The condo was great! It was easy to navigate. The condo was clean and exactly as listed. The best part about the condo was that it was accessible. Someone with us uses a motorized wheelchair and was able to navigate throughout condo- except onto the balcony. 2 of the showers are step in showers, which made life easier. And the ramp to the beach was completely accessible as well as somewhere dry to store the sand chair that was rented. Great stay and will recommend to others!

We truly enjoyed our vacation experience at Marisol. We had a beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony and from inside the condo. The unit we stayed in was very well-maintained and very clean. The description and photos online were accurate. The owner, the maintenance personnel, and the property manager were all friendly and responsive.

We have a large family and usually like staying in places that have plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and we were not disappointed…. Very spacious and right on the beach….. easy access with all our items we carried down to the beach. Chairs which were included were perfect and the chair attendant was easy to work with. This place was just close to everything we enjoyed. Beach, good food spots, water park, and going golf…. I’d give it another star if possible. Host answered all the questions I had and replied very promptly every time I messaged…. Was able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the fireworks on the fourth as well…. Great place and will rent again!!!!!!

This was the first time staying at Marisol. We stayed here with our 2 grown children and their families. The youngest one being 2 years old. The condo was perfect for our group of 10. We had enough room that we weren’t in each other’s way. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. We never had to wait for an elevator and having the 2 sets of chairs were an added bonus. Whenever I had a question about the Condo, the property manager answered me right back. We would definitely rent this Condo again!!! We enjoyed it so much!

The condo was everything that was pictured and described and more. It was perfect for our family which included four teenaged boys. It was beautiful and the layout couldn't have been better. We loved the views from the balcony and the master bedroom. We really liked that it wasn't one of the huge complexes and we never had a problem with having to wait on the elevators. Even the young man that worked in the building/parking lot was extremely kind and helpful. We had a question for Jimmie while we were there and he answered immediately. We will definitely come back here!

This property was everything we hoped for and more. Senior youth group trip was a huge success! The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was iconic. The Marisol was easily accessible from main road and parking was even easier. Several door codes made us feel safe in the middle of such a busy place. The beach itself was perfect. The area was private and it kept the crowds on the periphery. Jimmie gets an A+ on communication and kindness from our first conversation. I will definitely recommend this property to our seniors next year.

This property was exactly what we were looking for! Right on the beach, but with the benefit of beachside parking as well! The views were absolutely stunning!! To sit on the balcony and listen to waves, as you watch the sun sink slowly down into the ocean….heavenly!! Kitchen had everything needed to enjoy home cooked meals, rooms were comfortable & the whole “beach condo” experience couldn’t have been better! My only complaint is that the shower water pressure was barely able to rinse the sand off my skin, let alone outta my hair! BUT will definitely plan to stay here again!!

My family goes to PCB 1-2 times a year, and this is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. The pictures of the condo does not serve any justice. This place is absolutely perfect and very CLEAN. The beds were comfortable, and the parking and beach access was very convenient. The Marisols staff was pleasant and accommodating and the beach chair rental attendants were awesome also. Jimmie, the owner, was very responsive and had everything laid out for your arrival, very simple and to the point. The balcony view was breathtaking and we saw dolphins every single day. Will definitely book again.

Great week with awesome ocean view! Perfect location- 5 minutes to all our favorite restaurants. Loved that it wasn’t a high rise condo. Great security. Property very well maintained. Beach chairs and umbrellas were definitely a much appreciated bonus. The owner really did think of everything!!!

The condo was immaculate, clean, spacious, and well-appointed. We enjoyed the second floor balconies, front and back. Parking was close and convenient. Two sets of beach chair/umbrellas service was a definite perk! Jimmie was prompt to reply with any questions that I had. We will definitely be back and rebook with him for this condo!

Everything was great! Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for our group of 9. Only one elevator during our stay but that was never a problem by any means. Being on the second floor everyone enjoyed the view to the beach and sound of the ocean. Will be hard to find a comparable place for a smaller group when we do come back. Definitely 5 star!!

Marisol #205 is one of the top 2 places I have stayed in at the beach! (FYI…I say top 2 because I have stayed in another Marisol unit!) Jimmie was so easy to work with and made sure our stay was flawless. The condo was clean, well equipped, and exceeded all of our expectations! The location can’t be beat and there is no way to quantify how much more valuable beach/fun time you have because you don’t end up wasting your time waiting on elevators!!! The condo is very spacious and can easily accommodate the advertised max 12 guests. I highly recommend Marisol #205!!! Jimmie is an excellent host and I can’t emphasize enough how easy he made the whole process. Thank you, Jimmie, for sharing your beautiful place with us!!!

This is a beautiful, spacious, well-maintained condo which easily accommodated our extended family of twelve. It is in the center of lots of things to do and close to several eateries. Jimmy was quick to answer questions. If I had to list a negative, it was that the pool was very cold.

10/10!! This place was amazing. Clean, spacious, relaxing, and not to mention quiet! I am always worried about how things will be before checking in, but never found one thing to complain about. This could very well be the best condo we have ever stayed in and we have been going to the beach for over 40 years. It was one of the first times I didn't go in and do a little cleaning first. It was spotless! It offered everything we wanted and needed to have an awesome vacation. There were 11 of us and everyone had plenty of room and privacy in this unit. Jimmie couldn't be beat! No matter how many questions I had leading up to our vacation, he always was very prompt in getting back to me with the answers. I would recommend this unit to anyone and we will certainly be going back! Thanks VRBO and Jimmie for a wonderful vacation.

This condo is very spacious, and has all the amenities that you need , right on the beach. We got their kind of late for check in and had to make a trip to the store for coffee for the next morning. I would recommend having a little coffee care package. Also the pool was very cold.

We had a fantastic week! Beautiful condo, perfect location gorgeous views and had everything we needed! We travel a lot and this is definitely a place we would stay again!
Water was so clear and perfect weather all week. Icing on the cake was the 2 sets of beach chairs w/umbrellas, that were included…. This was a nice touch!

This property is definitely in the top 5 of all the places we have stayed over the many years of coming to PCB! The owner, Jimmie, was always quick to respond, even when I had crazy questions to ask. The condo was very clean and everything was as described. The complex was very quiet and never a wait on the elevators. The location was perfect for our teenagers because they could walk to see their friends, who stayed a half mile away, and they could walk to Pineapple Willy’s. We will definitely try to book this property again in the future.

The condo was very spacious and clean. The 4 included beach chairs are a plus. The parking is very convenient. Close to many restaurants, a few even within walking distance. Mr. McCready was very prompt in responding to questions. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this condo.

This property was absolutely perfect. Large bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The mother in law suite was a lovely plus! The balcony was large and had beautiful furniture. Everything was exactly as Mr McCready said it would be and we had no issues at all. We will be staying here again in the future!

This property is by far the best vacation experience anyone can have. The ability to reconnect with my family over a stress free week is second to none. The property owner is beyond professional and courteous throughout the entire rental process. Tris is our 2nd time renting this specific unit and we will most certainly be coming back again and again!
