The check in process was very easy. Location was great! It is in a walkable neighborhood close to the Farmer’s Market, restaurants, and TN museum. The house itself was so charming and comfortable! Plenty of room for all eight of us. It had everything we needed for a long weekend stay.

6 of us had a little family meet up in Nashville. The house was perfect - plenty of space, very clean, cute, charming, nice neighborhood, and very easy to grab ride services to anywhere we needed to go. Communication leading up to our trip was timely and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Overall it was pretty clean. Would have been nice to have more than one bath towel per person, there was only one pod for the wash machine and only one roll of paper towels. Also a good sized spider under pillow in main bedroom. Stools at bar are soiled.

I'll start by saying our 5-day stay for 3 people great overall. Although we had maintenance issues, they were resolved within 24 hrs, but more on that in a minute. The property's location is fantastic. It's in a quaint residential neighborhood, 1.3 miles from the heart of Broadway St, downtown. It's barely a 5-minute walk to the Nashville Farmers' Market and a 10-minute walk to First Horizon Baseball Park. Best of all, it felt safe to walk around. The disappointing part of the stay was the way we felt once we arrived and started to settle in. There was a disconnect between the Vrbo photographs of the interior and screened-in porch of this house and the actual house as it is now. I get that photographs are usually taken when the property is brand new, but the onus is on management to keep the house the way it looks in your posted pictures or at least say how long the house has been hosting guests since those photographs were taken. The whole place could use repainting and carpet cleaning in the master bedroom. At a minimum, the house needs a deep cleaning, including on the screened-in porch where well-established spider homes around the main seating area make it uninviting, at least to humans. All the seat cushions and throw pillows on the back outdoor area and the screened-in porch are ready to be replaced. Upon our arrival, maintenance issues like a broken faucet, a leaky faucet, multiple burned-out bulbs, and dead batteries in the Roku remote required a visit from the management team. As I mentioned, these problems were handled with proficiency and professionalism within 24 hours. This property could live up to its name with a qualified crew who cleaned better and notified management about obvious maintenance issues. Don't make renters deal with them while they're on vacation. But it's up to management to know when to redo interior painting, clean the carpet, and refresh the decor - that or update your Vrbo pictures and change the title of your listing.

Really not a walkable distance to Broadway though. Alot of high traffic area (not near the house but along the way) and not great area to walk through especially at night. No trouble getting Uber or Lyft drivers. Overall a great find for our first visit to Nashville!

The house really was perfect and we loved staying here for my bachelorette party. The master bedroom is huge and the shower is huge. The closed in porch was perfect for morning coffee and the backyard was super cute! The only issue we ran into was there were so many ants in the kitchen.

We had an incredible stay at this Nashville vacation rental! Our group of six friends enjoyed every moment. The house was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, providing us with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Its prime location within walking distance of downtown and the farmers market made exploring the city a breeze. One of the highlights was the wonderful screened-in porch where we spent evenings relaxing and enjoying each other's company. Plus, having a grill allowed us to barbecue and create memorable meals together. Thank you for providing such a fantastic experience!

The house is decorated so cute and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very homey and neighborhood was quiet. We had a rental car and drove to downtown, it was way too far to walk. Great location and within walking distance to the Farmers Market, grocery stores, restaurants, and museum. You could walk to Broadway, but it would be a longer walk and you’d have to cross a few busy highways.
The house was in a very quiet neighborhood with a private parking area for two vehicles behind. House was beautifully decorated and stocked with plenty of soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, bath towels and wash clothes, and cooking utensils/cookware.
We loved the screened in porch!!! Got to enjoy some fireworks downtown from the porch, too!

Great space for indoor and outdoor activities. Little issues with not knowing ahead of time that we needed sponges and other cleaning supplies. Definitely recommend moving the carpet upstairs in the master as everyone kept tripping on it or the door kept getting caught.

Overall this was a good place to stay. There was ample common space and sleeping space. Some parts of the house weren’t in the best condition (shower door was broken, a/c vents were rusty). We also had a couple issues while walking to and from the nearby grocery store where people on the street became aggressive.

The house worked well for our girls trip and they did a nice job of remodeling. Loved sitting on the screened in porch. It was a short Uber ride to town which was great. Management was easy to to contact and responsive to questions or needs. The neighborhood is in transition so we didn’t walk at night. Walk towards town and not the other direction. If you are a light sleeper an eye mask is helpful as it is bright in the master bedroom in the morning and maybe ear plugs because of the train and helicopters. Also, the master shower water will turn off if someone else is taking a shower so beware.

My girlfriends and I loved our stay in Nashville at this house. There was plenty of room for all of us and we especially loved the screened in porch. The Farmers Market was a short walk and we had breakfast there a couple of times. Downtown Nashville was a short Uber ride or about a half hour walk which we did during the day with no problems. We also found a grocery store close by that we could all walk to also. Area was safe and would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party. This house was perfect and just what we were looking for. It’s located in a cute little neighborhood with quick Uber/Lyft rides to downtown. Listing as described. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the master bedroom was touch and go if the adjacent shower was being used at the same time.

Property was exactly as advertised. Bedding was comfortable and plenty of clean linens were provided. Easy walk to Bicentennial State Capital Park for "Nashville's Big Bash" concert. Ubers were quick and easy to get downtown to the Honky Tonks Broadway. (even walkable if you have a nice day and enjoy walks) Owners were responsive to questions and graciously accommodated our needs. We loved our visit to Nashville and the property perfectly was a perfect fit for what we needed.

There were 5 of us on a girls trip to Nashville and this house was perfect! The house was decorated so cute and uncluttered. It was spacious, comfortable and lovely. There was plenty of room for us and it was nice and clean. The location was great! We were in walking distance of the farmers market, (eateries, crafts and a stop for the hop on hop off tour, some stores and restaurants, and a short uber ride to Broadway St, and the airport, and 20 minutes to the Grand Ole Opry and the Gaylord hotel. Management was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. We all highly recommend this place and if we come back to Nashville will stay here again!

Great property. Perfect for our group. Spacious and clean. We did not do a lot of cooking, but enjoyed being able to have coffee and breakfast together before heading out on adventures. Our only concerns were when wanting to watch morning news or a Sunday night football game, we could not keep the wifi connected. Otherwise, perfect house for a perfect weekend.
