Great location, easily assess the city centre. Got all the essentials in the apartment.

The bed was just big enough to fit us in. The duvet was a little small. The information about the cleaning charge was not too clearly stated.

Location was the best thing about the property.

Mattress was comfortable but the pillows really weren’t so we didn’t have a great night sleep. The flat initially looked clean but it really wasn’t. Very average and high level cleaning. Checkin was from 4pm (which is already quite late). We had agreed with the property that we would arrive by 4 and at 4.15 we were still waiting to be let in and the flat wasn’t clean yet. We waited to drop our luggage and then had to leave them to clean the flat so it wasn’t ready until after 5pm. We asked in advance if we could check-out after 10am but there was no response. We were flexible upon entry but there was no flexibility or responsiveness from their side. Not the best experience

no wifi and unresponsive host

The location was excellent. With a bus, scooters, bikes to rent outside our door ( although the apt says it comes with bikes it doesn't) the scooters are more fun to explore the city! A tram service around the corner is a fantastic location. The views are amazing also from the 5th floor.

The lack of clarity of when it came to the trash/waste and where to dispose of the glass and the procedure for the bins. The app which is very informative you download before your arrival, which is a great support, it states one thing but the bins in reality are the opposite. Confusing! The internet password was incorrect as per app. Look at the internet box for the router and the correct password!

Location

The staff where super rude. I spoke to them 3 days ahead, asking if my sister, who was going to do the check-in for me, as i was arriving much later, could pay the cleaning fee at her arrival. For 2 times i spoke to them by phone call, and i was asured that It would be no problem to pay the fee at the moment of the check-in. The day of the arrival they refused to come and give her the keys, and answer our calls until the fee was payed. The staff also started to sent rude mensages saying we knew very well it had to be paid ahead. Once i remembered them about the oposit information i was given 3 days earlyer they stopped anwsering me. I was never treated like this. At the check-in, the apartment was dirty, especially the coffe table. Never staying there again.

In the centre of city.

No soap, no sampon, no shower gel in apartment. In the description: there is avec parking!(that is why, i borrow a car) In Real no parking !!!! Only paid parking

Location is good nearly center and easy to walk around

The WiFi and dishes cleaning machine didn’t work. The elevator is quite small.

Excellent location

France temperature in July meant heat was discomforting at night - apartment on the 5th floor - top floor was exposed to heat of the day. Would revisit but when temperature was cooler.
