As the picture shows, the best thing about this rental is the location. It's not too small for 2 adults, although you'll struggle to find space to store two suitcases. We accepted that tradeoff but you can thank us that the rental now has more than one large coffee mug, one large fork, one large soup spoon, an unchipped toilet seat, a bath mat and 4 working elements on the stove. The good news is that the iTrip folks were super responsive to these issues. Still, for the price, one wonders why these things weren't a given, as well as more than two partial rolls of toilet paper. Maybe two beach towels? Those little touches seem appropriate at this price.

Nice location and good potential but I would be embarrassed to rent it to someone! We were greeted by a huge dead roach that had been steeped on but not cleaned up. The overall cleaning was minimal and the rug in the bedroom was filthy. The front door has no weather striping and a quarter inch gap all the way around it. Makes it convenient for roach and ant parties. There was one normal sized coffee cup that must have come from a garage sale 25 years ago along with the miniature coffee pot that needed smaller filters than I’ve ever seen. Three or four mismatched pieces of silverware. The furniture should have been put out with the garbage—so uncomfortable. The screen door is falling apart. It did have an environmental saving as the toilet paper didn’t waste many trees—so small and thin, lucky we had our own. Would never recommend this place and plan to ask for a refund.

Great 1bedroom condo with views of the Gulf.

Condo is outdated and in need of a deep clean. Cleanliness questionable. Poorly maintained; several issues. Missing/broken blinds from previous reviews still an issue. Stovetop is a joke. Black ant invasion. If another unit in the complex would have been available for the duration of our stay we would have moved into it.

It was ok. Place definitely needs some TLC. It's really plain for a beach condo I opened the blinds in the bedroom, and they fell off the wall. The kitchen sink does not produce hot water. There were 2 plastic ice trays, one of which had holes in it, so we took it upon ourselves to throw it away. The shower curtain was gross with mold all on the bottom. The bed was really comfortable, and the little porch was a nice plus. We didn't think it was worth what we ended up paying for it once we had ALL the additional fees added on.

Nice updated condo, but has some things that need attention. Blinds broken on both the bedroom window and patio door, causing lack of privacy. No hot water in kitchen sink (someone had it turned off under sink) so it was obviously a known issue. Shower curtain liner shorter than curtain, had to leave curtain in shower to prevent water all over bathroom floor. Cooktop burners are all bent and rusty, make it difficult to cook on. Communication was excellent with manager, overall we had a nice week.

This was our first time near to Clearwater and was exactly as we imagined. Quiet, cozy, friendly, the weather was awesome and my pet has a blast in all the different options to chose! We when to Clearwater North and a couple pet friendly parks! We will definitely do it again!!! Thank you, MC

Small room right on the beach. Easy to get to the beach has a pool and right on the beach. If you are a single traveler or a couple this would be a good room for you. I would not recommend for any larger group than a couple. I would suggest getting one of their larger rooms. This was perfect for a single traveler. Thanks for having this available right on the beach! Pool is great too!

My family and I enjoyed staying there, but we wished we had gotten a second bedroom. The pullout sofa worked fine for the kids to sleep on, but it took up a lot of space in the living room. The location is perfect tough, with it literally taking only 30 seconds for us to walk from our room to the beach. This prevented us from having to bring excessive amounts of "stuff" because if we needed something the room was right there. I'd stay at this location again, but would go with a 2 bedroom next time.

Everything was how it was described and pictured! Location was amazing! Beach was so beautiful and not crowded at all even on the holiday weekend. Customer service was 110% they went above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

Loved our stay in this condo. It was clean and bed was comfortable. View was great too. The only negative things were the air conditioning units on the roof being noisy throughout the night and the front door had a huge crack between door and frame that you could see outside. Plus the screws kept falling out of the latch on door. The chair also had the back cushion being used as the bottom cushion with a pillow for your back cushion. They need to replace this. Very uncomfortable. There wasn't any hot water in the kitchen to wash dishes, we had to boil water. Also, there's no longer an onsite office to help give you information or help with your needs. BBC needs to bring the office back. We would definitely come back though.

We stayed a week at this place and had a good time. We enjoyed sitting out on the little patio and watching the ocean and sunset. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Great access to the beach.

Location is great and didn’t miss a day outside. Overestimated what we to bring for the month as the condo became cramped for us. Bed is uncomfortable. Loved our days there.

