Villa St Thomas es un lugar muy privado ubicado en 353 pies de frente al mar. Nuestra playa privada de asociación es una caminata fácil de 300 yardas. A 5 millas en coche de la playa de Lindquist.

We spent a week here and had the best time. The house was perfect for our family. Everyone had space and there was enough space for our family of 6 to sit around the table and play cards. We really enjoyed the pool. The views were amazing.
Brent was a HUGE help and was quick to answer anytime we had a question about house / St Thomas. He had a HUGE impact on why our trip was so amazing.
We will definitely try and come back!

We had the best time in St Thomas and it had everything to do with our first few steps on the island. Brent was texting with us at the airport to give us instructions and directions to the house. He met us at the house and gave us a complete tour and run down on how things work. When we walked into the house you could hear the collective gasp when everyone saw how beautiful it was and our incredible view. This house is spectacular and they have thought of everything. We needed nothing the entire week. Brent was available for questions and recommendations and we can not thank him enough for recommending Chef Angelo. This was the highlight of our dining experience. We can not say enough about our week on the island. All 7 of us have memories that will last a lifetime. The pictures do not do this house justice. Highly recommend this 5 star property. I would rent again in a heart beat.

This house is absolutely stunning - Every comfort at your fingertips, and if you need anything Brent is fantastic! Brent helped us a ton planning ahead of time, all of his recommendations were fabulous!!
Loved the pool, the hot tub, the views, the bedrooms and all the cozy nooks. We were there with our adult children, there were 9 of us, and everyone had more space than we needed.
The pictures of the house were amazing, but the house in reality was so much more!! Great location, near everything you needed.

The Wildern's beautiful oceanside home is situated on a point of land surrounded on 3 sides with views of nearby cays, St. John, and the British Virgin Islands. The views, and sunrises / sunsets, are absolutely spectacular! The location is close to Red Hook, with numerous restaurants and a ferry to St. John. The home is comfortable and well-designed for large families like ours, especially since we like to cook. It had one of the best-equipped kitchens we've encountered in a rental property. The concierge, Brent, was very helpful in arranging dinner reservations, and in promptly attending to a couple minor mechanical issues that arose. This is certainly a property we would return to.

Let’s start with the views…..the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen and from the infinity pool looking out on the ocean seems like a fairy tale. The property manager,Brent, is amazing and from the time we booked until we checked out, was responsive. He’s also just a really nice person and we enjoyed getting to know him. The house was great for our family of 11. Plenty of space. Everything was well stocked and there were lots of pool toys for all. Our son enjoyed the grand piano…..music, drinks and a sunset. Doesn’t get better than that. We will definitely be back.

We were a group of four couples, traveling to St. Thomas for a relaxing vacation. This house checked all the boxes and for some of us that have been to hotels and other rentals on St Thomas, this was absolutly the best place we've every stayed! The property manager, Brent, made sure everything was perfect for our stay! We will be back!

Great property located right on the edge of the ocean. Not a sandy beach but my boys had fun looking for critters. We spent a week at Villa St. Thomas, enjoyed it and would recommended.

I rarely write reviews, but this review needs to be known. Amazing, stunning, gorgeous, exquisite, etc..... This property is everything you see and so much more. The perfect location. Safe, gated, quiet neighborhood. We already booked for next year. We were a family of 12. 7 adults and 5 kids (ages 6-10). Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect layout. Brent (the host) was fantastic! Great recommendations and was on top of anything you needed the entire trip. I can't say one negative thing about this property, host or owner. Pictures do not do it justice. Thank you Brent and Kent! See you soon.

We visited March 16-23rd. This home was a great layout for our family ages 18m to 87 yrs. Fully stocked and beautiful layout with stunning views from all areas. Private yet close to dining, beaches galore, shopping. All the comforts of home in paradise. The hosts and property manager were very attentive to all our needs. We enjoyed it so much we are booking again next year.

This property is truly spectacular! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. You have a view of the ocean almost everywhere. The outdoor patio/pool area is large with comfortable furniture and an absolutely breathtaking view. Everything is very well-maintained. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and there is a double washer/drier. The location of this property is ideal - it is only a few minutes to restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, etc. Brent, the property manager, is extremely helpful and responsive. Overall we had a terrific stay and highly recommend this gorgeous home!

