Dentro de la sección cerrada de la base de esquí, esta casa ofrece lujosa privacidad como una de las dos unidades en el dúplex. Se encuentra en el río Fraser, con impresionantes vistas de las pistas de esquí. Camine hasta la base en 5 minutos o tome el autobús de enlace una parada.
El nivel superior tiene dos master suites, una con una cama king (y cama queen) y la otra con una cama queen (y un dormitorio con capacidad para 2 niños). Cada habitación tiene su propio baño adjunto con grandes duchas. También hay una lavadora y secadora en este nivel.
En el nivel principal se encuentra la sala de estar con chimenea de leña, cocina gourmet, área de comedor, rincón para dormir con dos camas individuales y medio baño.
El nivel inferior es la entrada con guardaesquís y dos puestos de estacionamiento techado. El lugar del portal es para no fumadores y no se permiten mascotas.

The short walk to the slopes and ski school makes this home a perfect place to enjoy Winter Park. The relaxing hot tub has an amazing view and listening to the stream is fantastic. The fully equipped kitchen provides all you need to cook a meal. We ate at the house all but 3 meals of the 5 full days during our stay.
It takes 7 minutes to walk to the ski school from the front door. It was perfect for our 6 and 11 year old to get going i the morning.
100% we will rent this place again if available.

This is our second time staying at this property. Can’t beat the location for the price and space. Owners communicated well and accommodating when an issue arose and was quickly resolved. The unit has everything you need to prepare meals (one of the best equipped kitchens) including humidifiers in every room. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time at this property with excellent communication from the host. Great stock of bathroom toiletries, kitchen items and small touches that we did not have to purchase. Our stay included dishwasher soap and laundry detergent so do not feel it is necessary to purchase all these small items that were provided by the host.

No brainer. Stayed here with my fam (16 year old twins). As mentioned in other reviews, the place is much nicer than the photos. Completely renovated with radiant floors and tasteful decor. It's got everything you need - fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, and wood burning fireplace.

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at this property. The location was fantastic- just a short walk to the base. The unit was updated, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The space was great, and we enjoyed playing the board games and relaxing in the hot tub after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again when coming to Winter Park.

We had an absolutely great stay. The house is lovely. It has everything you need for a ski getaway. Kitchen is fully stocked. And it is literally only 5-10 minutes walk from the gondola!

We have stayed at various mountains and Winter Park numerous times. This townhouse is very new and well appointed on all fronts. 5 stars on everything. Beds are great. Host is awesome. Walk to base is short and simple.

Perfect utilization of space. Heated floors and hot tub huge hit. Took advantage of all the games and awesome fire place. Best location and woke up staring at mountains each day. Enough supplies (towels, tp, shampoo, etc) that you can come with a small bag and good to go. Great work owners!

We were there for a week long summer family trip. We chose this property primarily for it's location to Trestle Bike Park. The location is a perfect mix of being close to the base yet feels a bit secluded and quiet.
The townhouse was clean, beautiful and well stocked. The river behind the townhouse made it extra special for a summer stay. In July you could hear the sounds of the river throughout the townhouse with the windows open. The private hot tub is also right next to the river.
My daughter loved the loft bed area. Just be sure to keep the fan going to help it cool down.
As others have said, the pictures on VRBO do not do it justice.

It really is just a 5 min. Walk to the ski lifts.
Great location for those skiing enthusiasts that want a little more room for their money than staying in Winter Park Village area. In fact, the home was even more spacious than what the online pics show. The personal hot tub was so nice to have access to at the end of the ski day. We would book this home again!

Better than advertised
Our first reaction upon walking in is that it's even better than it appeared on the VRBO listing - brighter, roomier, and very clean and modern. Great location just a 5-10 min. walk to the gondola and great host.

Beautiful townhouse just a few minute walk to the gondola! Expertly decorated and very cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home. We look forward to staying again.

Quick family vacation
Great place — very well maintained with everything we needed to have a great time. Location was great, too — short walk to lifts. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Great townhouse!
We had a great time in Winter Park and at this townhouse. We were able to walk to the summer activities at the resort and my elementary aged kids absolutely love it. Especially the alpine slide. We will have to bring our mountain bikes next time so we can ride vs hike down after the gondola ride.
The house had the Fraser river running right behind it so it was really lovely to hear and see the water while at the house. Fraser trailhead is also walking distance from the house. Town a short drive and was impressed w the food choices. House had everything you need to stay in and cook too.
Only con was the train that runs through the resort. We got three 5:30am wake ups from the train horn!
Overall though it was a great trip. Thank you to the owners!

Being only a 5 minute walk to the base makes this home beyond convenient. We loved our stay. The home was well-appointed and it seemed like the hosts thought of all the small details that make a rental experience go smoothly. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the condo perfect for two couples or a family . Only problem was COVID virus closed down restaurants near by so we had to eat in all our meals.

I’ve stayed at a lot of luxury properties and a lot of dumpy ski houses. This one is the best of both worlds. Very clean/modern feel, with great attention to detail.

Amazing stay!!!
We stayed at this property for a few days before Christmas with our teens and nephew to ski Winter Park. The location was perfect with gorgeous views from the large windows (with roaming moose right outside) and just a few minutes walk to the ski lifts. Two covered carports attached with a large hot tub outside. We were all very impressed with the space and layout of the condo. It’s fully remodeled beautifully with everything you need to have the perfect stay... even heated floors! I highly recommend this condo and the photos don’t do it justice at all. As a realtor myself, I recommend getting professional photos done to showcase this unit! It’s truly a gorgeous place ! We had a great time.

A Gem!
This place is great! It has great amenities and location. You can easily walk to the WP resort, but yet it is secluded from the crowds. Hot tub is great. Owner is great to work with as well. Pictures on here don’t really do it justice as it’s hard to capture the essence of this place in a picture. I highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The pictures do not do it justice--it's large, sunny and beautiful! We had our 4 year old with us, and the walk from the condo to the slopes was a bit too far for her little legs, but for those with slightly longer legs, the location is great. Thank you!

Perfect small group retreat
Could not have had a better stay for our guys trip. All the amenities, excellent condition, awesome communication.
The sleeping area in the loft wasn’t the most comfortable (mattress too thin and hot up there) but this was not enough to take a star away at all.
Exactly as advertised and would go back for sure!

Gorgeous
Perfect home away from home. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub while the snow was falling. Absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing of the ski resort. After you put on all of your snow gear, it’s just a short walk (literally right down the road-so close) to the slopes. Great experience!

Great space to enjoy a week of Winter Park fun!
The place was beautiful, we had a great time! The walk to the Gondola was easy and the hot tub after a long day of skiing was just what was needed to do it all over again the next day. This spot has everything to enjoy a ski trip for sure. Thanks for sharing your home!
