Las palmeras, plantas tropicales, el sol le rodean en el Paraíso. Su playa de arena blanca es privado (no abierto al público) La propiedad tiene un Tiki Hut en el borde de las aguas donde se puede barbacoa (los peces que capturados) en la parrilla de gas y cenar con su familia o compañero. Ver Delfín Juega sólo 20 yardas de nuestra costa.
La piscina climatizada es también un gran lugar para relajarse. La propiedad fue totalmente renovada y ajardinada, terminado en 2008. Mi apartamento ha sido renovado con una cocina completamente equipada, productos de GE y las tapas corian.
El dormitorio principal tiene su propio cuarto de baño, cama king size, TV de pantalla plana y balcón con una hermosa vista del océano. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas dobles y TV de pantalla plana. El apartamento estaba decorado profesionalmente con todos los muebles nuevos incluyendo colchones / ropa de cama.
Hay muchos restaurantes locales donde se puede cenar en el agua. La mayoría de la gente le encanta visitar el Dolphin Research Center donde se puede nadar con los delfines o ver el espectáculo. My husband, 16 yr son and I enjoyed a week long vacation in Marathon. Michael's condo was just perfect! The area is wonderful! This was our first visit to the Keys and they did not disappoint. We snorkeled, fished, kayaked, enjoyed the pool and the ocean. Hopefully, one day we will be back......thank you for everything Michael!

We had such a relaxing week staying here for our honeymoon!! Michael was an amazing host, his communication was fantastic, and he shared lots of info about great things to do in the area. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the condo was just lovely. We will definitely return!

We had a fantastic week, and the location was absolutely wonderful. The condo was completely stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, pots and pans, coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The communication with the owner was one of the best experiences I have ever had. He sent several emails with a lot of awesome information regarding excursions, restaurants and things to do in the area. He consistently checked in to make sure everything was OK and to see if we needed anything. When we left, he even provided us with things we can do in Lauderdale and Miami while waiting for our flight that evening. I would definitely recommend this rental as we would definitely come back here again when visiting the keys.

This was our second year staying in this unit. We continue to enjoy, extremely clean and it has everything you might need. Great location for these grandparents to “get away” each evening from the large group staying in their rental house on 9th Street! Very happy with this year’s rental/stay. Thank you Michael for making it so easy to stay each year.

This was our first trip to the Keys and we had an incredible time. The host, Michael, is very responsive and a wealth of information about the area. He not only suggested things to do in Key Colony, but also points north and south so we got a full experience!
About the condo - it's a lovely, quiet complex with a large central pool. The condo was clean when we arrived, and we appreciated the comfortable couches for relaxing after a busy day. The bed is quite possibly the most comfortable I've ever had on vacation! The rooms are large and it's a very nice space for four people.
The location - being in the Middle Keys we got to see everything from Key West to Key Largo! My kids (10 and 12) loved the turtle hospital and Aquarium Encounters, both just minutes away. Conch Custard was a favorite for ice cream, and Rotary Children's park is an amazing playground.
Overall, it was a great trip. We are so glad to have stayed here!

This property is the perfect spot for a Florida keys vacation! The condo was very clean, easy to get to, and we liked that it was not located on the main streets. The pool was fabulous. It was large enough to comfortably accommodate all the guests with plenty of chairs to relax in. We felt so lucky to have private beach access as well with beautiful ocean views, and again, ample seating to accommodate. You are in walking distance to a couple restaurants which is nice, but also only a 5-15min drive to many other amazing restaurants and activities. It was the perfect central spot in the Keys to be able to explore other islands as well. Definitely recommend staying here!!

I can’t say enough great things about this condo or the area. Key Colony Beach and Sea Isle #18 are total gems. The condo has all amenities and extras you could need. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves roll in and being able to walk to the private beach. The water was warm and clear. We walked to Sunset Beach for beautiful sunsets and the nightly sunset song, sung by local residents. The area is central for day trips to Key West and the Upper Keys. We’ve been on many beach vacations and all of us agree this has been our best yet. Such a relaxing area. Thank you to Michael for being an excellent host and providing us with extra info about the area. We’ll definitely be back someday!

I’d like to start by saying the communication with the property manager was so consistent, prompt, and thorough. Any questions about our stay were answered promptly.
The property itself was fine, and the accommodations (for the price) were adequate. I did feel that the cleanliness of the condo could have been improved. It definitely wasn’t as clean as the many other properties I’ve rented. There were several broken tiles in the kitchen and other things didn’t seem well maintained. The building itself is very dated. This is nothing that can be helped, but I do feel it’s an important detail for others renting. Last, we weren’t able to enjoy the beach at all. Of course, this is not the fault of anyone, but I was very disappointed with the amount of sargassum present. It made the water virtually impossible to enjoy, and it had a terrible odor. I would avoid going to The Keys during the summer months if you’re a beach lover.

This place had everything we needed and many extras that many places don't provide. It was very clean. Michael was a wonderful host. Check in was painless and he gave many recommendations for places to eat and things to do and answered all of our questions about the area. The beach though small was very nice with a very nice pool as well with lounge chairs and tables. We cooked in the condo and on the grill in the area provided. Michael checked in on us multiple times which was very nice to be so hands on and personal. We would recommend this to anyone and we would return.

Very nice, quiet condo complex with many adults who were obviously returnees. Spacious 2 bedroom- 2 bathroom. Clean and everything we needed. Buildings and grounds are well taken care of. Good location for walking and biking around Key Colony Beach. Sunset beach gathering spot 2 minutes walk. Great communication with owner. Nice clean and quiet pool. Private beach area. Would re-book if we return to the Keys. Close access to many good restaurants.

