plus drive from the Key West airport was worth it.

We spent 4 nights here with my family and in-laws. There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was wonderful. Bruce was great about communicating with us. We especially enjoyed morning and evening walks along the water and all of the sea life. If we come back to the area we would definitely love to stay here again.

The property is a very beachy feeling location that is right on the water. There is a neighborhood pool and, obviously, a marina. The boat slip is not right behind the house, but it is maybe 100 yards in the main marina section. There is an additional charge for ramp use, dockage, etc. I paid $84 and was there for 3 nights.
The unit was wonderful. Super clean, great outdoor space on the back porch overlooking a canal, and steps from both the pool and boat slip. It's walking distance to a couple of restaurants.
The host was also incredible and professional. He made sure all my paperwork was squared away before arriving and gave it to the dockmaster so I didn't have to do anything. He was communicative throughout the check-in process and made sure to answer all my questions before arriving. It was great.

Spacious, beautifully maintained property - inside and out. The porches on the water are wonderful, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and all were spotlessly clean. Bruce is a fantastic host - great recommendations and very responsive. Our stay could only have been improved if the wind hadn't prevented us getting out on a boat, but we enjoyed the local beaches, bike riding and restaurants.

We really enjoyed villa #14 at Coral Lagoon. It was centrally located in the keys for all our activities. It was clean as promised and the owner reached out to see how we were doing. The pool was relaxing. We were lucky enough to see manatees in the channel. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends. Thanks Bruce for a great vacation spot.

Our stay at #14 at Coral Lagoon was absolutely fabulous! The listing was completely accurate, the space was sparkling clean and stylishly furnished. We had everything we needed, including hand soap, dishwashing tabs, garbage bags and a well appointed kitchen for cooking. The owner, Bruce, went above with his prompt communication and follow up after our arrival. It truly felt like a home away from home for the week and we will absolutely rent from Bruce and #14 again!

We enjoyed our time at Coral Lagoon! Property was beautiful, beds comfortable and had everything needed. We went drop sea fishing with Main Attraction and had a great day of fishing, beaches were great, golfed at the little par 3 in Key Colony and the Country Club in Key West. Took the Trolley around Key West, hop and hop off...worth it if you spend the whole day there. Took our catch to Brutus Restaurant they prepared dinner with our fresh catch, then flash froze and shipped the rest home for us. Wish we’d had a boat as #14 comes with a slip! Maybe next time we’ll rent one. We will be back Bruce!

I was in Marathon on a fishing trip and hawks caye was closed due to hurricane damage, so I booked this place. A great deal. Very nice accommodations. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with towels, etc. the back patio is on a canal and was a great place to have drinks outside and smoke a cigar after a long day on the water. Island Fish Co. restaurant and tiki bar is close by and will cook whatever fish you take them and serve it family style with rice and veggies. This townhouse is a great deal and perfect for fishermen and families

We stayed in Coral Lagoon over spring break and enjoyed our time. The pool was heated (which my girls loved) and we had a local manatee visit the canal a few times while we were there. It was adorable! The only drawback to us what that the Internet was slow and seemed to get bogged down if a few people were on it at once. My husband always has to connect in to work on his laptop while on vacation and if the girls were also using WiFi he couldn’t get anything done. We would have to make sure everyone was off their devices so he could do his work. That was our only drawback while on vacation hence the 4 out of 5 rating!
