This is a beautiful property, exactly as advertised. The location can’t be beat and the host is kind and helpful. We loved our stay. Check out the back way to the trailhead past the museum just up the street. Thanks for a lovely trip.

This condo was an awesome place to stay in Sedona and our communication with Shelley the hostess was great! The condo was clean, well equipped and just a few blocks up the street from all of the shopping and dining in the uptown area so it's very quiet but just a short walk to "main street". There's plenty of space to relax and the king bed is very comfy! A Red Rocks parking pass is provided and we were even permitted to park our car in the garage. We will definitely book this condo the next time we visit Sedona.

Condo was very comfortable and extremely well located. Walking downtown was a breeze, while being a few blocks away from the hubbub to appreciate the quiet neighborhood feel. The bedroom balcony offered red rock views--a great spot to relax with a glass of wine. After visiting a number of national parks, this was a great place to wind down, do our laundry and kick back in lush Sedona. Host was very responsive to the malfunction of the coffee pot. Really nice experience all around!

Great location - easy walking to eating places, well stocked kitchen, it was nice to have washer/dryer, very comfortable bed, private garage which is nice on hot days and for privacy, very quiet side street location.

This property very quickly became our "home" for us. It is beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay absolutely wonderful! We also loved the location. You can walk to uptown, and easily get anywhere in Sedon easily and quickly.

Nothing was missing from this condo. Plenty of hooks, kitchen utensils, towels, throws, robes, seating.... we had everything we needed. I texted the host that the Kuerig wasn't working, and she knocked on the front door with a new coffee maker within 1 minute! Conveniently located near shops & restaurants. If you want to visit Tlaquepaque and choose from the awesome choices of hiking trails to the north and west of this condo, you won't have to deal with the heavy traffic to the south. Nice view from upstairs balcony.

This property is as advertised. Centrally located to all you want to do in Sedona. Walking distance to shops and restaurants uptown and a short drive for everything else. The property is clean and comfortable. A great place to relax after a day of enjoying the beauty of Sedona.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay at this spacious, clean, quiet house. It's conveniently located and even has its own garage. We also enjoyed the snacks left for us. Highly recommend!

The Uptown Suite Sedona was exactly what we were hoping for. Plenty of room for 2, walking distance to restaurants, and a quiet neighborhood to get rest after all that hiking! The kitchen had all one would need and we were able to park our car in the garage. The balcony upstairs gave some nice views of the scenery. The owner was good about checking in and was responsive when we had a question or a need. I recommend this sweet spot.

The location could not have been better! We were able to walk everywhere. The accommodations were perfect! Everything you might need was provided and so much care was given to setting up the absolute best get-away. We hope to return and stay longer.

Cozy suite at Uptown Sedona, very well located, clean and has everything you need. My wife and I spent 5 days for our 25 years anniversary celebration trip and it couldn’t be better. Walk distance to Sedona downtown, several near by restaurants and kitchen has all you need to cook yourself. 5 minutes to Cibola trail, awesome! Highly recommended.

Stayed here Christmas week to enjoy a few days of hiking. The property is nice with a great location. The condo is cozy with enough space on the ground floor for 2-3 people. The master bed is nice with a good quality mattress.
The property owner Nancy is very pleasant and responsive. I would gladly stay here again.

This was our 5th trip to Sedona. Love this place! We rented this place based on the location and reviews. Great location if you want to be close to all of the shops and restaurants of uptown. Walking distance to it all. Just know that as a result, you're going to have to deal with the traffic if you're coming back from West Sedona or Oak Creek. Probably bad because it was a holiday week. The townhouse itself was very clean, spacious for the 2 of us, and had comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming property with everything we needed to make the most of our time in Sedona. The bustle of shops, pubs, and restaurants was an easy walk away, yet the stillness of the forest trails lay just steps away. We loved how deeply quiet it was at night, and stargazing from the master balcony was magical. We prefer to cook for ourselves and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nancy is a thoughtful, helpful host. Highly recommended!

