location’s great, near the Boni MRT stop and grocery stores. I like the convenience of the shortcut to SM/MRT station. The unit is new located in T4, not many people since it’s new. Very well-equipped and clean. Fast internet. I loved that they stock up on cleaning products and condiments. It has a pool-view which was a big bonus. It’s located on the 6th flr so it’s not too far of a lift ride. Bathroom was well cleaned and equipped, has pail and tabo heater works well too plus a rack for your toiletries and 3pc towels.

The light from the fire exits shine so bright I had a hard time sleeping on the first night, please replace it with a blackout curtain. The AC needs servicing, it’s dusty and sometimes doesn’t get too cold.

The property is very convenient and accessible to everything like malls, supermarkets, train station etc. and the host is really nice. Thanks Ms. Salve for allowing me to stay in your nice place.
