My family and I loved this house for our Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen has all the cooking tools we needed, the outdoor space was perfect and we all had our own beds! Would definitely stay again.

Would definitely recommend the place for a large group. It maximized its potential and had everything one would need including a fire pit, Cabaña, BBQ, pool, hot tub, shuffle board etc! Plastics everything so no worries and overall it was a great spot for our group! Flexible on check in and checkout times also much appreciated! Thanks!

David & Tracy were great hosts! I had to reach out with quite a few questions as I was coordinating a bachelorette and they were always so responsive and accommodating. The property is beautiful, backyard is spacious, and bedrooms were a great size. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect place to stay for a family weekend getaway! I finally got to meet my brother-in-law and the kids for the first time since we had to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19. The kids had a blast and kept each other busy with all of the fun activities to be found throughout the property and the adults had time and space to chat and lounge!

We stayed here this past Memorial Day weekend. Our group was 8 adults and 6 kids under 5. We had an amazing time!!!! First, the hosts were on top of everything and so accommodating. They were flexible with our check in and out times, super quick to respond, and very lovely people. Customer service was 100%!!!!!! Never had better! Second the house is great---there is so much space we never felt on top of each other. And the way the layout of the house is, all the adults felt a great sense of privacy. We also all had our own bathrooms which was a huge plus. The kitchen had every appliance you can imagine and complimentary coffee. We played Bocci ball and Shuffleboard for hours. The beds were comfortable but firm (we liked that). The pool and hot tub were the perfect size. The yard and landscaping was beautiful. And there was PLENTY of seating for everyone. We had an absolute blast and look forward to staying here again.

The house was lovely! The kitchen was stocked with any applicable you may need which was great! The property managers were very responsive and helpful! It was a really nice stay!

David and his wife have made this home a vacation paradise with all the amenities one couple possibly ask for. A beautiful home that lends an atmosphere to create lots of fun for all ages. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

This was truly one of the best weekends of my life! I had 9 girlfriends join me in Palm Desert for my 40th birthday and we had THE BEST TIME! This house is perfect for entertaining a large group. The beds are plentiful and extremely comfortable. We all slept so well. Kitchen has everything you'd need and more to entertain large groups. We had made plans to explore but ended up canceling many of them because we didn't want to leave the backyard. The pool, hot tub, cabana, outdoor dining room table, firepit, all provided the perfect spot for relaxation and happy memories to be made. I will definitely be back! Loved Palm Desert/Palm Springs. As an aside, David the owner, was the best host. He helped me to plan the entire trip for my friends, from personal chef recos, to massage therapists, to glam squads and restaurant recos. He's extremely responsive and accommodating. We wouldn't have had nearly as much fun and such a smooth, effortless trip without him. Thanks David!

All you need to bring to this house is your toothbrush and your groceries. Seriously. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need (which is ideal for a large group of women who always forget something). We had beds to spare with a party of 14, which is unreal, plenty of space for a huge Costco load of groceries, bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed, sound system was incredible... everything from top to bottom was seamless and easy. A couple of the girls on our trip talked about booking the house again during the winter, which I would love.

This is the best house I´ve ever stayed in. It´s beautiful, spacious, clean, functional, stylish, comfortable, just everything you need. They even had makeup wipes and a variety of hair styling tools! Our issues were with the parking. We were a large party so we brought several cars. There were lots of complaints for the cars so we had to move them a couple of times throughout our weekend. This was a bit stressful for us to deal with, so I would recommend bringing as little cars as possible (but for us coming from different places, we couldn´t really do this). Another issue was with the sheets after we left. They have white sheets for all the bedding. The host provide makeup removal wipes to help prevent stains, which is great. But apparently we still stained 3 pillowcases with makeup. The host kindly contacted me about this and gave me the breakdown as to how much it would be to replace them. It was about $80 some and sent me the link. I asked for pictures just to see, but he could not provide them to me. I agreed to replace them and I understand our fault if we stained them (it´s hard t coordinate a large party of women to all remove their makeup at the end of the night). For other large parties, I would recommend making sure everyone knows to use the makeup wipes and perhaps at the end of your stay, check your pillowcases and towels for any stains, just to be sure. Other than that, we had an amazing time here. It is well-equipped for a vacation stay and I appreciate all the attention to detail from the owners. Thank you!

We had a good 3 month stay. The kitchen was great because of all the items for cooking etc. The backyard was wonderful and the house was laid out perfectly. Hardly ever saw the neighbours. A delightful place

We hosted my sisters bachelorette weekend at this perfect resort-like home. The house is great for a large group with many different and varied sleep options. Backyard is a lovely oasis for lounging days at the pool with lots of chairs. Our whole group was so impressed with how well stocked the house was throughout - so many useful kitchen items for serving and cooking, awesome hair tools in the bathrooms, shampoo and conditioner. Just all around a well thought out rental with great amenities. We were mindful that we were in a neighborhood and tried to be low key and carefully observe the noise restrictions and we had no issues at all. Great spot and responsive hosts. Hope to come back again some day!

We absolutely loved our stay for our wedding weekend. Our families loved the pool and all the games. The property was beautiful. The owner was very kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

I was in town for a triathlon with some teammates and the house was perfect for our stay. David was great and very accommodating. The house was very comfortable and it had everything we could have needed.

The house was very clean and the kitchen was equipped to perfection. We loved the heated pool and views of the mountains from the backyard. Very friendly owners and all other amenities like the bedrooms, sound system and more were great.
