Ubicado en el tranquilo, pintoresco y tranquilo complejo de poca altura de Sugar Beach en Panama City Beach. Ahora duerme 8 con un rey en la habitación principal, reina y gemelas en la habitación de invitados, un sofá cama completamente nuevo y una cama adicional adicional que se puede colocar en cualquier habitación que desee. Parque infantil portátil también suministrado.
Parque directamente en frente del condominio. Este condominio está totalmente amueblado con cocina completa, wifi gratuito, secador de pelo, plancha, tabla de planchar, lavadora, secadora, ropa de cama, mantas y toallas de baño.

My family loved the "Crab Shack." The condo was super cute, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four.
Walking to the beach took no more than three minutes. We chose to rent the beach chairs. They were set up for us daily, which was very nice and easy.
There are a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Nice location had a decent view of the golf nice pool area had a great time one thing that I would suggest doing is turning your lounge area into a tiki bar people love convenience of having a tiki bar and food and the homeowners there would make a fortune it’s a bit much to pay an extra $25 for parking permit. That needs to be included in the price of the condo.

We had a wonderful stay! Wendy was very responsive to messages, which made the trip easy. The property was very clean, and in a peaceful, gated community. It’s close to everything - few mins drive to grocery store, and to several restaurants if you like to eat out. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance. We added the beach service, which got us an umbrella and 2 chairs for a great deal for the whole stay. And of course, the best thing was being about a 2-min walk from the front door to the sand!

Things were good until Wednesday when the noise level next door grew, they credited 100.00 to our card and said have dinner on them and they had reached out to management company and they had spoken to then and ask contractor to hold it down.. By the next day they were jack hammering removing tile. Was unbearable. She moved us to a unit down the beach. Keep in mind we were in 2 bedroom and was moved to an efficiency. very very limited beach view, heat didn't work was 66 in room. She said husband checked on line and was working, so 2nd time I checked it said it was heating. Problem was it said that the whole time it was 66 in room and never got any warmer until weather improved. We should have gotten a larger discount than 100.00 dinner. Wouldn't rent from them again. Was told was off season and people did repairs this time of year. Beware of renting from anyone this time of year.

Everything was so cozy and clean!The pool was amazing and can't beat that private parking or beach entrance! Had a question and called the owner who is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again ourselves!

The wonderful Crab Shack
This property was exactly what we were looking for. Our pups had the best week and made lots of friends. We loved seeing the fish in the pond each day and enjoyed watching the turtles bask! The condo was very nice, and the owner, Wendy was a true pleasure to work with. Very nice. Highly recommend!

Crab Shack is awesome
Decor and view from deck nice. Location is nice. Wished the pool was warm ( Colder March) but I am sure it will heat up fast with 80 degree weather. Nice stay and Wendy is great to deal with!

Feels like home!
This condo has a very at home feel! My little crew and I enjoyed this aspect! Especially since we wanted to really relax and chill it’s off the main strip and away from the crowds but not too far away from the people so we were able to get out and walk to stores and coffee shops. The complex was safe and short walk to beach. Very clean and the facility was lovely we used the pool and laid out went to the beach if we would have stayed another day would have been worth using the club house to grill and chill! The Moyer’s were very accommodating and super quick to respond! The check in was simple and hassle free. Would definitely stay next trip with the Moyer’s.

we had a very nice time. clean, comfortable, well appointed and decorated. very short walk to a gorgeous beach. tennis courts very nice, balcony. excellent price for all that. owner was wonderful - VERY helpful and very easy to communicate with - she really helped us out. would definitely stay again. we had a dog and that process went fine.

It was a very nice place. The only things we found to be in need of work were the sofas and the dishwasher. The sofas were uncomfortable and hard to get out of and the dishwasher didn't clean the utensils very well. They need to be replaced. The front desk needs to make the dog areas more pacific. Maybe do a general outline area of the dog areas. We were there 4 days before we found them all. Once we did it was much easier than at first.

Nice Low Key Condo
We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. The facilities were very clean and safe with added extras like tennis, shuffle ball, and a pool. Getting to the beach was super easy and safe, too! There was a private gate directly from our condo to the beach. We had a great time! We were also very close to downtown and all restaurants and entertainment.