We had a great week at Villa St. Thomas. Everything in the home was clean and fresh. Perfect for our family of ten. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view is breathtaking. We had a fun time snorkeling out on the reef (on calmer days). The private beach was a great bonus and we even saw a sea turtle there. The location is wonderful. Only 5 minutes from Red Hook with a variety of restaurants and a couple of grocery options. Although the island seems very safe and we never had any issues, the gated property and community added layers of security.
We can't wait to come back!

This is the second year of a group of eight adults have stayed at this property… And once again, we were not disappointed! The property owner, as well as the Property manager bend over backwards to help you! I would highly recommend this property.

This house was amazing. We were a family of 12. Everyone had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed our mornings and evenings looking out over the water from the pool deck. The private beach, which was just a short 2-3 min walk from the house, was spectacular. I've already recommended this house to a couple of my friends to look at for a family vacation.

Everyday waking to the incredible view and beautiful house was breath taking. The property manager Brent made our vacation. He was responsive to every need from the first to last day. Brent ensured the property was totally functional and extremely clean. He gave great tips on chefs, excursions, sight seeing and restaurants. This home is amazing! 11 of us stayed in this beautiful, very clean home for Thanksgiving week. We all had plenty of space to relax. We especially loved lounging out back and taking in the gorgeous view. Both Kent the owner and Brent the property manager communicated very well and made sure we all had a pleasant stay. They answered all questions that we had. I highly recommend taking a minute to read through the handbook that is provided at check in. Lots of good information for you. Even a map showing you the walking path to a beautiful white sand beach nearby. I would also highly recommend using stockedvi.com to order groceries. They will deliver your groceries to the villa before you arrive and put them away for you. No need to rush out for groceries right when you get there. Red Hook is not far away and they do have a descent grocery/liquor store. We did not rent a car and we would have to call for a taxi each time we wanted to go somewhere. We had no issues getting a taxi with a party of 11. We hated leaving this place we call paradise, but we will be back again someday soon!! Thank you Kent & Coni for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!!

This property was perfect for our family of eight. The house was laid out perfectly. All bedrooms were a nice size. The pool and hot tub were great! The view was amazing! The property owner and property manager were both very helpful throughout the booking process and the week of our stay! Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous week with family and friends at this villa! We had a group of 12 including 4 couples, 3 teenagers/and a 10 year old. The layout was perfect for our group. The Cottage provided additional privacy for family friends, and the downstairs "apartment" set up was perfect for the kids. Kent, the Property Manager, reached out to us proactively to keep us on track with planning, and responded immediately to any questions/needs. The owner reached out to ensure we were enjoying our stay as well. The house was absolutely breathtaking, the pool and spa were used daily (all day) and is in a perfect location on the island, close to the ferry, Sapphire and Lindquist beaches. Red Hook is a wonderful spot for dinner with a convenient grocery store to pick up anything needed. We took advantage of pre-ordering groceries, which were waiting on us when we arrived. The outside grill area was wonderful, and the kitchen was well supplied. Double washer/dryers were an added bonus for a large group. I highly recommend renting Jeeps (Ken's suggestion) as the roads roads are steep and winding. We would absolutely return to this house, and hated for the week to end!

We had the most amazing trip! The house is sick and perfect for a large group with plenty of areas to enjoy solo or with the whole crowd. We hope to be back again soon!
Brent was wonderful and even treated us to a round of shots at Duffys! He recommended SeaSalt which has incredible drinks and seafood.

This home is a dream. I could stay in the pool area for ever - relaxing by the water. What a view. Our family had so much fun hanging out together and relaxing.
Brent (the Manager) was awesome. He made everything easy. When my daughter asked if there was a box fan for her room, the next morning we find a box fan outside our front door. He had brought it to her. He also can help set up or recommend chefs, boat excursions etc. he’s awesome.
Definitely one of the best experienced we have ever had!

This house was amazing. We had two families for a total of 9 people. I have been to St. Thomas numerous times, but this was the first time we have brought our children and also the first time staying at this home. Each one of my children said this is the best trip they have ever been on. The house is set up perfect for socializing with family and friends or having privacy and down time. The pictures of the pool and views or much better in person.
The house manager Brent was great! Both Brent and the owner of the home answer questions immediately and have lots of great suggestions if needed.
I would suggest getting Chef Angelo to come to the home and cook at least one night. We will definitely stay at this house when we come back hopefully sooner than later.

