We had a nice few days here. Appreciated the advance communication from the hosts, as well as their helpfulness on restaurants & early checkin. The unit was clean & had everything we needed to cook meals and dine at the kitchen bar. The futon sofa was comfortable for two to sit & watch tv. I had thought it might be awkward to watch the living room tv since it was up so high on the wall, but it was fine. Also appreciated the large bedroom tv so we could each watch our own show in different rooms. Loved having two sinks in the bathroom & a big shower. The bed was a bit too firm for me – hurt my hip to sleep on my side; but on my back was fine. Really appreciated a full size washer/dryer. For a couple on the road for four weeks, there wasn’t quite enough storage for all of our things, but we put them against the wall in the living room & our clothes fit fine hanging in the closet; no real drawer space. Our golf clubs had to stay in the car, but it seemed pretty safe and we had no issues. Street parking was easy. Unit and street were both really quiet but the location completely walkable to a Trader Joe’s and major shopping center with plenty of shops and dining. My only real complaint was that the AC would reset to 70 degrees and for people that keep it at 76-78 at night, that was way too cold to sleep. Would stay here again.

Our flight was supposed to arrive early and the host were quite gracious to make arrangements for an early check-in or to keep our luggage if an early check-in would not be available. We got there much later than anticipated and pulled into a nice quiet neighborhood , gratefully finding snacks, chocolate and beverages waiting for us in the kitchen. The home is very clean and organized. We appreciate that we could recycle and that there was an outdoor table and chairs available. The bathroom is large with a roomy shower. Plenty of hooks are throughout the unit and we appreciated the reading lights. It was comfortable for two adults and your host are generous and quick to remedy any tiny challenge you might have. We would definitely stay here again. Roaring Camp railroad was an enjoyable activity in the area. 5 Stars!

My husband and I was looking for a room that we could go to San Francisco, Big Sur, Monterey, and Carmel yet stay in the same room. This is the perfect location! And Murthy has the best communication of any VRBO that we have ever rented from. Plus the room is very nice, very clean, and very well stocked! Murthy knew it was our 35th wedding anniversary and even had champagne, a beautiful and delicious cake!, and some nice candy for us! We loved our room and host! The most organized and well-furnished/equipped VRBO ever! Murphy's communication was always timely. He provides all the information to check in and out in both his welcome email and the informational binder in the unit. Absolutely spotless place. I didn't find a spot of dust. He has labelled every cabinet so you don't have to search around for things. A fully functional, full-sized appliance kitchen is provided. Bed is very comfy with extra pillows and blankets either in plain sight or under the bed. Each side has its own nightstand and flexible reading lamp. TV's in the bedroom and living room area. Bathroom is spacious with TWO sinks! Woo hoo! Murphy has even left all the instruction manuals for all major appliances for your reference. You can adjust the heat to your liking and it's fast!
The neighborhood is very nice. My husband and I had a wonderful stroll around. Owners here clearly take care of their yards with pride. Very quiet, even though it is not far from Saratoga Avenue, a huge thoroughfare in San Jose. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Don't miss the amazing Bill of Fare, funky and something for everyone. Convenient to freeways too.

What's not to love? Fantastic neighborhood, beautiful, quiet, plenty of space to park, could walk to Trader Joe's! Clean place, gas stove, and dark enough for this 3rd shift worker to sleep during the day. Looking forward to staying here next time I'm anywhere near Campbell/San Jose!

Very nice attached home. Every necessary item stocked. We never had to request anything as it was there. We had a problem figuring out the TV and the host appeared in less than 10 minutes and gave us clear instructions. This is very busy city, with fast drivers. This location is off the main roads, nice quiet residential area, yet still within easy walking distance to many nice shops and stores, including TraderJoes, Sprouts and Starbucks. Plus Westgate West Shopping Mall.

Very charming unit
As soon as we walked through the front door, the unit is very clean, warm, and charming. It felt like home with everything you need. The location is very quiet with minimal to no noises and away from the main road. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer on this trip. Hopefully, we can make it longer on the next trip.

Best VRBO ever!
We were absolutely thrilled with our accommodations and can't say enough about our stay! The place is beautifully recently renovated, all with high end appliances and fixtures. There are a lot of little touches, which we didn't expect, from cotton balls, to a playpen (if you need it). The bed and bedding is luxurious, and the place is so quiet! The area itself is well located in a lovely well-maintained green neighbourhood, close to all amenities and accessible to where you need to go (without being too close!). Meet the hosts if you have time- they are absolutely lovely, and we like them so much that we hope they come and stay with us! Book now, you will not be disappointed! But please, not at the time when we will be booking again to come back...

