Easy to access. Feels secure. Clean room.

The bathrooms had hair left in it from previous days also the floors were so dirty.

Clean. Walking distance to a couple of good eateries. Quiet at night.

No laundry facilities. Maid service only every other day.

Just across the street from pier and splash park and restaurants

We love this little place. Been staying here over 36 yrs everytime in St Augustine. They are so accommodating picking rooms. Just nice people & a clean place

The proximity to the beach was awesome. The lady at the front desk was super friendly.

Had to chase down house keeping to get the floors swept , one of the beds had a dirty sheet on it But once we spoke to the man he had someone come and take care of it bc rooms are cleaned every other day ?

Near beach and other things. Liked that the room didn't have carpet. The flooring was very nice. Room was clean and beds were fine.

Pool was smelly and nasty . Kids were excited about the pool but it was not clean. We turned around as soon as we walked in to the pool area. No way would I let kids get into pool. Thankfully they were grossed out by the smell before I had to say anything. We walked over to beach but it was getting dark so we didn't get to swim.
