Nice stylish place just couple of minutes walk from station. Pleasant staff, breakfast brought to room at time arranged. Comfy bed on upper floor. Dressing gowns provided for use. Nice controllable temperature of room.
Few minor niggles, no bin upstairs, one bulb gone in bathroom, stairs from upper sleeping room down to bathroom would not suit everyone.

L'emplacement de la chambre à côté de la réception qui génère du flux d'activité et donc du bruit (encore tout à fait acceptable pour une personne comme moi qui a l'oreille légère la nuit)

Great location near the station. Very spacious. Delightful staff. Having a small kitchen was really useful. And separate WC and bathroom.

Sehr charmantes kleines Hotel in drei Minuten fußläufiger Entfernung zum Bahnhof und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Liebevoll gestaltete Zimmer mit sehr geschmackvoller hochwertiger Ausstattung, breites bequemes Bett, sehr großes Badezimmer sowie kleine Küche.
Das Frühstück wird im Zimmer serviert und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bei der Ankunft können alle Wünsche sowie die Uhrzeit genannt werden.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so dass alle Probleme schnell behoben werden.
Es war alles schön, nur einige Kleinigkeiten: im Bad wäre ein Hocker oder Stuhl zur Ablage von Kleidung schön, Platz ist genug vorhanden. Die Schränke sind etwas klein, wenn man mit viel Gepäck reist.

Location is quite good, 2 minutes walk from train station and main metro lines, very convinent to travel around in city.
I booked for two nights in the hotel, and the room was not cleaned when I leave room after first night. I have not seen any hotel don't do room clean before, so this is a bit of uncomfortable. Also there is no cattle in the room, you need to pay to drink tea or hot water. Plus the room is quite small. So the owner of the hotel seems a bit mean to me.

This property pretended to give me a refund to get credit card details then charged me twice Goe a booking I could not take up. They were reported to booking.com and they hung up the phone when booking.com tried to investigate. They have been reported to the fraud department at HSBC and I will report them to the local tourist board and local police. BEWARE.
Horrible experience that wasted almost a full day of my time.

Location excellent from Gare Saint Jean and tram into the centre of Bordeaux. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Steep staircase and nowhere to put luggage - suggest a luggage rack! Velux window was very noisy in rain and window downstairs leaked in rain. Shower fitting not secured to the wall - maintenance required on the property.

My room was clean and large with a comfortable bed. The area is very quiet, despite being a short walk from the train station. Will definitely book here again on my next visit to Bordeaux!

Lovely bathroom and location was ideal as I was travelling on from St Jean Train Station. The staff were very nice and it was easy to get in and out of the building.

A surprisingly good hotel and great value - perfect if you want something near the train station. Staff were helpful and kind. Good wifi. Nice breakfast.
It seemed a shame that there was a kitchenette, but very minimally equipped - no electric jug - made tea by heating water in microwave, but this is minor in the scheme of things

Spiral staircase to the bedroom and the fact that the bathroom is on the entry level.
Also, the air-conditioning is on and cannot be adjusted. Although this maybe beneficial on heatwave conditions.

We had a one night stay in Bordeaux before returning to the UK. We arrived in Bordeaux by train and the hotel was located in a quiet street 5 minutes walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was on 2 levels - a sitting area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs. However the clothes closet was downstairs, which seemed strange.

Good location, very convenient. Rooms were spacious and well equipped.
In our room there was an old fashioned window facing the street. Unfortunately the lock was broken, and someone was able to just push the window and attempt to enter the room. Luckily we were in and heard, however, there are no staff after hours to help, and when we informed the next morning there showing and explaining the issue and incident, there was zero compensation or attempt to rectify a frank-fully quiet terrifying experience, only a verbal apology.
