Fantastic place! Perfect location! Parking right behind the building in a parking garage. Great time doing part of the Bourbon Trail. Love the history of the city and this building itself. It was built in 1890. The floors and brick walls are original. You can still smell the age of the building in the elevator. You can’t go wrong with your stay here!

The location was great -- we needed to spend four days at the convention center and were delighted to find that 4th Street is primarily for pedestrians! My kids' friends asked if we would join them at an escape room, and we were pleasantly surprised to see it was right across the street. It took us a full day to discover the building's front door and that was much more comfortable than entering through the alley. The apartment itself was lovely -- we didn't have to eat out a single time because the kitchen allowed us to cook full meals. Be sure to check out the Seelbach Hilton down the street -- you can walk inside to watch a video detailing the fascinating history of the building.

This property is clean, quiet, with everything you need. I was a single woman traveling alone and felt safe and glad I was staying here. the property owner responded instantly to my questions. Highly recommend.

Justin was a great host who made contact immediately and made this rental a breeze to enjoy. The apartment was well apportioned with kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Definitely recommend this space to any couple or small family looking to visit Louisville.

Very spacious and clean loft close to everything! We never had to move our vehicle once! Justin was a very thorough and quick communicator. An extra star for utilizing the cleaning service and not making us clean the apartment before we leave as EVERY other VRBO has made me do in the past. Can't say enough good things about this place. Perfect!

The owner had incredible communication, explaining everything in detail - making our arrival very smooth - place was IMMACULATE! The location was awesome - walking distance to very many attractions and at the end of the day when we returned it was very quiet!

Fun loft!

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Louisville. Justin was quick to communicate back and forth and provided wonderful recommendations. Walking distance to many places like the Louisville Slugger museum and field, various distillaries, and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others. He had all the amenities you need when traveling and the loft was so clean and comfortable

Fantastic stay! One of the best private stays I've ever had. Room was huge - far bigger than the photos suggest - and was packed with every amenity we could possibly ask for. And then some. Strongly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Inner city can be a little noisy at night but convenience is fab. The loft had a great vibe, generous in size and nicely decorated.

Justin was an excellent host and provided accurate and precise instructions for check-in and parking. His loft was perfectly located for our New Year’s Eve experience at Fourth Street Live! The loft was a beautiful space with unique features including a lovely balcony space, a record player with a variety of classic records, and a historic building. We loved our stay here!

Other than a slight hiccup at first…was a fantastic stay. Apparently site was double booked between VRBO and Air B&B but was taken care of quickly. Other than that…stay was perfect.

We only stayed one night, but this is a great apartment in a great location. We walked to the waterfront park, Brown Hotel for a hot brown, wandered the entertainment district, and had a drink listening to live jazz. It is a confusing place to get into, but Justin gave such detailed directions so we had no issues at all.

Was a good time for me and my wife.

The apartment is perfect. The location makes it easy to navigate around the city. It’s extremely clean, and the owner thoughtfully leaves plenty of extras. The old building is full of historic charm. The owner left amazing instructions and helpful restaurant tips inside. Would definitely book again!!

It was just wonderful. Parking was convenient and included. You can walk everywhere. Bring business casual clothing for a nice dinner event. Washer/dryer was awesome too. Justin was very responsive. We will be back!

City loft to its max! Well appointed and comfortable 1/1. Easy to walk to many fun food spots attractions!

Clean, roomy and comfortable. Nice location adjacent to plenty of good bars and restaurants and music. Short Uber ride to Churchill Downs. Easy access to building. My car was too big for garage so plan on making parking arrangements nearby. Highly recommend this place.

This is a great 3rd floor apartment. Close to lots of stuff but removed from the noise below. The apartment is perfect if you are looking to stay in downtown Louisville.