Home Away from Home
Due to COVID-19 concerns, my son and I chose to stay nearby, but not with, my elderly relatives. Although this accommodation was expensive for the two weeks that we were in town, it was a very positive experience. The hosts were gracious and attentive with the perfect balance of friendly, while respecting your privacy. Murthy even went out and bought us some basic food supplies when he learned that we were coming from abroad. I was so grateful for the bread, milk, and eggs, as we were in fact delayed, and the stores were closed by the time we arrived. The location was very convenient; there is a nice strip mall within walking distance that includes Trader Joe's and Sprouts, as well as some good restaurants. We enjoyed the Thai restaurant, especially. There is another strip mall with Target and T.J. Maxx also within walking distance. The unit was clean and equipped with quality appliances, which made for a very comfortable stay. We often cooked at "home" and had everything that we needed. I am very particular about where I stay and almost always have suggestions for improving the accommodations. However, in this case, it provided everything we needed to be comfortable. I suppose if I could think of one improvement I would suggest a portable dustbuster to be able to vacuum, given that we were there for an extended period of time. I highly recommend this accommodation and would stay there again.

The hosts, Rima and Murphy, were super communicative leading up to our stay and made sure I had all the info I needed to check in. I never needed to reach out to them during my stay, but they were very hospitable and let me know that I was always open to.
They live right next door(couldn't even tell honestly, it was so quiet) so I'm sure they would have been responsive if I needed help from them.

I needed a place to stay near my son and his family. What I got was an amazing private apartment with high end furnishings in an absolutely perfect location. It was sparkling clean. The kitchen is completely outfitted. The bed is super comfortable and there is more than enough storage in the closet. The bathroom is very large. There is even a washer and dryer! The neighborhood is quiet yet shopping is just a few minutes walk away. Thank you Murthy and Rima!

Wonderful Accommodations
This is a very well appointed and immaculate accommodation, conveniently located within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and a shopping mall. The owners have furnished the unit with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The refrigerator contains bottles of water, cans of soft drinks, common condiments, etc. There is a bottle of good red and white wine. The kitchen has plates, bowls, silverware, serving utensils, pots and pans, a 4 burner gas stove, a microwave, a Keurig with coffee and tea cups plus creamers and sweeteners. It is a small but completely equipped kitchen.
Every drawer, cabinet and closet is clearly labeled with the contents. The light switches are labeled. There is a binder with instructions for heat, tv, and information on shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The unit is private and the owners respect your privacy. I didn’t even see them during my stay.
All the furnishings are high quality and very luxurious. There are plenty of towels and throws. You control the heater so you can adjust the temperature for your needs. IMy stay was in December so I didn’t need the air conditioning or the ceiling fans in the kitchen/living room or the bedroom. But they would be very welcome in the summer.
Laundry facilities are in the unit, consisting of new, stacked LG washer and dryer.
Lighting I’d good and includes plug in floor lights that illuminate the rooms at night. O tripping if you have to use the bathroom in the night. The bathroom is spacious, with a dual sink vanity and a wonderful, large walk in shower with a rain shower head.the bathroom floor and entire shower stall is in travertine tile.
The entryway is well lit. There are two steps to get up to the entry door but they ate very large and you have plenty of room to stand.
I highly recommend this unit and will stay here again if I come back to this area.

The Best in the West- West San Jose!
My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment last April while visiting with our daughter and son-n-law who had recently moved to San Jose. We loved the apartment from the moment of our arrival and knew we would return. We were fortunate there was availability over the Thanksgiving holiday and loved our eight night stay. The apartment offered more than we could possibly want or need. Yet, truth be told, the best part of the apartment, is the the Nemali family. We thank Rima, Murthy and their daughters for their warmth, caring and professionalism when providing for their guests. We are looking forward to planning our next trip to San Jose when we will be able to visit our daughter, son-in-law and the wonderful Nemali family.

Best decision ever!
Our stay was the first time we went on vacation as a family in Northern California, as well as the first time to book an Air B&B. We have a special needs child with high functioning autism and travel can be extremely challenging and stressful. Booking and Air B&B was the best decision we ever made!
From start to finish Rima & Murthy were always responsive and gracious hosts. Though we did not get a chance to meet them in person, they were available to answer any questions.
Check in was fast and easy. This is important especially after a 5-hour flight; not including airport check-in, boarding, baggage claim, car rental, shuttle, walking, and waiting!
And parking!!! If you drive, you know that available parking is gold! Street parking was convenient in front of the unit, with a short walk to the door. No long lines at the hotel registration counter, no wait times to catch the elevator, and no long walks down a hallway after a long day!!!
The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Lots of restaurants, and there's a shopping mall and Target 5 minutes away by car. We didn't eat out much which saved us money. Money we can put away for another stay in the near future, at a "home away from home."
