¡Nuestra casa es una casa completamente renovada de 1 dormitorio / 1 baño que te dejará sin aliento! Ubicado en Holmes Beach, se encuentra a 5 casas y a un corto paseo de 1 minuto de las hermosas playas de arena blanca del Golfo de México.
La playa en sí es una sección tranquila debido al hecho de que no hay grandes resorts / hoteles / moteles cerca.
Somos la ÚNICA casa privada de una habitación con piscina en la isla Anna Maria.
Muchas casas en la isla son en realidad dúplex donde cada uno tiene su propia piscina pero tiene paredes interiores compartidas.
Esta es una casa verdaderamente 'privada' sin paredes compartidas o un patio trasero separado por una cerca.
La piscina privada climatizada tiene una cascada, una mesa de cóctel en la piscina y un banco. Las comodidades al aire libre incluyen sillones, mesa de comedor, ducha al aire libre, asientos en el porche delantero y barbacoa de gas.
Con muebles costeros de estilo tropical, esta casa lo tiene todo, ubicado a una corta distancia a pie de muchas tiendas y restaurantes. This property was a true gem and a real joy to stay in. The place was spotless when we arrived and you can tell the owners put a lot of love and effort into upgrades which gave it both a classic-Florida and modern-Florida look simultaneously. For 2 people, it has everything you need and more space than you could ever hope for, along with a perfectly-sized pool. The location is mere minutes walking distance from both the beach, food, and shopping. Perfect is the only word for this property and we would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Carolyn is very attentive to detail. We enjoyed their cottage as location to beach and grocery are excellent. The pool was our favorite detail of the home. Nicely laid out for a small yard and very well kept. A pleasant week.

We absolutely loved this little bungalow. Everything was perfect from the house to the pool to the communication with Carolyn. Such a close walk to the beach. Lots of little extra details that Carolyn gave us like snacks and a cute tote bag. Great location, super close to Publix and other stores. Definitely somewhere I’d stay again.

It really was the best little beach house! They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The pool was such a treat, loved waterfall. Definitely booking next summer!

This Little Beach house was beyond amazing. There are not enough words that can explain the relaxing feeling you experience staying here. Can everything be that perfect, the answer we have is YES!! we booked our stay for 2025 even before we checked out! The only other place that could be better must be "Somewhere Over the Rainbow"

We stayed in AMI about 8 years ago & were not impressed. We decided to give AMI a 2nd chance. The Best Little Beach House was wonderful. It was spotless & very cozy. The location was perfect & we enjoyed the ocean & our private pool every day! Our vacation was very relaxing….all because of this little house. We will return!

We loved our stay! If we can travel again (from Oregon), we will stay here. The home was well set up and very comfortable. The quick walk to the beach was repeated multiple times daily for us. We loved waking to birdsong and taking coffee/tea on the front porch. The salt water pool was a great amenity and I utilized it 2 or 3 times a day. It would be nice to be able to control the water fall, as sometimes it's nice to just have quiet. I gave a 4 on cleanliness as I think it's time to replace decorative pillows in the bedroom and living room - they always get hard use in any home. Thank you for allowing us to stay. It was a lifetime highlight for us!

My husband and I were extremely impressed with this vacation home! We felt very comfortable, it was so cozy and clean! The pool was amazing, it was like a tropical oasis. We thought the location was perfect, stores and restaurants (and most importantly - the beach!) were within short walking distance. Don’t hesitate to book this place! We can’t wait for the opportunity to go back, it is a wonderful and secluded slice of paradise!

We felt welcome the very minute we stepped into this beautiful little beach house!! The touches to welcome us were so nice. The hosts provided their contact information and when I texted them to let them know we were there they answered promptly with a very friendly reply. The location is perfect since it is a one block walk to the beach and a little over a block walk to the free trolley pickup. It is also very close to a grocery store and within walking distance of several excellent small restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and was stocked with everything we could possibly have wanted. The private pool is gorgeous!! The Best Little Beach House is truly a slice of paradise!!

Thrilled to be able to stay another week. See below for previous review. Let me just recommend some great eating spots. Two are walkable: Skinny’s and La Creperie. In Cortez: Starfish. At the north end of LBK: Shore Diner.

Everything was perfect. The location was great; an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was spotless, the kitchen was well supplied, instructions were simple and clear, and the pool was delightful.

The pool is a great plus,as is the sound of the little waterfall going into it. Carolyn was very good at communicating. Great kitchen with everything you need. Close to grocery store and very close to the beach. Carolyn provides beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, and a wagon to take it all to the beach! A lovely stay!

House is very clean, has everything you need for a nice vacation. From all the inside necessities to beach chairs, coolers, and even some sun screen! The only thing we bought was a small blanket to use on the couch while watching TV. The place is centrally located to stores and 3 minute walk to the beach. The small pool with outside furniture was absolutely perfect! Would highly recommend for a couple. We loved it!

This was my 3rd time at the Beach House, and it's just as beautiful as the 1st time. Location is perfect, house is immaculate and has everything one could need - down to the smallest detail. The pool and backyard area is adorable. Carolyn and Joe saw to every detail and are super responsive to address any questions. We will definitely be back again!

Truly magnificent property for that first, second, or umpteenth honeymoon. Location is perfect for beach access during the day & at sunset, plus the pool offers a serene spot during the hotter parts of the day.
Inside, it was obvious Carolyn took time creating a decor that offered calmness and relaxation. Couldn't ask for a better spot or property.

This was our second stay the BLB and it was just as wonderful as the first time! Aside from how close it is to the beach, shopping & restaurants, there is still a lot of privacy. The house is the perfect size for my husband and I, and the outdoor space is great for hanging out in the morning or evening. The place is spotless and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware, etc. Carolyn texted when the rental was available for check-in, in case we arrived to the island early, which I though was very nice! I can't wait for our next visit to Anna Maria Island and BLB!!!

This was an AMAZING trip!
We loved everything about this prefect little beach house, from the pool, beach location ( just a 2 min walk) , to all the great restaurants within a 10min drive.
