Large 4BR home with spa, only 10 minutes from downtown!
Esta casa tiene grandes espacios comunes con 1 cama King, 8 camas dobles y 3 camas gemelas. Duerme cómodamente 12 con cada uno que tiene su propia cama. Esta casa recientemente renovada está a unos 10 minutos del centro de Nashville.

A large group of us (8 adults, no couples) all knew each other from grad school and hadn’t seen each other in 3 years. This was a great place, no one had to share a bed, and it was in a great location.
Very clean, small leak while we were there, but host sent out a handyman asap to fix.

Needed more coffee cups etc and back yard is basically unusable .

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party in Nashville. Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay! Friendly people, great area super close to downtown. Ubers were really cheap too! All around win win!

We rented this house for a bachelorette trip. It was a very nice house and the owners were AMAZING at communicating with us. We would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

Trip was a reunion for four sisters as we had not been physically all 4 together in over 40 years. We all live in different states and chose Nashville for our reunion. The home was very nice, jacuzzi tub did not work but other than that the home was very comfortable, clean, plenty of space, enjoyed just sitting out on patio talking and catching up. Neighborhood was quite and close to all the areas we were interested. We DEFINATELY would stay again!

Great house had everything you could need or want and they had lots and lots of beds so great for a big family or group. The kids had fun with the pool table and ping pong table and hot tub.
Clean up list was very short and reasonable so that was nice too.

This home is located in a nice niehborhood and has easy access to Opry Mills, Ice ect. It is just a small distance off 155 Briley Parkway. It took about 15/20 minutes to get to Opry Mills.
It was very spacious, clean, well stocked, and has many beds for large groups.
The property owners were very nice, and sent us all the information we needed as well as a way to contact them if we needed them during our stay.

This was a good location 10. Mins or so from the downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of rooms and everything we needed for our stay.
We had to park our motorhome and there was space for it in the big driveway. The owner was available for our questions.

The house was great….very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. It’s in a great neighborhood and a straight shot to downtown. Check in and check out was effortless. Would gladly stay again on our next Nashville trip. Amenities were just as described. We had a fun relaxing trip and appreciate the great stay.

Nice place, short drive from Downtown. Hot tub was perfect to soak our aching muscles from the Spartan race. Close to stores to pick up necessities. Beds were comfy. Easy check in/ out.

The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure all of our needs were met. This was from the day we checked in. The location and the accommodations were top notch and suited our large group rather nicely. Would definitely look to stay with them again if in the area. Thanks again!!!

Nice neighborhood. Lots of families out walking so very safe had no issues. Really close to downtown think only about 10 - 15 mins by Uber. Overall the house was clean, beds were comfy and lots of room. Maybe add a few more pots and pans. Kind of limited by got us by for our stay. Management was always in contact with us as needed which was great. Would highly recommend staying here if in Nashville.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to get to attractions. Uber into downtown is the way to go. There was plenty of room for our 7 “mature” adults to stretch out. The hot tub looked inviting, but getting in and out lacked a good access for older adults. We definitely would use this property again. Good communication with the group who run this property.

The house was so clean and accommodating and Jean was great with making sure we didn’t have any questions. The kitchen was perfect with everything you need as well as all the towels and wash rags too. This will be the only house I rent when I come back to Nashville. I can not say enough good things about the owner or the house.

The property was very clean.. we had a rental car and everything is very close but didn’t take car to downtown and Uber was sooo easy and quick. The property management team were very accessible but everything was in order and we didn’t need to reach out at all

The home was cute. Decorations made it feel like home and the multi game table was a hit for the teens. So many gathering areas and places to sleep. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Communication with the host was effortless and they weren’t above and beyond to make sure we were communicated with. We will definitely reach out if in the area again.

We loved the idea that everyone in our party could have their own bed! The home was clean and updated. The kids loved the ping pong table. They were disappointed cause the pictures showed an air hockey table, but it looks like the game table has been changed since the pictures were taken. The property manager had great communication and made sure we had a great stay!

What a cute place to stay! Very cozy and it’s amazing how large it is inside and how comfortable we were. Plenty of bathrooms and beds. Wish it had a dishwasher and more room to sit and eat, but would love to stay here again. The owners are very responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend working with them.

Property was exactly as listed. Everything was clean. Kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook family meals with no problem. We had one issue with the dishwasher and the owner was very responsive. No complaints. We had a great time with family. We will definitely look at this property again if/when we are in the area.

Friends and family gathered for my daughters 21st birthday and my sisters 50th birthday! The house was spacious had 3 full bathrooms and plenty of shared space where we could gather and enjoy each other! We will definitely come back!

This property was comfy and awesome when you have an abundance of personalities in one space this home worked. It wasn't so big that you had to search out the party but you also had tons of room to breathe and enjoy!!

There were 8 women in our group and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Lots of beds and everything was clean and tidy. We made a few suggestions before we left about adding additional silverware and supplying some spices for cooking but it wasn't anything that would keep us from staying there again. The owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to our inquiries. Great location close to shopping and restaurants and a very quiet neighborhood. Our group was happy with the property.

We attended a conference in downtown Nashville and found the location of this home to be very convenient for many things. The house is very spacious with enough sleeping for at least 12 people. The beds were quite comfortable. Furniture in the living room should be replaced and the kitchen could be better furnished, but we made do. The game table was a huge hit!
