The front desk staff was very friendly! The bed extremely comfortable.
The bathroom was really dirty - almost gross. There is pink mold grunge in the metal shower track - yuck! And the garbage was not cleaned out and not really sure the toilet was cleaned. I did mention this to the young woman on the 20th when I checked out. Her response - "I've heard that before"! Maybe, then, you need to clean it up!
PS - the woman preparing the breakfast buffet was extremely rude. You can call me if you want to know more...

Breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent. It was quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable.
No view due to huge, manmade berm to the east. Nothing can be done about that. It is a good place to walk your pet if you have one. I had trouble getting my key card to work in the door to the pool, needed help.

The only issue they didn't have USB charging ports in room, I had forgotten my charging block at home , I had to go buy one at gas station it was $27.00 lol I've just never stayed at a hotel that didn't have USB ports . Other then that it was a great place .

Upon checking in the front office person was not welcoming. I am an IHG member and I was surprised. I requested a 1st floor room, end of the hall, away from the elevator. My request was granted via email. I was in the middle of the hall on the second floor. I recently had surgery and I am still sore. I was answered with a response that told me - oh too bad. The breakfast worker on the third was unfriendly. The breakfast worker today was too busy listening to her music and banging around to be bothered. The checkout woman this morning was very nice and professional.

No air conditioning in hallway or stairs. Stairs is expected but elevator was broken so had to make the trip up 4 flights.

Location was great and everything was clean. Once again we had to leave as they were starting breakfast, so no review there. The beds are very comfortable and they have an ondoor swimming pool.
The hallway area near the elevator and the elevator itself are too warm. Does not match the cooler temperature of the rest of the hotel.

The hotel was easily accessible to Hwy 70 and 25 as well as town. The check in was very easy and the staff were very friendly, polite and courteous. My husband thought he left his hat in our room after we had checked out. The desk clerk was quite willing to reprogram a key card so I could get back in the room.

Holiday Inn express was a nice place to stop over. It was a bit off the road we were coming from. The room was clean and staff friendly. The beds were not very comfortable but we only stayed for one night.

I’m all honesty I wasn’t expecting much from this holiday inn however was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, size of the room and friendliness of the staff, made us feel very welcome. We were only staying one night but after a very comfortable stay I wish we had stayed longer!

The breakfast was very good. A little more variety (one day omelettes, next day biscuits and gravy for example), it would have been excellent. The staff was the friendliest I have ever met! The pool and hot tub were excellent!

my car got dented the first hour we were there. and the hotel doesn’t record anything so that wasn’t great. our room wasn’t ready when we got there.

Conveniently located. One of the closest stays to White Sands National Park. Great staff. Great breakfast.

I was very upset that my reservations done with Bookings the property was unable to accommodate my reservation because it was never reserved by booking. They where booked and had only al1 room that they could give me that was not the one reserved (smaller) and paid more.