Trying to find words to describe Sedona, is next to impossible. It’s that special. Nancy’s home is exceptional. It is immaculate, cozy, and located in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved having a garage, being in walking distance to town, and having breakfast on the balcony. Nancy left a birthday treat for my husband, provided snacks which we took with us as we explored, and delicious teas and coffee! Stay here! We’d love to come back!

Sedona has been on our bucket list and staying in this condo only enhanced our experience there. The property manager Nancy is the BEST. She is so attentive to every need a guest could have and so much fun to talk to about the area. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this condo if ever you decide to visit Sedona. Pictures on the website are nice, but it is so much more in person. Beautiful and so comfortable and cozy. We loved every minute being there and hope to return someday.

What an AMAZING property and the location does not disappoint !!! This place is a hidden gem and within walking distance of shopping & restaurants.
Everything you could need is provided, full kitchen, laundry, private garage, incredible views from the bedroom balcony. Absolutely stunning!!!
We will definitely be returning to this property and highly recommend to anyone interested in a cozy home in Sedona. Sedona Brewing Company is across the street- delicious food and we got carry out several times from there.
Bell Rock is about a 20 minute drive, Grand Canyon @ 2 hr drive (stop in Flagstaff - about halfway to GC -on your way up or back for breakfast/lunch at the Toasted Owl-you will love it!), Jerome (quaint ghost town) is @45 minutes.
Nancy and her sidekick Timmie are the best!!!

This Suite Sedona is outstanding. The location is perfect for being able to walk to shops and restaurants in uptown Sedona.
However, what is best about the suite is that it is so comfortable. It is very homey and the best and most amenities we've ever experienced. A sitting area outside is lovely. Wonderful place and wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our say! It was a perfect place for a girls tip get-away. The cleanliness and location are top-notch. We didn’t make much use of the kitchen while we were there but appreciated the Keurig and K-cups. :)

This apartment was very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. The location is walking distance from the center of Sedona's pedestrian area. But it far enough way to make it very quiet, too. We loved sitting on the back balcony and seeing all of the amazing red-rock nearby. The bed was very comfortable. We'd go back, for sure!

My wife and I spent 4 nights 5 days in Nancy’s townhome. It was roomy and clean with a great king size bed. Location is great, walking distance to brewery, restaurants and shops. Great kitchen with everything if you want to cook. The garage is great so no need to unload everything after an outing. Very close to the Jordan trail (10 minute walk) that we checked out. Also great views of all the great rock formations right out the door. Nancy was great communicating with us. Had a great time and would return here for sure!

Cute little condo, very cozy and comfortable for the two of us, spending a few days just to hike and shop. The location is superb, just across the street from Sedona Beer Co, only a couple of blocks to walk to all Uptown shopping and restaurants, only a mile to the Jordan Trail/Cibola Pass/Jim Thompson Trailhead parking lot. Close enough to what you want, but quietly away from the hub of activity. Appreciated the on-site private garage parking, little balcony off the upper floor Main bedroom, and the fully functional kitchen.
Nancy is a terrific host, immediately available and responsive to every question and concern. Would stay here again!

Host misrepresented the safety of the property and then failed to address in a timely and professional manner. Property information in VRBO stated: 1) the unit had a working smoke detector, when it did not; 2) the unit had a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink; when it did not. Furthermore, there was a problem with the hot water heater and the shower/tub would not drain.
Our rental period was for 7 nights. Because the unit was unsafe, we did not stay one night in the unit. They daybwe checked in, VRBO elected to move us to a substandard hotel (that they prepaid for 3 nights via Expedia), and we heard nothing from VRBO until day 4 - after the checkout date and time from their hotel booking.
All this was communicated to the host. The communication from the host was disingenuous, snarky, deceitful, and not timely. When we finally heard from VRBO again, they repeatedly apologized for their delay getting back to us, especially if it caused us to seek accommodations of our own (which we did). Up to this lousy experience, all VRBO units I have stayed in have been as represented and the hosts have been delightful. Unfortunately, neither was the case with this property.
