It was a special weekend with old friends and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The location is very convenient, the apartment is clean and spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breeze sitting on the screened in porch. The view of the moss lined trees overlooking the blooming lily pads in the pond was picture perfect. I cant say enough good things about the gracious host. She was responsive and professional. The beds were as comfortable as could be and the apartment was nicely appointed. Thank you or opening up your home to us to enjoy a long weekend!

Outside of property was nice. Gated property was a plus. The only negative thing I have to say is that there was not enough hot water. The condo is a 4 bedroom 3 bath place. After 2 people took showers in the evening, the hot water was gone. The rest of the group had to wait till the morning to have hot water. That was the only negative review. Great location because to go to WDW, you did not have to get back on I4! That made the trip worthwhile despite the hot water issue.

This rental was amazing, extremely clean, spacious, and the communication with the host was impeccable. She was even available around midnight when I had a question. The rooms are huge, 2 of them have a bathroom inside the room, the kids rooms are beautiful and the loft bed was a real hit. My 6 year old with Autism never voluntarily wants to sleep in a room separate from my husband and myself, but once she saw the loft bed, we couldn’t get her out of the room. We are more looking to purchase her one. They also have any and everything you need to sustain during your trip. I was very impressed that we didn’t have to go to the store and purchase a bunch of things like when staying at a hotel. The biggest pro was that it was located 10 minutes from the park we were attending, we loved everything about it!

This place was fantastic. It’s larger than I expected, and very comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of space to sleep a large family. There are a ton of places to eat and shop around, but be prepared for a little bit of traffic all day and night. Overall, we were all very happy with our stay!

We came in to spend some time at Disney and Universal. This condo worked well for my family and communication was great with the owner/manager. I struggled with the gate and found the code worked better for me than the card. The Grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We were only staying one night and despite some confusion with the lock, which the host helped clear up quickly, we had no complaints. The place was very clean and spacious.

We booked this condo for our trip to Disney World, and we couldn't have been happier with the property. It is close to all the Disney parks; I think the longest drive to any of them was about twelve minutes. The condo was spacious and clean. The beds were quite comfortable. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions, and she was very helpful. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to add an easy chair or two in the living room. That way, a whole family would be able to watch TV together. Other than that, everything was great!

The location is great if you are going to Disney. 15 minute ride to Magic Kingdom. The inside of the rental is large and clean. The host was excellent and easy to get ahold of. The pictures of the listing need updating. The pool area is run down, the hot tub and heated pool didn’t work. The back porch had two plastic chairs, not the wooden rockers with cushions pictured. The living room doesn’t have an L shape couch and a club chair. Only a standard three cushion couch so not a lot of seating for a large group. The bunk bed room is right next to the front door and at the opposite side of the rental from the master bedroom. It was difficult with two young kids. It might be fine for kids 5+ but with two kids under 5 we had them sleep with us.

Very clean large condo.. had everything we needed. Has a beautiful view of a lake. Close to Disney and plenty of restaurants. Will book this condo again for future trips. Thank you for being such a great host.

Cleanest place we have ever stayed. Very attractive and comfortable. However, there were minor issues with property and complex. The pool and gym key card did not work so we could not access these areas without others letting us in. The hot water heater has an element out so we got a lot of cold showers. The water heater had the cover of the element removed so I assume someone was working on it or at least knew of it. The fan in one bath did not work. The hot tub on the property did not work. Overall the condo was very beautiful, in a good location and comfortable. There were just a few things that needed fixing to make it a five star property.

The property is actually about a 10 miles drive from the Walt Disney World Parks. The property was nice but they did have an ant problem. There was no extra toilet paper rolls so we had to purchase them along with tissues and stuff to help take care of the ant problem. For the distance from the parks the price should have been lower. Also there cleaning fee should have been waived since they require you to clean the property and wash towels and sheets upon leaving. Their cleaning fee is higher than other properties I searched after the fact.