The excellent location and layout of this rental is just right for a couple. Although the rooms are quite small, each one offers a popular amenity. The bedroom is filled with a comfortable king size bed with lovely linens. The bath has a tiled walk-in shower, and the galley kitchen has all the basics for vacation cooking. The living area has an appealing decor, highlighted by a look at the ocean through the balcony slider. The rooms are bright all day, ending with a sunset view from the balcony or beach, depending on the season.

The listing was everything it said it would be. Nice remodeled condo. Great location to everything. Loved the balcony and view. Also loved the option to park under covered parking as well. We would definitely book this place again.

King size bed worn out and sagging on both sides. Looked at bed frame it was in bad shape too . Ceiling fan in the bedroom bedroom made noises the whole time it was running we sleep with one on at home. Sofa bed might be good children but not for adults very thin mattress not comfortable. Sofa it's self is hard and uncomfortable to sit on . The A/C unit makes loud noises cycling off and on. One of the two chairs on the balcony had the seat ripped out when we arrived called about it received a call back within an hour. Tried calling later on business day no answer tried to leave message machine hung up so I sent email and have received a response yet .I read some past reviews and the are mentions fan , beds being a problem before go figure.

I drove 18 hours from Maryland to Beleair Beach to arrive at a major reconstruction. The unit should not of been available to rent. The noise started at 8am … I have videos …. Loud cutting steel and drilling right out side my room. I have pictures and videos. I have used VRBO for years and it always has been great … this was more than very disappointing.

Location location location! It’s all about location! The unit itself is a bit outdated and could use some upgrades such as a dvd/blue ray player. If you are ok with no frills, you will be paying 1/2 price of the other units but enjoy the same location! Nothing like a 30 second walk to the beach!! One other positive note is that the balcony is facing the pool and the beach. The sunsets were amazing!

Superb location and helpful, pleasant staff. The condo was fine however the king size bed could be improved upon.

Overall pleased with the location and distance to the beach. Pretty quite no crazy spring breakers near us, you had to go up to Clearwater which we found was too crowded. Not our style. We would stay again.

The property was having maintenance work and jack hammering underneath the garage area so three days with continuous jack hammering. The manager did not inform us of the work going on with the property. Do not have a problem with the work on the property but the manager would not communicatee with us after several calls to the booking agent. .Sill trying to contact the booking manager.

The view of the gulf from the room was great. The kitchen was updated and very functional. The condo while very clean was dark and dated. The mattress was old and sagging and should be replaced.

Definitely enjoyed the nice private beach. The condo was a little further away from everything than what we hoped for, however UBER and “Free Beach Rides” was able to get us back and forth to the Clearwater Beach area when we wanted to go. Over all… it was a nice vacation for my wife and I!

The minute we walked into the unit we all started coughing. I felt like something was wrong because we felt it in our throat and in our lungs. By the next morning I had decided to leave there immediately, especially after seeing such obvious mold on the air Vents. I booked another hotel and told my family to have a little fun at the beach while I packed everything up, that we were not staying there another moment. But then there was nothing but dead fish in the water in the air outside was just as toxic as inside the unit. So we decided to leave Florida and go home immediately. On the way home, my husband got a low-grade fever and we have all gradually gotten extremely sick. I informed the manager of the mold situation and he was very argumentative and informed me that I would not be getting one penny back, no matter how sick I was that the unit was fine and it was the red tide that made me sick. I had no idea what a red tide was and he admitted that he knew about it days before we arrived and that we were still not going to get a refund even though we only spent one night there and it was enough to make us very sick. When we knew we were leaving I left the unit better than I found it. I have pictures proving the mold. Please don’t ever read from this man who was quite an awful human being. If his unit was perfect with no mold and it was the red tide that made me sick, as an owner of a unit I would have informed anyone renting it to tell them not to come. I used to own a unit in Panama City Beach and would never have pretended everything was fine just to get a little money. It’s a very low life incorrigible, horrible thing to do.

We loved the location. It’s in a private area but close to all activities. The beach is at your back door and private. Would recommend this property to any family or couples.

This condo was very comfortable for my Husband kids and me. My favorite part was the view to the beach from the balcony.

Are stay was pleasant convenient to many places! Needs a few upgrades! Comfortable couch would be nice! Shower could be hotter checked with mgnt but they couldn’t explain why it was luke warm most of time! All in all pleasant stay
