Wonderful best describes our stay with Bjarte at his Aspen condo. From the up front communication, to the furnishings and cleanliness of the condo, to the accommodation in our change of plans, Bjarte and his team were great to work with. We contacted Bjrate prior to our stay and he was very helpful in answering questions in preparation for our stay. Once we arrived at the condo, the condo had ideal furnishings and was well prepared for our stay. The condo is centrally located in downtown Aspen and is within walking distance to shopping, dining, entertainment and more. During our stay, our plans changed and Bjarte was very hospitable with this change. We would highly recommend staying with Bjarte and will most certainly stay with him again during further trips to Aspen. Thank you again for everything.

I have been traveling to aspen for 30+ years, every summer and every December. This experience was horrible. I booked it because there were a bunch of positive reviews but I had a negative one. If there are guest staying in the apartment on top of you be prepared to hear every single foot step. There is some sort of meter right outside the master bedroom and it beeps 247. We could not sleep the entire trip. We were not told or warn about the construction that would be taking place in the front area of the building the entire time. The units is on the 1st floor right next to the building entrance, so not only was the building basically in a construction site when you walked in and out, but because of where the unit is located we heard drilling and banging from inside our entire trip. We had two babies under 2 and it was a nightmare for us and them for their sleep schedule. The worst part about this (because if you book you will have the noise on the 2nd floor and maybe the beeping meter outside the master but not the construction because it will be over) was the owner. The owner was so nasty and so rude I am still in shock. At first we tried texting and calling the owner to resolve the meter issue and other issues but we never got a response. So we called VRBO and they finally got him on the phone. When we asked why he has not answered us, he started screaming and said we are harassing him and using intimidation tactics. It was really strange and scary. Do not stay here!

We enjoyed everything about this property & it made for a fantastic stay in Aspen. Its a quiet location but a very short couple of blocks walk to stores (grocery, liquor store). Parking available right in front if you have a car. The main center of town with all the restaurants, bars, shopping, Saturday farmers market, etc were only a few minutes more. The property itself was great too -- easy check-in & communication with the hosts, spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for a perfect long weekend getaway. Definitely recommended and we'd stay there again!

We've been staying in VRBOs in Aspen for the past 5 years. Hands-down this was the easiest, most enjoyable, comfortable stay yet. And I can't wait to return. Condo was as advertised. We were familiar with area and the unit was perfect for our family.

We had a blast in Aspen at this condo. The owner and manager were very responsive and helpful as our flight was diverted and it took us 6 extra hours to get in late at night. The condo is upgraded, comfortable, and literally 2 blocks from the Gondola and downtown Aspen. We walked to and from bars/restaurants every night. 5 stars for sure. Great spot!

We really enjoyed staying here. Wonderful atmosphere. Walking distance to aspen and the gondola made it incredibly convenient. And the kitchen was clean, in perfect shape and a joy to cook in. I’d happily stay there again.

This place was awesome. It had a full stocked kitchen and it wasn’t extremely spacious. It was aspen chic and extremely clean. This place is top notch and has heated floors in the bathrooms. The manager was awesome and responds right away. I would for sure stay again. Lastly, it was nice and quiet and close to the grocery store.

Everything was great. Loved hanging out by the fireplace. The kitchen was fully stocked if you are into cooking.

The owners were very accommodating. The location was great! It was nice and roomy for our family of four. The bed and pillows in the master bedroom were super comfortable. It was super clean, which I appreciate. If I ever need another Aspen rental I would look to return to this home.

Almost Everything about this place was PERFECT! The only negatives were that there are no outdoor spaces, your view is mostly of the parking lot and that you are on the 1st floor so you hear the people above you. Keep in mind tho that you are in an ideal location with lots of parks and the city of Aspen basically at your fingertips. The positives WAY OUTWEIGH the negatives. Looking forward to staying here again!

Pictures do not do this place justice! It is beautifully decorated, mountain chic, and so cozy! The place was perfectly clean and equipped for a stay - it felt even nicer than a five star hotel. There are TVs in every room, a full gourmet kitchen, gas-burning fire place, wine fridge, spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms each. It is also walking distance to town! Highly highly recommend!

we had a lovely stay. the condo was well stocked, and had everything we needed for our stay. the only slight downside was the wifi was a bit slow.

Very clean. Very nice. Beds were awesome. 3 blocks from town. Lots is towels. Condo was a nice place to stay. We didnt get a parking permit but had no issues

This Aspen property is absolutely "sparkling" with state-of-the-art kitchen and bath features, and very comfortable bedrooms. Owner was extremely responsive with questions on operating AC and parking. All in all, our stay here only added to our wonderful week in Aspen.

We had a wonder stay at your condo. If it had one more bedroom, I would buy it in a heart beat!! Perfect location. Wonderful owners!! I would recommend it to everyone!
