This place was perfect for our Disney trip! Communication was spot on. Place could use an upgrade on the kitchen appliances. They are older and although they are clean and they work, the microwave and dishwasher were very loud! Beds and couches were comfortable. Lots of extra towels available. The Disney theme in the house was very cute. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house!

This particular home my family and I stayed in had some damage to it, the TV in the kids room did not work the entire stay, even when the host came she couldn't get it to work, but that wasn't the big problem because our host came out and acknowledged those damages where there the same day. The biggest problem was that upon arrival as went to prepare dinner for my family and 2 of the 4 burners was damaged. One was broken and not working and the other had a shortage. So when I used the other 2 burners that was working, the one that had the shortage would come one. VERY DANGEROUS... I reported it and maintenance came out a couple days later only to tell me that there was no way he can repair it and that he has to talk to the owner because a new stove needs to be purchased. That's that, Noone came with a new stove for the remaining 4 days that we was there. That was the worst part of the stay for me, because I spent longer times cooking due to me being able to use only 1 burner and spending unnecessary money on eating at restaurants. I didn't understand why they couldn't have the to replaced. It wasn't like they was gonna be disturbing my family because we was gone from the home half the day everyday. I have no about the other homes in the community, I'm only speaking on this particular home. I would not recommend it for another family. Now if they just needed the house to SLEEP ONLY and nothing else, then yes, by all means stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. The property itself is not far from the entrance which is convenient if you plan on enjoying some time at the windsor hill pool/gym/arcade/theater. We went to the main pool twice. The first time was later in the day. The second time was earlier in the morning and it was as packed. Our family of 5 shared 1 lounge chair which we managed to get after being there for 20minutes. We went around spring break so not sure how it is throughout the year. Next to the pool is the arcade, gym, movie theater and little convenience store/grill. As for the rental I feel like it met our needs for this stay. I do feel there were small little things that could have been done to improve the property but nothing major. I read a prior review that mentioned wires hanging and seeming to be a hazard. I did notice this in the living room but it was not a problem during our stay. If you have a toddler, I can imagine this would be concerning. The kitchen was clean. The oven was replaced during our stay. The microwave is a bit loud sounding but worked fine. One review mentioned the inconvenience of the door beeping every time you go outside. It only beeps if you forget to press the button next to the door. Safety feature because of the pool. There is a sign that explains how to do it, but it did take us a minute to figure out how to get the back door open so our first time outside we did make it beep. I opted to have the pool heater which I don’t regret.

We had a nice time. The property manager was always available and handle everything very quickly.

First off, I’m not one to leave reviews, whether good or bad. Secondly, I’m not some high-class snob that expected some over the top 5 star resort. The good: The property itself is very nice and well maintained. The pool area was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Besides the traffic, the location was great. The BAD: The place is a downright dump. Paint scuffs and chipping throughout…I mean EVERYWHERE. Basic essentials in the kitchen would be nice, such as a wash rag and dish towel. Instead you have to go on a scavenger hunt to find a hidden closet in the upstairs bedroom with towels. There were many cracked, loose, hanging, and completely missing outlet/switch covers. In fact, the outlet 6 inches from the master shower has no cover on it, not to mention it’s not even a GFCI rated plug. The back patio was a mess, with a long garden hose just thrown in the corner, old and dirty outdoor furniture stacked on top of each other, and a disgusting grill with a propane tank laying on its side. My physically disabled son wanted to sleep in the pullout mattress under the upstairs bunk bed until he noticed what seemed to be the GIANT urine stain. The kitchen appliances could use some upgrading. The microwave sounds like it’s going to blow up when on, and the bottom rack of the dishwasher only pulls out once you get past a crater the size of the Grand Canyon. Oh I could go on… Be warned…we’ve paid a lot less to stay in places MUCH nicer than this.

The price is good, pool was nice, quiet neighborhood, friendly staff,very short drive to disney . Only issues is the cleanliness. The room looked clean enough but the couches were full of old crumbs and food items and we killed three roaches throughout the four day stay.

It's a 5-10 min drive to numerous restaurants and other shopping centers as well. The plunge pool is perfect, on the deck there were numerous chairs to sit in and relax outside. The beds were very comfortable and the washer and dryer are large capacity. There was a stroller provided, an igloo cooler and every utensil and small appliance you could think of including: a coffee maker, blender, juicer, toaster and other things we didn't even know what they did. The only bad thing was the cabinets were peeling, and the TV was hard to figure out, but that's it. Internet was super fast and there were also small toys for our 2 year old to play with. Excellent experience!!

Not pleased for the amount of $ spent to rent this house. Everything in the kitchen was falling apart, cabinets falling apart peeling, the shower heads were all very dirty, the shower rod in upstairs bathroom was completely rusty leaving rust marks on anything u out to dry over the shower. The upstairs king bed is so squeaky. Overall cleanliness of the house could of been way better.

