Sand key Beach is a 5minute drive. The beach is wonderful and we saw dolphins and manatees. 1/2 day fishing trip w/ Queen Fleet was a great time catching fish.

We had a lovely stay. There were some unforeseen circumstances that the owner did their best to fix and we appreciate it. Unfortunately we could not use one of the showers cause their maintenance who was very nice was fixing the tile floor of the shower. We could not use the pool the first three days since Hurricane Debby was in the area the property company locked the gate even on calm days. During our stay the fridge kept not keeping to temperature but our lovely maintenance guy working on the shower floor got us a second fridge. Unfortunately all of clearwater lost power on our last night aswell. We just must have bad luck but the property was great. Loved watching the dolphins on the porch. Short walk to beach for me but others in my family considered it a little far.

Had a wonderful stay here , the apartment is beautiful , beautiful balcony over the water for sunrise views , location perfect - 5 min walk to beach and lots of great restaurants close by. Very spacious for my family if 5 and would love to return some day. Parking also included .

The apartment is very nice and home-like. Loved the view of the bay and its not a long walking distance from the beach or pier. Absolutely no complaints about it, everything was just perfect.

For price, could have used a few more ‘necessities’ in kitchen (like oil or spices). I find it odd to have to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, detergent if you run out.
Floor ‘looked clean’ but super sandy and clearly hadn’t been mopped bc everyone’s feet were black.
Overall still recommended! Decor was fitting for beach!

2 great weeks in an amazing condo. Great location within walking distance of beach, restaurants, etc. In addition, easy drive to Clearwater and Tampa for Phillies and Yankee spring training. Mostly, our 20 lb Cavapoo felt right at home!

My family and I loved the condo. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the beachy decor and furniture.A short walk to everything which was our goal in booking so we didn’t have to drive and park. We so enjoyed the balcony every morning with our coffee. The kitchen and dining table were great to have our big breakfasts together. The beds were very comfortable, no aching backs in the morning. Overall the condo was perfect and i would definitely stay again. The only negative comments i have is that there were only 4 coffee cups for a place that sleeps 8. Maybe they broke a few and weren’t replaced? Also the wicker furniture on the balcony was falling apart. The back of one of the chairs was a big hole. Time for a new set. Still giving five stars!

Wow … what a place !! Couldn’t have been better. The place is immaculate and tastefully decorated. It’s cosy, comfy and in an awesome location overlooking the water. Stayed in Florida in many units up and down the coast. This has been the best by a mile !! Has everything you need , inc beach chairs and parasols and boogie boards for the kids. Kitchen is fully equipped. My family loved it and were gutted to leave .. so much so, we’ll be back asap !!! Thank you !!

We all enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was great for the beach, lots of restaurants and shops, and walkable to the marina. We literally never had to drive anywhere the entire week! There was plenty of space and we all were very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and the layout was very open. We drive down and bring a lot of snacks and food with us - so the only thing that would’ve been nice is pantry and/or open cabinet storage to put things away. I rated cleanliness a 4/5 stars because the bathrooms seemed like they could’ve used a better cleaning. We also enjoyed the big balcony and watching for dolphins! We all had a fantastic time with perfect weather and made tons of great memories!

The condo was everything we needed for our family vacation. The size and location were perfect. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and I appreciated the fact that we were told beforehand what extras we would need to supply ourselves (laundry detergent, extra paper towels & TP, etc.) We used a few of the Xplorie adventures that were included as well. Clearwater is beautiful and a great vacation spot and we'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Harborview Grande. The location is fantastic! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. The pool is very small and there are not very many lounge chairs, but our family still enjoyed hanging out at the pool. I'll be back!

This condo is just as advertised. It is spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. It was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants which was great! (It is about a mile to the center- so definitely wear comfortable shoes if walking). About 10 minute walk to the beach. It was nice to have a wagon and cooler supplied. The chairs aren’t super sturdy so we just rented 2 chairs and cabana at beach for $25 a day. Loved sitting on the balcony in morning and evening and saw dolphins almost every day. It was a great view. We didn’t use the pool- it was small and pretty crowded with little kids. Pool also closes at dusk.

Loved the condo - it was so clean and comfortable...and the view from the balcony was amazing! The location was fantastic - easy walk to restaurants and beach. Property manager was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We enjoyed the condo so much that we've booked it again for the same dates in 2024 - already looking forward to a return visit!

This was our first time in clearwater. We absolutely love it and the condo was great. It had everything we need it and was very clean. Enjoyed seeing the dolphins playing from the balcony. Easy walking distance to ever thing. Would highly recommend staying here.

This condo couldn’t have been more perfect this week! We had 8 people, 6 adults and 2 teenagers. Not once did we feel crowded as this condo is so spacious. And the decor, kudos to the owner for such a beautiful place. Having a wagon and cooler was a plus! All restraunts, attractions and beach was just a short walk away, loved not driving or paying those parking fees. The deck was a great memory for our family, sitting out there in the morning and evening watching the dolphins. The only down fall was the pool closing at dusk, we love our night swimming. But even That couldn’t affect the great time we had! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!!

Slightly Underwhelmed
We were excited to get to the property, but were underwhelmed, specifically with the upkeep and housekeeping of the property. For instance:
1). No toilet paper in one bathroom
2). Used q-tip behind a bathroom trash can
3). A “hair” on the (same) bathroom floor
4). Blinds missing/broken
5). Long hair in one of the beds
6). No paper towels
7). We booked 7 guests and only 5 washcloths were provided, and only 2 bathroom hand towels.
We are modest people, and generally easy going; however, given the amount of money we spent for the unit and the very positive reviews, we were expecting more.
Additionally, this is not a reflection of the property itself, but there was a constant aroma of pot throughout the week around the complex. The pool was extremely small for the size of the property.
On the plus side, the walk to the public beach was a short one, and the property is well situated and within walking distance to restaurants.

Magnificent Condo!
This has to be the best VRBO I have rented! I'm also including those locations managed by a broker! It was beautiful and spacious! The rental process was awesome. There was nothing lacking and even more than expected! If I ever visit this area again, I will certainly try to rent this condo again!

Great location, beautiful condo, not clean.
The property was in a great location, the condo was beautiful and the pool was nice. it was a bonus to find a condo with a hot tub for the chilly or cloudy days.
Our issue was the cleaning company did a poor job. When we arrived there was sand all over the floor, the kids' feet were completely black from just walking around in the condo. There was sand in the beds, some beds didn't have sheets on them. The bathrooms were clean unless you moved the mats or shut the doors - there was hair and dirt that a vacuum couldn't reach. When the kids dropped a ball under the couch we had to move it and the floor was completely covered with black mold, along with dropped food and other toys.
I hope that the condo owner sees this review to inform them that the contracted cleaning company is not doing its job.

This home was beautiful and well maintained. Very close to the spectacular Clearwater Beach and several restaurants.
A large deck to enjoy your coffee and watch the dolphins frolic in the inlet. ( We saw them several times!)

We loved the condo but the door wouldn’t lock. We were concerned about leaving the property. The pool closed too early. Wish it was open longer. TV’s were hard to control. Had a great time related to the location

Above Average Complex
The complex was well situated. We enjoyed the water view & close proximity to beach, restaurants & bars. Due to unusually cold weather with need to use the heat, & the condo’s location just one floor above the open-air garage, we had to deal with VERY cold & damp tile floors. Sliding glass doors were fogged over a lot of the time. Humidity levels were so bad mold was growing in various locations in the condo.
