Our family had a very good vacation and enjoyed the location and amenities included with the Mt. Victoria Lodge Unit I Penthouse Condo. We were initially confused between whether the Unit no. was "1" or "I" and once resolved had no issues of gaining access. We really enjoyed the location in town, hot tub, spacious bathrooms and mountain view!

Awesome 3rd floor condo close to downtown Frisco with great views and all the necessities to turn a rental into a home for the stay. Pictures match the decor though “dated” is starting to show through. Late notification that washer had gone out took one of us out of a day on the slopes instead hitting a laundromat Communication with rental company is not to the level I expected as instructions didn’t come until we were already in town. Will definitely look into another stay as the positives far outweigh any negative opportunities that arose.

My group and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was very convenient and the property management company was very responsive and helpful. We were disappointed that the dishes weren’t clean when we got in and that the dishwasher didn’t seem to do a good job of getting things clean the first time. Not their fault really but our matching machine didn’t work, but the management company was great about providing a laundry service as to not disrupt our vacation. Overall, highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean and spacious for my family of 4. The location is great too. Walking distance to shops and restaurants etc…. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again!!

Great place to stay in middle of Frisco
Close to stores and restaurants, perfect location for skiing local mountains. Parking and elevator make it easy to get in and out. 3 large bedrooms with private bathrooms. Top notch property

Nice unit, great location. We have stayed in a different unit in the same place and it’s really a great location just off Main. It was a great unit with a room in the back that can be closed off in the event you have someone who needs to sleep while everyone is up. Unit had everything we needed and the bbq pit worked which was a big plus! The hot-tub was a bonus. It was running and hot the whole time…we have stayed in units that had hot tubs before but they have never worked and this one did! Very nice place and would definitely stay there again.

Was a nice place but few details missing. Called twice for replacement of 2 broken humidifiers, both times was told they would bring them, but never did. Turned on the jets in the master jacuzzi tub and black mold/algae blasted out. Told management and all they said was take a picture of it for us. Um, no. How about “sorry you experienced that, we’ll send someone right over to fix that!”??? Faucets throughout are missing parts and in disrepair, gas stove needs serious servicing, pillows were pretty dirty and smelled of dirty feet, and water damage at master bath is beginning to show mold. The place is nice but again, needs some serious TLC.For the price per night asking, this place should be pristine, but sorely lacking in details as well as service. Hot tub was the only thing well served!

The condo was perfect. Secure parking for two cars. A block from Main Street. The condo was clean with all the amenities you need. The management company kept you informed on changes and were easy to get ahold of. There was plenty of room for the entire family.

We had the best time staying at the Summit condo. The location was perfect. We loved how the bedrooms were spaced out from each other. With 3 families staying in the condo if was the right amount of space. We especially loved the hot tub on the deck looking out at the mountains. we hope to be back soon!

Communication with host/property manager was excellent, and the check in/out process was seamless. The view from the deck was wonderful! We didn't use the hot tub but absolutely would have if it had been a bit chillier. The condo was even more spacious than we expected based on the photos, which was a nice surprise. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was awesome. Perfect location. Wonderful hot tub! So much space inside for 5 adults. Each group had their own space. Weather wasn’t great but the condo was wonderful.

We are a family of five and this condo offered the perfect accommodations. All the rooms were very spacious, everyone had their own bathroom and plenty of room to cook meals and hang out in the living room and kitchen. Loved having our own private hot tub and deck. Easy walking distance to downtown. Also appreciated having access to the storage locker in the garage for our paddle boards and other gear. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy! Frisco is one of our favorites CO destinations and we will definitely stay at this condo again.

We really enjoyed our week here! Best part was the location, and hot tub! The kids loved the view from the deck. The beds were kind of tough sleeping, they could all use some more comfortable mattresses. But overall we’d definitely return and recommend this place to anyone!

Would be happy to visit again. Spacious place and comfortable furniture with gorgeous mtn views, close to shops and dining, and very easy drive to Copper & Vail. Separate key codes for garage, building, and condo front door are great for keyless access by family/visitors... but there was a hiccup with getting that info from property mgmt upon checkin that delayed things. Overall a really great place to enjoy Frisco and the area.

I would advice Checkin process instructions be rewritten. Your parking spot is the first one against the garage opening. The way to get into the building is interesting. You need to go left and all the way back as most of the doors do not have numbers.
Team got us trash bags on same day asked and was pleasantly fast.
Might have neigbors that party till 2am like us but other than that we had a great time at this place.

Perfect location right off Main St in downtown Frisco! The Penthouse is lovely and inviting with all the amenities you can ask for, including your own private hot tub. Our only critique is the mildew in the master bath/shower - it is instantly noticeable by odor and visibly needs attention. The carpets also need a deep, professional cleaning, which is understandable with the amount of renters that stay. Otherwise, we had a relaxing and enjoyable time and would return again!

Location is very good. Just close enough that walking to everything needed in town was fine, although had to drive to grocery store! Living quarters were clean and well stocked, and plenty of outlets for re-charging batteries/phones, etc. Beds were comfortable, and deck was great for unwinding when returning from slopes. Bus stop was convenient to property.

This is the perfect location in Frisco. Easy walk to nightlife and ski rental shops. 10 minute drive to Copper Mtn, 20 to Keystone and Breckenridge. Frisco's main street is as fun as Breckenridge. The private hot tub on the top floor deck was great.

The unit WIFI did NOT reach the 3rd bedroom with a usable signal. Signal elsewhere was good - management team would not do anything to help which made it impossible to work from there / stream anything to an iPad.
While the hot tub was great we needed to call the management (Summit Mountain Rentals) to get them to come clean the hot tub after 8-9 days - we were there for 3 weeks. Someone came the next day but not again - SHOULD BE SERVICED/CLEANED EVERY WEEK!!!

The check-in was not simple and chipped coffee cups and bowls was a detail that merits attention and if you’re a light sleeper be aware that noisy snow plows run right below the unit starting at 5:30 am.
