We are a couple in our 80s who have rented often. Amy's place in Las Cruces tops them all. It is spacious, clean, well-appointed in every way (furnishings, utensils, decorations, bedding, etc.) It even has a home theater in which we, as KC residents, enjoyed the Super Bowl! The house sits on the edge of the neighborhood, which allows great views of the Organ Mountains and access to hiking trails. We liked the backyard and birds bathing in the rock fountain constructed back there. The neighborhood is close to the big medical center and we were impressed with the availability of shops and good restaurants within easy driving distance.

We were able to eat lunch outside a couple of days . At home we would have been shoveling snow. We were able to play golf several days while we were in Las Cruces. At home all the courses are closed and we would have been shoveling snow. We enjoyed walking in the desert and the neighborhood everyday; without needing to wear snow boots. This house is located easy distance from where we enjoyed to visit.

Everything was perfect from the time we walked in until the time we left. The kitchen was well stocked and we made ourselves at home during our stay. We would stay at this property again next time we’re in Las Cruces.

Well appointed home situated in a great place for hikes. My little one loved sitting outside with me watching the water fountain and the birds that bathed in it. Also appreciated playing on the grassy area beside the house.

We stayed at this property over a long weekend. We have stayed in countless VRBOs over the years, and this is in our top 3. There is such pride in ownership in this rental property. The decor is tasteful, and the amenities astounding. There is a full move/theatre room. There is a full workout area is the immaculate garage. High end appliances just like home, not some inexpensive rental ones. The thoughtful touches: full spices in the pantry, with some starter staples, like olive oil, flour,etc. Iced glasses and some beer in the refrigerator. Citronella candles on the patio. Qtips and high quality toilet paper. Ahhh, just like home.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful this property was . We will definitely be back:)

Amy is incredibly accessible and responsive. This clean and comfortable home is stocked with everything needed to cook and relax. We particularly enjoyed the fountain in the beautiful back yard which attracted all sorts of birds and was a wonderful addition to the mountain and desert views. We will definitely stay again!

We loved spending Thanksgiving with our family in the gorgeous home. Amy is the NICEST and the easiest to communicate with. The house is SUPER clean, (smells great too) tons of space, kitchen has everything you need to cook & clean! The whole home is stocked with anything you could ever need. Also, the gym in the garage is such a bonus along with backyard access to a great little hiking/walking trail. 10/10! Most definitely staying here again.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home. We spent New Years at this house with my parents and so we just had to book again! I would highly recommend this property.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood, very clean, has high-end finishes, and lots of personal touches that make it feel comfortable and inviting. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, close to everything but feels secluded place to stay pick this place. Excellent accommodations! Very clean. Furniture is comfortable for all sizes. I am 6’3 and my wife is 5’3. Both of us had an enjoyable trip. The home theater made for a great stay for me while my wife shopped with her local family. Thanks Amy and Larry!

This home was very comfortable and had all the creature comforts you could ask for. Amy is a delightful host and even had a christmas tree set up for us to make our stay festive. Ideal location on the outer edge of town with beautiful scenery out back yet university, restaurants and shopping readily available. Especially enjoyed the nightly coyote serenades! Thank you Amy!

Had a fabulous time at this property. We were there for the Christmas holiday was so wonderful. We arrived to the house warm, lights on, and a Christmas Tree lit. SO INVITING!!!! We felt at home. We were able to cook, enjoy the fire, and watch the sunrise every morning. The linens are wonderful, the beds perfect. The theatre room was used every day and night while we were there. The house was well stocked, all the appliances new and beautiful and a fabulous grill on the patio. We could not have asked for more for the holidays. The house is perfect ... was sad to leave. We will be visiting again. Thank you Amy -- it was a pleasure working with you -- you really made our holiday perfect!!

VISITING AREA ON BUSINESS. RELAXED IN MOVIE THEATER WHEN WEATHER WAS BAD. KITCHEN HAS EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED. JETTED TUB TO RELIEVE BACK PAIN OR JUST SOAK. MASTER BATH AND BEDROOM WELL-DESIGNED. BEAUTIFUL BACK YARD. AMY WILL SOLVE ANY PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. WILL GO BACK SOON.

Stone Canyon is the best VRBO home we have stayed at thus far. The home is perfect! Gorgeously decorated and feels like a home away from home. Spectacular views, yet close to every possible store one could need. The hiking trails are endless! We hiked the Organ Mountains, Bar Canyon trail, which is only about ten minutes away. We spent 3 hours on the trails! Perfect for the whole family or the expert climber. We also went sledding on the White Sand dunes. An absolute must! The boys and I had a blast and the sight is one not to miss! We also made the trip to Truth or Consequences for a soak in the hot springs--Riverbend. This was nice, but a bit of a drive (over one hour). Loved this home! Wanted to move in! A perfect stay for us to visit with our son who a Soldier stationed at Fort Bliss. We shared a complete Thanksgiving dinner and spent quality, relaxing and adventurous time together before his deployment. I am so grateful for the last minute accommodations that turned into a blessing. Thank you so much, Amy, for your hospitality! Amy was very helpful and friendly. She replied to all our questions very promptly and checked in with us during our stay.

This home is beautiful inside and out. The property was spacious, modern and well maintained. All the comforts of home were present in the fully equipped kitchen, large living room, nice laundry room (excellent washer and dryer), totally cool theater room, an amazing garage with plenty of parking. Everything was clean and well supplied when we arrived. Thanks, Amy - you made our stay perfect!! It was a pleasure working with you.... We'll be back.