This is a wonderful place and incredible view. There were 10 of us and we never felt we were on top of each other. Lots of space to stretch out. House is equipped with everything you would need. Brent is great wealth of knowledge so be sure to take advantage of his recommendations.

This is an amazing home in a great location with beautiful views. My wife and I took our 3 daughters, son in laws and 4 grandchildren. The house had a lot of room for us to spread out yet all congregate for breakfast with a great kitchen and poolside later in the day. Located in the Red hook area, we were close to the things that interested us. We will be back

We can't thank Kent, Brent and the team at Estate Smith Bay enough for their outstanding hospitality during our stay. The estate itself is gorgeous, clean, well equipped and beyond expectations. Working in the lodging industry myself I can attest that expectations are rarely 100% met, however our experience was so flawless that I was literally blown away.
Our family of 8 was not only comfortable but felt at completely at home. The home is almost as stunning as the views, and is built in such a way that 8 people felt absolute privacy during their stay. The pool deck area is a true focal point for the experience and has some of the most extraordinary views I've ever had. The beds were extremely comfortable, the linens clean, crisp and the bathrooms were spotless. Their stock of household goods was truly extraordinary, so much so that our private chef managed to easily churn out a dinner that rivalled most Michelin Star restaurants.
This is a secluded, yet accessible retreat. The nights are quiet except the sound of the ocean and the view of the stars, amazing. We were literally 5-10 minutes drive from everything we needed and being between Sapphire and Linquist beaches, we had easy opportunities to see some of the most beautiful waters in the Carribean.
Everything was impeccable, from Brents assistance, to one of the cleanest units it has ever been my pleasure to stay in.
I cannot more highly recommend and look forward to spending a few more weeks in this beautiful home.

This house was perfect for a week's vacation with our extended family. The layout was great for everyone to have their own private bedroom and bathroom and the open kitchen/living/outdoor space was perfect for coming together for meals and relaxing time. Our favorite part of the property was all the relaxing places to lounge outside with beautiful views and a constant cool breeze. Proximity to Red Hook restaurants, groceries, and the marina (as well as Sapphire and Lindquist beaches) was super convenient. Brent (property manager) answered all of our questions and gave great advice for parasailing activities, beaches, and hiking on St. John. We will definitely stay at this property again!

We had the best time and the property was beyond our expectation. It was absolutely beautiful and so well appointed. The owner was great and quick to repsond with any questions we had. The property manager was wonderful and very helpful. Everyone in our family said it was the best family vacation ever and we all wanted to stay longer. Our group of 9 stayed for one fabulous week. The location is perfect for getting anywhere on the island. Close to beaches, groceries and restaurants (check out Pangea adjacent to the villa entrance road: delicious!) We have visited St. Thomas two other times and liked this area best. The villa is on a quiet road where you can walk with kids or go for a run. One of our favorite things to do was walk for five minutes to the neighborhood beach where we were the only people there. I was surprised that it was so nice because the reviews don’t mention it. The pool was perfect, beds comfortable and views magnificent. You will be very happy that you decided to stay at Villa St. Thomas. We certainly are!

It's rare that a vacation rental truly exceeds expectations, but Villa St. Thomas sure does. We had a spectacular week celebrating my husband's 40th birthday and cannot describe how much we enjoyed our stay. The house is gorgeous, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the pool is incredible, and the views are breathtaking. Staci and Brent, the property managers, were phenomenal to work with and helped us arrange for provisions and excursions. Kent, the owner, was very communicative and helpful. Given the location of the house, I strongly recommend renting a car as it made our trip much easier.

We had an incredible week! The property is great for families or couples, and the views are amazing! The property is close to food and entertainment in Red Hook, but you feel like you are on a private island when at the house. We loved it!

Some initial confusion regarding cost and additional charges to rent the entire property to accommodate 10 (not 12). This was in the fine print upon reserving but we missed it. Everything worked out and we enjoyed our stay immensely. There are lots of rules given the size and scope of such a large property but upon arrival it was very clear to us why they exist. The photos do not do this property justice.
The location is a bit tricky to find. It felt very secure and private. Nothing is walking distance and taxis had difficulty finding it so keep that in mind.
We hope to return again and I would highly recommend.
