Affordable Luxury in the Mountains

Esta amplia (1.600 pies cuadrados) unidad proporciona un entorno idílico, perfecto para cualquier ocasión. Nuestro condominio profesionalmente decorado cuenta con dos espacios de vida de lujo. Cada nivel tiene una chimenea de leña, cama de matrimonio, sofá cama, bañera de hidromasaje y un centro de entretenimiento. El dormitorio inferior también incluye una cama de día (2 camas individuales). La cocina está totalmente equipada por lo que si las ganas de cocinar surge, se puede preparar una fiesta en ningún momento. Ropa de cama de Laura Ashley siempre. Lo sentimos no se permiten mascotas.
El condominio cuenta con piscina cubierta climatizada, jacuzzi y sala de ejercicios. Y no se preocupe por las inclemencias del tiempo, el estacionamiento subterráneo climatizada ofrece refugio para usted y su coche. La unidad también cuenta con un local de esquí por lo que no tiene que cargar con cualquier equipo.
Las actividades abundan en Keystone. Senderismo, correr, ciclismo de montaña, pesca, caza, golf y rafting pueden hacer cada día una aventura inolvidable. Y no se olvide de los deportes de invierno, después de un largo día de esquí, tanto de día como de noche, embarque, motos de nieve y esquí de fondo simplemente sentarse y disfrutar de la compañía de buenos amigos y una chimenea de leña tostado. Overall it was a good stay. The layout and location of the property was great. The pool/hot tub area was not very clean and the kitchen did not have some basics like a pizza cutter and other utensils. We really enjoyed our stay!

Property is spacious with plenty of room for 10 guests. The living room is well equipped to entertain and comfortable. The balcony looks onto the mountain and provided a sunny location for lunch.
The kitchen has the essentials. Could use addition frying pans.
Access to the condo is tenuous as the elevator does not exit at the appropriate floor requiring climbing one flight to the entrance.
Overall a good value.

I would rent it again and I would recommend even for large groups. Only part what was not so great is that the kitchen should be better equipped, but this did not ruin the whole experience.

This unit is perfect for snowboarders and skiers. Even though you have a shuttle that passes by the complex, it's faster to walk to Mountain House (approx 8 minutes).
Being from Denver myself, It's a great place to stay when looking to get out of town!

Straight forward communication throughout the process

We rented this property for our winter ski vacation and it was great for us. It's very spacious two story condo that has everything to make your stay great. Honestly it has the potential to host 10 adults without feeling cramped. Located very close to Peru lift and the walk is no more than 5 min, has a convenient ski locker in the garage. The owner is very responsive and he'll get back to you immediately if you need any help or anything to make your stay great.
We are definitely going back.

This property was perfect for our two families. Short walk to Mountain House base arra where we kept our walking boots and snacks in a locker. Getting to condo in building was a little puzzle, but not bad once you get it down. Great location and good accommodations.

We were a little disappointed.
Upside: you can’t get much closer to the slopes. Easy walk and even manageable in ski boots if you don’t want to rent a locker. Lots of space, but know that you cannot avoid stairs. Fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook your own meals.
Downside: total silent treatment (didn’t return a single text) from the manager when:
1) we found out that the clubhouse with pool and hot tub were not open the whole trip and we were not told this before our arrival. Our son doesn’t ski and the pool was the only reason he came. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency.
2) the water was cut off for almost an hour do to some building renovation, and manager didn’t give us any forewarning or call me back when I asked about why the water was off. Luckily my wife had just completed her shower! Crazy.
3) there was no working stopper in one bathtub, so the stopper from the other had to be moved back and forth for baths…which were necessary since the clubhouse hot tub was unavailable.
4) the WiFi was bad. If more than one device (we had two teenagers with us) was trying to stream anything, it would routinely drop…sometimes completely.
5) the dust on the ceiling fan in the lower bedroom fell like snow
For almost $300/night we were underwhelmed.

Our multi generational group members we’re all very pleased with our accommodations and our host Russ. Communication with Russ was always quick and accurate. Because we had excellent written directions, we had no need to contact Russ during our stay. The condo was very clean and well equipped. It’s literally about a six minute walk to the Mountain in House Bass Lodge and ski rental. Bus access is excellent. I really can’t overstate how important being close to the lift is for a group. I hope to stay here in the future we were all very pleased. Thank you, Russ!

Enjoyed staying here as it was roomy and great location. Stairs could be a challenge for some but we embraced as another calorie killer. Views were excellent and able to be on Peru chair in no time.

We loved staying at Russ' place - location is super close to the Peru ski lift (5-7 min walk) and the condo itself is very spacious with two separate bedrooms/living rooms on each floor. Communication with Russ was great - prompt in replying and attending to all of our questions. Kitchen is nicely stocked with non-perishable goods and there was plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc. We loved the place and plan to be back next ski season !

Spacious condo perfect for families
This condo worked well for our family summer vacation in the mountains. Our 2 older kids slept upstairs—each in their own bed—and had their own bathroom. The rest of our family slept in the lower unit. We brought our own food for meals and found the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, hiking, and biking. Although there were a few mountain bikes available to use in the garage, they needed maintenance. This wasn’t a big deal, since we brought our own bikes with us. The place worked well for the 6 of us and could accommodate a few more comfortably.

The condo was in a perfect location and was perfect for our family. We were a family of 4 and we had more than enough space. It was nice to have the adults upstairs and teenagers downstairs. The view was great of the mountain and you could see the runs from the windows or deck. The deck was nice and it had a grill. We had plenty of space and it had a lot of features that made it very nice. For example it had extra towels, soaps and kitchen appliances such as blender etc. It had snowed several inches while we were there and being able to park in the garage was very nice.
The layout was a bit tricky with the stairs and elevator access, but it helped get us in shape to ski. Russ was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Only down size was the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance during our stay.

Great space and well appointed condo. Beautiful view of slopes. 5 minute walk to lifts. Responsive owner. Be sure to try Pizza 101 just a block away.

Luckily the twin bed had a trundle bed we pulled out to the living room instead . The queen bed in the downstairs room is also very old and needs to be replaced. There was only one roll of toilet paper provided so we had to go get more. Owner has great communication. Would stay here again if the beds were replaced
