Our vacation was enjoyed by all - adults and children. The location was perfect and we enjoyed staying in The Village. We spent time in Winter Park, rented bikes, a day trip to Grand Lake and so many other activities. Our condo was perfect! Space for everyone, plenty of closet space and room in the bedrooms to fully unpack, and having the 3 full bathrooms made our stay a pleasure. The views were wonderful, and we all enjoyed the activities, shopping, and restaurants at The Village. The hospitality and rental of this condo was a pleasure!

Loved being so close to the gondola and proximity to restaurants and stores. The place was very clean and kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook. We used the hot tub which was very nice but the 2nd hot tub was broken so it could get crowded. The ski locker on the first floor held 7 sets of skis and a snowboard. The hallway bathroom could have used a trash can but otherwise I would come back for sure!

The unit was clean, well-stocked, and a beautiful location. Communication with the management company from reservation to checkout was excellent. Many questions along the way answered quickly and thoroughly.

Winter Park is a premier resort, and ZML 2703 is a fabulous condo, top floor, vaulted ceilings, directly overlooking the Gondola and Winter Park Base. Clean and well appointed, a perfect place to stay slopeside, especially when it snowed every day!

The perfect location for ski in/ski out. Great views. The only negative, and it's not a deal breaker, is the interior is a bit dated. Mildew and limescale in showers and bathrooms, broken doors, warn out carpet, bed sheets, etc. Still a 4/5 score though, we really enjoyed our trip.

Only complaint would be the shower in the master bedroom had some mold around the base and was kindof dingy and the shower head in the other bathroom didn't spray out very well.

We had two families staying in this condo and it was just perfect for all of us. We loved it so much, we are going to book it again for next year. Condo was beautiful, comfortable and check in and out was very easy. Great place!

Perfect for ski in and ski out
This place was great for ski in ski out, with an amazing view of the mountain from every room. My family skied all day, and we ate around the base wt night, super easy to call in a pizza to go after a long day on the mountain. We will definitely rent this place again l!

The unit was in great shape, very clean and the location can't be beat. And an added bonus which we didn't even think of was the lockers on the ground floor. They were very large and was able to fit everyone's things overnight. I would definitely recommend and hope to be a repeat customer!

Winter Park Wedding for Our Daughter
Our daughter was just married at Lunch Rock here in Winter Park and we made our home in Zephyr Mountain Lodge #2703. My family of 7 ( 6 adults and 1 infant) stayed here for six nights. We prepared, as well as entertained, a large dinner with the groom's family and this condominium made it possible. The day of the wedding my daughter and her bridesmaids all got ready with her and our photographer loved the home's aesthetics and it's lightning while capturing all the moments of this special day. Throughout our stay we had the opportunity to engage with Winter Park Lodging staff, Margaret and Elle far exceeded any of our needs. We can't express enough our sincere gratitude for this wonderful stay in a beautiful home! #BecomingBovill

Wonderful Property!
We enjoyed this property so much! It was perfect for the 4 adults and 2 kids that we had on the trip. Each set of 2 had their own bedroom and bathroom. I think this property would be especially wonderful in the winter. In the summer it was VERY hot (with so many windows and west facing exposure). The sad part in the summer is that we had to keep all the blinds closed and couldn't look at the beautiful mountain view in an effort to keep the condo somewhat cool. It was very hot in the afternoons and evenings and made it difficult to go to sleep since there is no a/c. I can't really fault the property for this, it's just the way it is (especially because I'm told that this summer was hotter than most usually are). We also loved having our own washer and dryer in the condo. The dryer took 2 cycles to dry everything but at least we didn't have to walk to the shared commercial washer and dryer on the other floors. Property Management is very responsive to any needs that arise and that is very much appreciated. We love Zephyr Mountain Lodge. This was our 2nd stay and we already have another ZML condo booked for next ski season. Restaurants and shopping are just a few steps away. It's really a fantastic vacation destination.

Great Stay at Zephyr Mountain!
We loved our stat at Zephyr Mountain - the skiing was amazing and the ability to ski in/out just made our stay even better! We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and it was perfect for our family, would highly recommend!

Awesome accommodations
The Riverside Condo was great. It was so nice to be able to come off the mountain and walk into your "home away from home". We didn't pull our vehicle out of the garage the whole time we were there. The village offered all that we needed. COVID times made the decision of on the mountain accommodations a no brainer. We had food delivered from Docs one night, Pizza from the Pizza Peddler two nights and home made lasagna and green chile enchiladas, the other nights. The accommodations were just right for our party of 7. We have decided that we will be staying on the mountain again for our next trip.

Zephyr mountain lodge 2703- great location, beautiful views
Good location, short walk to the Gondola! Staff enforced masking on property. The room was overall clean on arrival. Son did find wad of hair in the tub drain. Gross but manageable. Parking cost more than $18/day as advertised if you did not batch outings, $2/hr up to $18/day. We'd prefer the $18/day be added to the bill rather than a swipe of the card at each exit. Loved the high ceilings. Kitchen fully stocked even had a crockpot. TV may need an upgrade to support Gaming devices.

Best unit in zephyr
We’ve stayed in many different units of zephyr hotel but this is the best one. The management company was very helpful upon check in and making sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent location and accommodations
This was a beautiful property in a perfect location. The whole place was very cleaned and stocked with all the supplies we needed. We had seven people and still plenty of room. The room was not only conveniently located to everything, but our view allowed us to always see what was going on! Communication with management was superb. Check in and out was super smooth. We would definitly book this again!!!!!

GENIUS 2 couple design “ask for 2703 penthouse”
You and another couple want to split an high end apartment and between you have 2 to 4 kids. You found Mecca! One bedroom and bath has a queen bed and slightly smaller bathroom and the HVAC controls for the whole apartment. Choose this? Or the bigger room with king and similar bathroom BUT you share a wall with the double bunk beds kids' room. And your bath shares a wall with the kids' bathroom. SERIOUSLY Killer views FROM
ALL ROOMS, tastefully furnished, Starbuck's downstairs, balcony in front of room with queen. Tough choice other than to book it and flip with the other couple for suites. Only gripe was circulation with cased windows unfriendly if it is hot outside (but you should not be in your room during the day) and the 3 fans make it fine if you prop open the balcony door and open all inside doors. It was just my wife and me so we enjoyed his and hers and hers bathrooms.

Wonderful family getaway!
This is the second time we stayed in this unit and the third time staying at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge. Can't get enough of the ski in/ski out option with our young family of three. The condo is spacious but cozy and decorated with a mountain lodge feel. Thanks for the great getaway!

Wow!! Perfect location and all the necessities for a great family trip!
We were two families with six kids total. Each couple got a bedroom and the kids shared the bunk room with a few sleeping in the living room. This is a perfect ski-in, ski-out location. Entrance to the condos is directly across from the private lesson building and steps to the new Gondola lift each morning. Also the tall ceilings and view of the lifts made the condo comfortable for those of us who were hanging out more than skiing. We could watch from the window to see our crew coming in from the slopes and go down to help the littler ones. Kitchen was fully equipped. Even had oils, flour, sugar, salt, pepper and seasonings from previous guests. Used the huge skillet almost every day to feed our crowd. Hot tub downstairs was hot and big enough for 12 people. Good amount of linens, kitchen items, games, and puzzles. Condo is just as lovely as pictured and now that we have found it, we hope to stay in this condo again!

Perfect Room
We couldn't have asked for a better room. This was a perfect view of the mountain along with the access to the shops. I will definitely keep this room number in my file for the next time I come back. I can't think of any negative comments. It was spacious - JUST PERFECT!!
