LAS RESIDENCIAS HAN REABRIDO EL 5 DE OCTUBRE DE 2018. TODO ES COMO NUEVO Y ES "MEJOR QUE NUNCA". Puede ser uno de los primeros huéspedes en quedarse en las residencias recientemente renovadas. Fabulous girls trip getaway. Everything was wonderful and the concierge staff was incredible. We loved having Debra's property as a home base but barely had to leave because the amenities were so wonderful!

My family and I had a great time at the Ritz Carlton Club in St. Thomas. The unit was perfect for our party of 6. The staff was very helpful with all requests especially arranging transportation and reservations. The host Debbie provided lots of great recommendations and was always quick to respond. We all enjoyed our time in St. Thomas.

We loved everything about this place! Very quick responses from the owner with questions we had and a Ritz representative emailed a couple weeks beforehand with specific details about the property.
Each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom plus there was an additional half bath in the suite; this was essential for our seven adults staying in the suite. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable, as well as the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and included a drip coffee maker with a bag of island, specialty ground coffee and individual servings of sugar and creamer. Great views from the living room and two of the bedrooms, with balconies from each. The beach area was perfect with lounge chairs in the sun and also some under shade trees. The pools were very large and comfortable. The main one needs a little upkeep, but it was still fine. The Beachside restaurant was very convenient to get drinks during the day and to order lunch and dinner. The entire property was absolutely beautiful. We didn’t use the facilities at the hotel part but we did walk over there and it was equally beautiful. The staff were always very friendly and accommodating. We took advantage of the order ahead groceries from Moe‘s and everything was stocked in the suite before we arrived. Bring cash for taxi service!

We had an absolutely amazing time in St. Thomas! Even before we embarked on our trip, the host took the time to answer our questions and provided helpful information that allowed us to hit the ground running. As soon as we walked into the unit and saw the breathtaking view of the ocean right out the living room balcony, we already knew we loved the place and would be making plans in the future to return! The unit is gorgeous, has plenty of space for our family of 5 (you could comfortably fit 8, no problem), was in impeccable condition, and was in a great location within the complex. Having direct access to the hotel's amenities added to our enjoyment and we took advantage of the hotel pools, including the kid section with the water slide. Our family enjoyed every second, especially waking up to the beautiful sunrises each morning. We were sad to leave and can't wait to go back! We just can't say how much we enjoyed our stay.

Our family has traveled to a number of Caribbean islands for winter break, but never St Thomas. We usually opt for smaller boutique hotels/villa resorts, but went a different direction this year because we were taking one additional person. The host was very responsive and the property listing was spot on. The grounds are immaculate and the staff are really lovely. Our housekeeper, Anthonine took really good care of us while we were there. We rented a 3BD, 3.5 bath unit on the Club Residences side of the Ritz Carlton property. There is a strict check in policy at 4pm and check out by 10am, but the lockers and showers provided in the reception area make it super easy to change and/or shower so that you can enjoy the beach.

This property was absolutely wonderful in every way. The property and view were exactly like the pictures. Our view was beautiful and breathtaking. It was wonderful to watch our family enjoying it all. The staff were terrific, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed the pools, and the beach and went on several excursions arranged at the Ritz through Cruz Bay Watersports. The poolside service was a big hit with our family! The special drinks were delicious and we had delicious snacks every day. We loved coming back from a day of snorkeling and relaxing in the hot tub and pool. A warm thank you to Debra Edwards, our host through VRBO. She was always professional and caring about our family's special needs. Please feel free to book with Debra with confidence.

Our family had a wonderful trip to The Ritz in St Thomas. Deb was excellent to work with and even helped us out last minute with some unexpected date issues due to flights being cancelled.
The units are well stocked with everything you need, and there was plenty of space with 3 full bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms for our family of 5. We ended up ordering groceries through Moe’s, which I would recommend for any trips longer than a few days. Housekeeping services the rooms twice a day, so the room always felt clean.
We found that the Residence side of the property was quiet and very relaxing. Given that Summer is the off season, the property was not overcrowded. The Ritz is also big enough that we were never bored, as we just moved from one pool/ beach to another. The buildings are also close enough to pools and the beaches that it was easy to come and go throughout the day.
The staff was wonderful at every area of the property. We were always greeted with friendly smiles and warm interactions. The residence lobby serves coffee every morning, which was actually quite good.
I would definitely return to St. Thomas again and work with Deb to find another wonderful place to stay at The Ritz. Top notch property and accommodations.