We had a wonderful time, full of ammazing memories! There is no shortage of things to do in the Keys. Key Colony is nestled away from the hustle and bustle, but so close to the grocery store, restaurants, etc to fit your needs. The host is wonderful, very informative and will give you a long list of fun excursions! The condo is clean and has everything required to make you feel at home. Thank you so much for having us!

One our best vacations. Perfect location with sunrises and sunsets. Great little beach and pool. Recommend the Fury Ultimate H2O trip, and serious fishing with SouthPaw out of Key West. Our boys 16 & 20 were comfortable in the second bedroom and bathroom. We loved our primary bedroom with lots of light and a balcony to watch the sunrise from. 3 min walk to sunset park. Great restaurants, Publix for groceries and ordered sandwiches online for the beach. Grilled one nt down by the beach on the great gas grills. 1 hr from key west and 2 hrs from Miami. Thanks to Mike the owners guidance …always add an extra hour on to your trip up to Miami especially to get to airport. Hiway 1 can be very unpredictable and always accidents. Plan on the most relaxing and casual vaca. No makeup, flip flops , and salty hair. We will be back. Thanks Mike!!!!

We had an amazing time. The condo was very clean, and equipped with everything you would need. We love the location. Condo is close to all the good restaurants, and the Sunset Park is right around the corner. Michael, the owner, was wonderful and informative. He sent us all the information about the area and things to do. He checked on us during our stay and made sure that everything was going well. It was a great family vacation! Thank you.

We just returned from a week-long stay and cannot wait to return. Michael was the most amazing host - he was also kind enough to provide recommendations on things to do, dining, etc. We cannot thank him enough! The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures and stocked with everything that we needed. It was the perfect size for our family of 4, we never felt overcrowded. The pool and private beach were fantastic and we enjoyed our nightly walks to Sunset Park! Key Colony Beach is a great location we look forward to visiting again.

Great Stay in Marathon
Michael's condo was perfect for our family of four. Plenty of space, very clean, and great location. Beaches are a rarity in the Keys, so having access to a private strand right outside the door was great. We enjoyed walking to Sunset Park for the afternoon sunset celebration. Michael provided very helpful tips and recommendations before and during our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Recent stay
The experience we had renting Michael’s condo was nothing short of excellent! He started sending us emails a couple weeks prior to our vacation mapping out everything fun to do around there, restaurants to visit, places to see etc. The condo was perfect-roomy, clean, well decorated, etc. He checked in with us upon our arrival to make sure that everything went smoothly- he also had other suggestions for us.
He told us to check the condo for supplies before we went out to the stores, and it was pretty well supplied already.
I also appreciated the fact that he said if we had any leftover food Packages that we didn’t use that they bring it down to a local food bank.
The beach and the pool were beautiful. Our room overlooked the pool, and just a few steps to the beach. The owners of the other condos, and other vacationing guests were all wonderful!
We would definitely stay here again it was a wonderful vacation! Thank you Michael!

Great stay at the Sea Isle
The condo was very clean, comfortable, quiet and well appointed with everything you might need including box fans, 2 beach chairs, fishing poles, a small cooler, beach towels, pool noodles, some water shoes, and even laundry detergent and fabric softener. The condo overlooks the lovely pool. There is also a very nice view of the ocean and beach area from the balcony and windows. Michael was friendly and communicated with us before the trip, providing lots of information about things to do, restaurants etc, and he also communicated with us during our stay. He assured us that he was available 24/7 for any issues or questions, which we greatly appreciated.

Sea Isle piece of Paradise.
Absolutely wonderful property. Michael is the best host you could imagine! Condo was spotless, well supplied, spacious and tastefully decorated. So many surprise amenities. The pictures for this one really don’t do it justice. Best sunrise and sunset place, we have ever stayed at. Marathon is a gem for great food and very easy going pace. We can’t wait to get back. Don’t hesitate on this one. Promise you will be very happy as we were!!

Beautiful Vacation
Nice, roomy accommodation in great area of the Keys. So convenient to the pool and the ocean. Pool water was amazingly warm like bath water and the ocean such a beautiful turquoise color. Quiet and peaceful. Host was excellent with communication and helpful in every way possible.

Great little condo just steps from the ocean
I was pleasantly surprised by this cute little condo. It had everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped. Would highly recommend to other families!

Amazing property and location
My Family and I stayed here for a week. It was centrally located to the activities we wanted to do. It was a well-maintained property and stocked with all the essentials and many more extras. The private beach was amazing with beach chairs for everyone. The owner kept me well-informed of all the activities and restaurants nearby just a text away.

Excellent place to stay, Best host and rental of all time.
I can not say enough about our host and his rental. He went above and beyond in every area. The amenities he provides far exceeds what is customary. Everything you could ever need is there including beach towels, umbrella, snorkels, fishing poles, fins etc... and the list goes on. The cupboards and closets were stacked with every imaginable item you would normally have to go and buy. The cleanliness of the home far exceeded my expectations. I cleaned houses for a living and am extremely picky. His housekeeper is immaculate and takes great pride in her or his job!!!!! The host was gracious, spectacular and the best host we ever had. He went above and beyond with talking to me, texting me and even sending pictures and videos. He even had Recommendations of where to eat, best places to go, and things to do and see. All of his recommendations were beyond what we expected. I can not praise Michael enough. If you are staying on Key Colony Beach, definitely rent from Michael. He was phenomenal and the rental was perfect in every way and Michael was the best host of any rental we have ever had and we have used these services for years now. Thank you Michael for such special care. We felt so blessed that you were our host and God chose your property to stay at. It was beyond what we ever could have dreamed of.
