I like that its very near the mall and Edsa as well. I like that there's a kitchen and a dining table, like a condo

The hot water can only run for 1 shower only, the next person should wait like 30 mins to an hour to get a hot water running. I hope there are slippers provided

BSA is a good location, but it has deteriorated over the years

the room had cockroaches and didn’t look like the photos listed, the tap fitting was loose, the tap in the bathroom has a hole in the wall, The air con is noisy.

My only comment this time, after all my stay w/ BSA its almost perfect , but , this time at room 5002- bathroom is always flooded, I reported to the inspecting -in-charge - the room about the bathroom, there is gap w/ bathroom door, the shower comes out causing flooded its dangerous the floor is slippery , I'm senior of 83 yrs. of age-- I hope it will be put right fairness to the next customer. I have been tenant there for almost 2 years - room 1914 -room 3216. Thanks , Mrs.Lydia Green

Took too long to check in, almost 2 hours! Then I asked for late check out but was not granted. Parking fee is NOT free and costs too much for an overnight rate.