The Ritz-Carlton property is everything you’d expect in a 5 star resort. But I was surprised by how quiet and tranquil the resort beach and pool area were, very few people in general, but not awkwardly so. The suite was as described and allowed everyone to spread out when we were inside.

This property was spectacular! Starting with the Resident's Concierge staff greeting us wonderfully after a long travel day. We arrived at the gorgeous 4th floor condo with amazing views, large spacious bedrooms, lux bathrooms, kitchen equipped with all the amenities you might need for your stay. For a family of 6 it felt super spacious with plenty of outdoor space including the 3 balconies off each living area. Only small detail to speak of was the very loud local beach parties and music directly across from this unit every weekend but we actually loved watching the locals having fun! Pools were great, lawn and pool games available, pleasant staff cleared seaweed with machines every morning off the beach, several on property restaurants with great food and staff made it so simple to grab cabs to to anywhere you wanted along with towels for your excursions! We would love to stay here again!

The residences at the Ritz Carlton are nothing short of amazing! The condo was spotless, cleaning services were impeccable, the amenities are amazing! A must stay! We found we enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of the residences better than the actual resort, but we spent plenty of time at both properties. Favorites, fish tacos at sails, the fries, and the poke bowl at the ritz pool bar. Offsite, 3 Palms and The Caribbean Fish Market are not to be missed. Amazing stay at an amazing resort!

Everything was perfect! Highly recommend! Due to the amount of seaweed we were unable to swim at the beach despite the efforts of the hotel to clean it up. However, the hotel did provide coolers and beach chairs to travel to other beaches.

Everything was top notch. Beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Was a nice surprise to know that front desk loans out coolers and beach chairs instead of having to buy or rent. Owner was quick to respond prior to our stay but never needed to contact her after we got there. Rooms were nice sized and beds are super comfy!

We had an amazing time! Concierge called us a few weeks before our trip and helped us plan excursions and reservations. We were also able to have groceries delivered to our room. The food on property is expensive, but delicious. The layout of the rooms were perfect and clean. Highly recommend! The only downside is that a cab was needed to leave the property to go to town or other beaches. There wasn’t anything to walk to. But the hotel arranged cabs quickly.

Lovely unit in the Ritz Carlton Club. Exactly as described and photographed. It was the perfect property for my family's stay in St Thomas. Location is close to several restaurants in nearby resorts and Red Hook which has a grocery store and several casual restaurants. Between the pools at the hotel and "residences club", there are plenty of places to lounge if you want to stay at the property.
We had to change switch units on a Saturday since our stay straddled their 'change over', but the Ritz bellman moved our luggage from the old unit (which we had to vacate by 10:00AM) to the new unit when it was ready by about 1:30. We were out at the pool at the hotel while our things were moved, so it really wasn't too inconvenient.
Completely unrelated and of no fault of the host or Ritz, the sargassum seaweed was an issue as it piled up at the shoreline in front of the residences. The diligent staff attempted to rake and haul the seaweed away all day long to provide access to the shoreline at the residences. It was less of an issue at the hotel pool.
We would absolutely stay at this unit again.

I took my work team of 7 women to St. Thomas for a celebration trip for our 2020 production. We booked 2 suites / units in the residence club and had a beautiful time. The suites / units are gorgeous just like the hotel itself and the services and amenities were seamless with the hotel, which was important to us. I would highly recommend for any group, family, or even couple to stay here.

We had an amazing stay in St. Thomas. The property is gorgeous. We were in the Lily Building, which was the furthest of the residences. We liked the privacy and the view from this building. The room was great! Perfect for the 5 of us! Spacious and perfect for my 3 kids and my husband and I. The food was amazing when we ate on property. We were close to Red Hook and there was plenty to do on the resort if you did not want to leave the property. We would come back in a heartbeat!
