This home was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The location was great, so close to the downtown area, we were able to walk to many of the shops, restaurants and historical sites. The view was amazing out the back picture windows and the back porch to view the marsh and watch the birds and sunsets, and it was neat to see the neighborhood from the front porch as well. The home was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need, and the artwork was beautiful. The hosts were very accommodating and available to communicate with. Overall, this was an amazing place and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Marina sunsets is a unique property- Michael and Hyacinth have created an eclectic one of a kind experience for people looking for the perfect getaway. Views of the marsh and an easy trip to any of the attractions awaits in this Vrbo. My only hope is that it does not get so popular that I can’t utilize it again lol loved our stay!!!

Very nice property. Loved all the little amenities that were added such as a plug next to the bed water in the fridge coffee a bottle of wine chips. A little bit of a walk to downtown. But doable. Loved the Ice House and the wineries that was open walking distance. Also had a food tour which we met really close to our place also.

The property was quaint with lots of outdoor garden landscaping, a common area for all to enjoy the sunsets. The space was everything we hoped and more with art inspiration in each room. What we enjoyed most were the decks front and back while also soaking in the peace and quiet each day.

Very nice apartment, private and close to great restaurants, Fish Camp .especially. Comfy and just / few minutes to downtown St Augustine.

Enjoyed our Marina Sunset stay. For future guests consider the Old Town Trolley. We hopped on at the Lincolnville stop, a mere 5 minute walk from Marina Sunset. The unit was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Loved the host and hostesses art work.

Great space and a great location. So nice to have a quiet spot to relax and access to some many close attractions. We had a rental car which made it easy to get around and see a lot. Thanks for an easy and great stay.

The house was very well appointed and decorated very nicely. Everything that we needed was provided and in good working order. The Marina Sunsets name is a great fit as we spent each evening on the outside porch watching the boats come in and the sun go down. We plan to rent this house again on our next visit to St. Augustine. Loved it - Laurie & Duane

MARINA SUNSETS is the perfect place to stay when enjoying St. Augustine. It is in a lovely residential area and only 10 minutes walk from the town. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

This was a wonderful property with beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the porches and sunroom. Loved the close proximity to town and restaurants. Would definitely return for a future visit.

Michael and Hyacinths property is absolutely gorgeous and made our stay in Saint Augustine! The property was beautifully put together and was walking distance to everything we needed. We have stayed in Saint Augustine before and this has been our favorite place so far, we look forward to staying again in the future!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Michael and Hyacinth were excellent hosts, providing great recommendations and attention to every detail on their property. We especially enjoyed riding bikes around the surrounding neighborhood. Vilano Beach, about 15 minutes away, was cute and fun. We highly recommend this property!!

We stayed here in 2023 for our honeymoon and came back in 2024 for our one year anniversary because we loved this property so much. Very clean and well maintained, good layout, great sun room, within walking distance to downtown St. Augustine. We would be home back again. The hosts were very responsive with all communications and check-in/checkout were a breeze.

What a delight this was! The porches were perfect for the great views and the inside of the property was clean and everything you would want. Make sure to look at the beautiful artwork by the owners!

Great spot convenient to everything

This is the cutest and cleanest place! Outside there are benches to sit on both in the front and back along with little waterfalls. There are also several palm trees which gives the apartment some privacy. The balcony along the front has 2 rocking chairs but no stairs so no one can come up and bother you. And as you can see in the pictures the back of the apartment is all glass and overlooks the "marsh" and the marina in the distance. The sunroom is great and the balcony in back is covered for afternoon shade. There are alot of birds out there. The apartment is very clean!! There are a few top restaurants within walking distance and also the On &Off Trolley stops about a half mile from there so you can call and buy your tickets and then get picked up there. The historic district was too far for us to walk but if you are younger or have a bike you should be good. And the owners were very nice and we texted back and firth seversl times since they wanted to be sure our stay was good. We would definitely stay there again if going back.

This place is charming and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the peaceful view from the back porch. The host checked in on us to make sure everything was good, which we appreciated.

the apartment affords a view of the marsh and has 3 micro climates. the Marsh side has a sun room and porch which reveals sunsets and the street side has a building long balcony, which in late afternoon can be pleasantly cool as the sun sets on the other side. Very nice bedroom and bed, pleasant kitchen and living room with long table and great cabinet for storage. Lincolnville itself provides interesting walks and is close to down town. We highly recommend the place.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway right after Christmas and had such a lovely time! Everything from here walkable, and the views from the sunroom were beautiful! We even caught a SpaceX launch during our stay! The home and outdoor areas were beautiful and everything we needed was provided.

What a lovely little spot! The privacy that comes with the backyard was extra special and not expected. It was great to be able to relax and look out of our balcony over the swamp and see the birds, the boats docked in the distance, and the stars at night. The apartment itself is in a great location, with an Uber ride or walking to downtown made easy because of the proximity. We would stay again and bring our growing family — would be a great stay for parents and small kids. We will be back!

It was simply easy to find and great views just what you want for a 3 day stay,piece and quite. Great local area for food within walking distance. Could not have found better. Plan to go back.

Nothing to complain about; everything was as expected. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet; everything you need for a good night’s rest.

Because of the weather, we were able to stay in the house, which we enjoyed greatly the views, the way the house is set up with two porches actually 2 on the back one on the front. The facilities were set up very well almost knew we really enjoyed, our stay there and enjoy the artwork that was lined on the wall. This is a great place to stay when you’re visiting Saint Augustine. We’re thinking we might be back at such a nice place.

We have made many trips to St. Augustins and always stay in the heart of the downtown district. This time we decided to try something different. This property was PERFECT. It's still close to everything, but nice and quiet when you want to get away and relax. The views are also gorgeous.
