Winter or Summer Large Family Home - Walk to Gondola or Aspen Village Ammenities
Esta moderna casa contemporánea de más de 6 habitaciones en el vecindario de Fox Crossing fue construida en 2008 y actualizada en noviembre de 2015. Se instalaron nuevos acabados y muebles de diseño para el comienzo de la temporada de esquí 2015/16. La casa es ideal para entretenerse y disfrutar de las vistas a la montaña a través de sus grandes ventanales y su plano de planta abierto. La cocina de un gran chef cuenta con encimeras de granito negro y electrodomésticos Wolf de primera línea. Los dos balcones son perfectos para disfrutar de un cóctel mientras contempla la puesta de sol. Una nueva bañera de hidromasaje al aire libre tiene su propia chimenea privada y es ideal para relajar las piernas después de un día de ejercicio intenso, ya sea con esquís, ruedas o pies.

This home is expensive but, for us, it was worth the money! Beautiful home in a great location and not one of those typical cookie-cutter spots that feel "soul-less"

We had an amazing time at the house, slept 16 friends comfortably. Lots of bathrooms and bun rooms are fantastic. Driveway and garage is limited if you have multiple cars, other than we would 100 percent rent again! Candace is great!

We loved staying at this house for a girls trip this March. Rooms were spacious with lots of bathrooms and towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Views were amazing! Technology was easy to figure out. Hot tub was a plus! Would definitely recommend.

We were 5 couples in the house and we loved every minute of our stay. All of the furnishings and amenities were top notch and very comfortable. There was enough space for us to spread out and enjoy the home. We were a short, gorgeous walk to town or an easy drive. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. We would definitely rent this home again!

Best house ever!
We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this house. It was extremely spacious, had comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen, was perfect for entertaining, had a nice hot tub with a fireplace, had an empty garage for our cars and only .5 mile walk from downtown. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Aspen that needed to accommodate a lot of people. Candace was very prompt with her communication and we have already booked for next year!

Beautiful home perfect location
We loved the house and the amenities. Beautiful stocked kitchen. We walked into town easily every day. Could get on our bikes and jump on trails immediately. Perfect house for a summer getaway

Wonderful Weekend in Aspen
We rented the property with a total of 4 adult couples to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and had the most wonderful weekend. The house was fabulous; beautifully furnished, all the amenities we needed and perfectly located. We all said we would love to come back and rent the home again (maybe even bring our kids 😉). Candace was quick to answer all our questions both ahead of time and while we were there. I would 100% recommend this home if you are staying in Aspen.

Fantastic Aspen location, home for large group
Terrific spot. Beautiful home. Exceedingly well appointed in the kitchen and throughout. Had 15 people in the home and never felt congested. So many dishes and glasses, etc that keeping everyone filled was a breeze. Great home.

My 3 children with their spouses and their 6 children enjoyed their stay.
Unfortunately I got sick a couple days prior to our family trip so I was in the hospital the entire time my family stayed in this beautiful house. They all enjoyed their stay and sent me pictures every day oof the house and all the activities and adventures they had during their stay.

I've rented homes & condos all around the country and even in other countries and this experience was by far the best I've experienced! From asking questions, to check-in, to the attention to detail during every minute we were there - everything was perfect and I certainly will be returning to this home.

Great house!
A great location. Less than 5 minutes driving to downtown Aspen. House had plenty of room for all of our group., was very well stocked and the kitchen had everything we needed. Hot tub was used almost nightly. This was a great house for all of the kids-boys in one bunk room & girls in the other.

Overall great experience
Parking was more difficult than we expected but other than that, the house was fantastic and in a great location. Communication with Candace before our arrival was easy and she answered all questions we had timely.

Renter Beware
In short, I wouldn’t recommend it this property to others. We experienced several issues within the hone including the hot tub malfunctioning and a possible case of bed bugs. The property manager wasn’t very responsive and held us accountable for several unreasonable charges.

Candace was a great host - her home in Aspen was exactly as we expected and was the perfect size for a large group of 16 people! Amazing kitchen for cooking and short walk to town!
