We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each others company. The beach is directly across the street from the Gulf. The grandkids had a blast on the beach. We have one wheelchair bound family member and this single story house was perfect! Great quiet neighborhood, but close enough to all restaurants and stores. Large deck on top for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Loved our stay at this beach cottage. Cozy, convenient, fenced in, wrap around walkway, upper deck with a view, easy and abundant parking, modern amenities, several doors, and directly across the street from the handicap accessible walkway which makes it the easiest walk to the beach ever. You will not be disappointed.

What a great place to stay! The listing is accurate and working with the property management was a breeze. Beautifully decorated. Walk across the street and you are on the beach. Easy access to restaurants, and main road. Great for pets because of fully fenced in yard. Fun games and puzzles. All good!

Lovely beach across street. it would have been nice if the house had a few more pots & pans. After the first night, we requested for several items & it was delivered to house very quickly. Unfortunately, towards the end of our stay the toilets & bathtub backed up but they got a plumber to take care of it. Was just a temporary fix as everything backed up again 2 days later! Would have been nice to have some cleaning supplies especially since the sewage water backed up into tub. Paradise Beach Homes made the effort to correct these problems in a timely manner which we appreciated but these issues will continue unless there is a long term fix. Also, there were ants in the foyer floor and master bedroom jacuzzi, then we killed 2 cockroaches in the kitchen area - was told that cockroaches are not unusual lol but it was not what I was expecting. Overall I would rent from Paradise Beach Homes again as their responses to our issues were taken care of in a timely manner.

My family has been coming to Pensacola for over 40 years. This is the first time that we could not check in until 5:00. I know that is in the agreement but by the time you get everything unloaded you have missed the whole day. Also, in the pictures with the 2 beds in one bedroom, you show this big closet, That closet was locked and 4 people had no where to hang their clothes. I thought that wasn't right.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's even in better in person than the pictures show. We loved that it was pet friendly with the fenced in yard & everything was neat & tidy. 10/10 will stay there again.

Lots and lots of space! Huge closets, plenty of room in each bedroom, and the bathrooms were the perfect size. Very clean, lots of bath towels, very well stocked kitchen, and the location was spot on. We loved this little hidden gem. The pictures make this house seem small but there is a lot of space! We loved this house so much we tried to book this for the summer but guess others have discovered this cute house. All booked up! Unlike Destin, this area is not huge or crowded. The beach is clean and easy to get around the local area. The publix store is very close and offers good customer service. We saw a lot of people walking and using the little cute 2 seater cars to get around. Perfect for a quiet family beach get away. Without all the business of all the shopping and traffic from the tourist. Book this for next summer if you can!

The rooftop deck was under maintenance and could not use - we were never made aware of this. During the stay we had 2 cockroaches in the house. The outdoor area was simply dirty (seemed to be chunks of hair in one area). The master bed was extremely uncomfortable. The front of the house has few window shades, so from a security perspective, the house does not feel safe. Overall, the beach was beautiful and we had fun which fortunately offset the below average experience of the property. There are signs for Paradise Beach Homes all over the town. It seems the strategy is volume/quantity at the expense of quality.

The size was perfect giving everyone in our 5 person group their own room with ample space, comfortable beds and some with private attached bathrooms and entry/exits from the house. We enjoyed the view, easy beach access, and close location to all restaurants, shops, cute cafes and nightlife. The beach like decor was tasteful and cheery! We really appreciated the enclosed backyard for our dogs and even used the rooftop deck for morning yoga sessions and evening Pina Colada sessions-LOL. Our family had the perfect vacation and reunion with our son who is stationed at NAS Pensacola. We will be back!! Thank you friendly staff!!