Great experience staying here with my husband, 4 year old and 5 month old. There was room for a lot more people. Everything was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice. We would certainly return.

Parents night out! Six of us went for one night to Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights and stayed at this location. It had everything we needed and more. The beds and pillows are INCREDIBLY comfortable! We all slept like babies. Each couple had access to their own bathroom which was a major plus for me as I tend to travel with a ton of toiletries and makeup. My husband and I stayed in the first front room with a double bed on bottom and a twin top bunk. I noticed a pack n play in the closet for babies amongst other items for children including a HUGE amount of toys. Pretty awesome for the owners to provide things like this so parents don’t have to lug these items with them on vacation. The location was PRIME for shopping, eating, and exploring. So many options on where to go, what to eat, etc. Danielle, the owner, was quick with responding to messages and very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here it so close to Disney we were at the parks within minutes. The home was so clean and nice and loooked just like the pics. Our only small thing was we wished the pool didnt close at dusk but i guess thats pretty normal for the area. All in all we loved our stay and how close the property was to everything

Overall we enjoyed it

Property was as described, very clean, beds comfy all exceeded expectations. The only issue we had was when we tried to use the oven within a few mins it started to smoke and fire alarm went off which means it probably just needs to be cleaned. Everything in the house was clean, and our family had a great stay!

Over the winter break, I decided to go to Disney World with my two sons and a friend of mine. It has always been a dream of mine to do so and because my kids are going off to college this year, I've decided that this was the best time to go on vacation. To begin with, the condo wasn't very costly. As a matter of fact, especially for the quality you are getting. Upon immediately entering the place, I was struck with a feeling of euphoria as I was a bit worried that the pictures that I saw online might have been too good to be true. Nevertheless, I was not disappointed. Another thing was that the owner was super inviting. Whenever I had any questions, he made sure to answer at a moments notice and from the time we first entered to when we left, he made sure to check in on us to make sure that we were doing fine. There was just this feeling of genuinity that was felt from the owner. Lastly, the location of the place was great. It was very quiet and there was access to a gym and a swimming pool, though it was in a communal area. There were also many restaurants located nearby, not to say that it was relatively close to Disney World.

Location was perfect. A little difficult to find the road at night. Beware metal steps. Need room darkening curtains in the kids room, which is right at the front door. Take showers at intervals, because the hot water will run out on you. This place really was very nice. It had everything we needed for our trip. The owner responded quickly when questions were asked.

My mom and I were planning our first vacation with my 8 week old daughter. This would also be my first long outing without my husband (he’s active duty). If you’re looking for an option NOT on Disney property, then this is definitely the place to stay. The location was perfect- located to a multitude of restaurants, coffee shops, etc., close to the highway to get to and from the Disney parks AND if you’re trying to fit Universal in there as well, it’s also not a long drive. If you’re going with your family with a variety of ages, this place is PERFECT. we originally planned this trip to accommodate a party of 8 and this place would have fit the bill. Budget wise- this is the best bang for the buck that I have seen. I would spend the money again on this place. Customer service- though we didn’t need much, Danielle was quick to accommodate! 10/10 recommend!!

Vrbo was clean & exactly as described. We greatly appreciated the added touches for kids. Location cant be beat for Disney! Will definitely be staying again.

I would stay at this property again and recommend it to others. The interior was exactly as pictured, and it was very clean when we arrived. We had a few minor problems - the hot water didn't last very long and with 8 of us that was a little inconvenient but a cool shower after a long hot day at Disney really wasn't so bad so we didn't mind much. The community hot tub at the pool area wasn't working and was only open until dusk so that was a little disappointing but that's just the rules and responsibility of that complex, not the renters for this specific condo so again, can't really pin that against these guys. I do wish the living room had another small couch or recliner or something like that. There's just the one couch, and with our big group some more comfortable seating besides the stools at the little table would have been nice, but it served us just fine for our purposes - our trip was really about Disney from open to close so we just needed a nice, clean, affordable but modern, safe and convenient place and this offered that 100%.
