Vybavení pokojů, čistota, personál/majitelé takovou péči o zákazníky jsme ještě nezažil, lokalita - nejde vše vypsat vše perfektní.

Horši postele (ale spíše o zvyku)

Nice location, there are walking and running routes, probably some skiing in winter. Quite clean rooms and bathrooms. Parking right near the building.

Nothing critical, though a lot of things to mention here: Personnel does not speak English (and Polish as well), it was really difficult to communicate. 120 EUR/night for 4 people room with shared bathroom was definitely overprice for Slovakia! That was last option available, so we had no other choice. Thin walls, there were people talking loudly at the next room (even after we asked them to be quiter), we had challenge to fall asleep.. WiFi did not work at the restraunt.

Price for the quality was too high.

Hospitality, Food, Beer, Cozy Fireplace, Sheltered Terrace for Late Night Talks. Amazing place for Hikers and Bikers. Owner has multiple sorts of rum and Can Serve them like in 5class Hotel. Thanks.

Wonderful place in the mountains, great food. We arrived late, there was still food for us. We were 2 families with 4 kids. the children enjoyed the stay, played outside and slept like babies.

Location excellent for skiing, hikes, nice nature surrounding. breakfast good, but should have been included in the ( not cheap ) price of the room.Quite place to relax.Friendly staff.

Room small for the value no breakfast included, Tv only Slovak stations, Wifi poor signal.Room was not cleaned in 3 days, towels we had to ask to be changed.No mini bar, no safe. I would call it rather a hostel suitable for ( young ) skiers. One needs to have a car to reach there

The flexibility of the owners. We arrive late when the kitchen was closed, they re-open it to give us late dinner. We were traveling together with two other families (7 adults + 6 kids), owners gave us more rooms than was requested for our comfort without extra cost (unbelievable !!!).

When you exit the highway to the local road be careful, there is a lot of wild animals on the road. Slow down!!! Would be useful to get from the owner the information about the access to the building in the area, navigation shows the exit from the local road.