Please read: GOOD, BAD, and UGLY. GOOD. Conveniently located. Plenty of parking, plenty of room 4 adults, 3 kids (ages 4-8). Cutely decorated. Little pool in back was perfect. Community pool was EXACTLY what we were after. For all of these reasons, we chose this rental. BAD. Like other reviews, unit needs TLC. Paint peeling off cabinets, wires hanging out of walls, so much more. Bed in master is SO LOUD! Grill locked up, but regardless, propane tank was empty had to borrow neighbor's. Unit had necessities, but everything was little bit rickety. Couple things not aware of at time of booking, which would swayed our decision. First was alarm on sliding door leading out to pool. Every time you go in and out of pool area you have to press a button or an extremely loud alarm would sound. If door is left open for longer than 15 seconds, alarm goes off. While I appreciate safety of kids, pool also had a screen fence around it. If you are adults, and/or have kids that can swim would not recommend this unit. No option to opt out or sign a waiver. We would not have booked if we had known about this. Second, unit stocked with bare minimum. I've stayed in units like this before, and know there are some supplies needed, but would always be supplied with a certain amount of items based on our length of stay. If you are flying in be ready to stop for basic supplies. UGLY. On first night, arrived after 6pm. Noticed unit not cooling. Thermostat read 80 degrees, but AC was set at 69. AC was broken (which also happened to another renter prior). Immediately notified mgmt company and owner. Arrived home late 2nd night, after day at parks, STILL no AC. If you have stayed in FL before, you know how crucial AC is, no matter time of year. Heat would make anyone irate, and we were. AND could not open sliding door. This continued until 4th night. Lack of customer service from owner was astonishing...so much owner could have done to help (including help find another unit in same complex, more fans, compensation for inconvenience). Owner simply told us because we "chose" to stay there would be NO compensation. What we chose to do, was not ruin our vacation. Only there three full days, did not want to use one of those days finding new place, packing up, and moving. So yes, we "chose" to stay. Didn't make sense to leave after third night. A little customer service would have gone a LONG way. We understand these things happen, but how it was handled, NOT recommend staying here.

It was worth the money to stay here over a resort or hotel.

I would like to start by saying we would stay again without hesitation. It was overall a great experience. There are some things to consider before booking this. The location is great for pretty much anything you want to do. We are not Disney people, but did go to the beach a couple times and visit Disney Springs. It is very easy to jump on the highway and get to these locations. The house is adequately sized for a family of 4. We had plenty of bathrooms and rooms. One concern is the third bedroom is downstairs, vs the other two upstairs. I did not want my young kid alone downstairs at night, so my kids shared the bedroom upstairs. It has a bunk bed and pull put couch, so sharing was easy enough. The main bedroom was well sized and had the loudest bed in history. My wife was ready to sleep downstairs because it woke her anytime I moved. The kitchen area had plenty of space and is stocked enough for our family. Read on for my one big complaint with the kitchen. The small pool area is big enough for young kids to splash around a bit. It is kind of deep though and one of my kids couldn't touch the bottom. There are a couple of floaties for the kids to use. There is also a small squirrel poop filled grill that can be used if desired. There is a dishwasher that works OK and a nice washer/dryer. I have a couple of complaints about the house. The first and biggest being the electric range. 1 out of 4 burners actually works consistently. The other 3 can be made to work if wiggled just right, but then they stop if you look move the pan at all. I found an electric griddle in the closet and ended up using that for any stove top cooking. The pans are so bad, it ends up working out better with the griddle. My other complaint is one of the beds was not cleaned and that makes me question the others. My kid tells us in the morning that they had sand in their eyes from the bed. I checked it out and it was loaded with beach sand. We did manage to find extra sheets and changed out the bed. Windsor Hills was great. The pool area is awesome with plenty for the kids to do. It got busy at the pool, but never overly crowded. The big pool is heated, a bit too warm for us NH folks, but still easy for the kids to get in. The staff really did a great job keeping the facility clean.

Near attractions and food/groceries. Condo needs updating but served its purpose.

Kitchen and master bath cabinets need repair as they are peeling. Tile floors are dirty and sticky, need to washed. Carpet in the living room and all throw rugs need a deep cleaning.

Great location, loved the pool, Windsor Hills is the go to place!

Overall we had a good experience, the listing was as listed with some great features. Great property and location. Some issues, no AC day 1, HVAC repair was at the location until late that night/early the next morning. Paint is peeling on multiple cabinets, broken toilet seat in master bath.

The home was clean, affordable, spacious, private and conveniently located close to all attractions. Would def recommend to family and friends for future vacations! Thanks so much!
