Beauty and the Beach!
Experimenta lo mejor de la Bahía de Banderas de esta magnífica villa de lujo de nueva construcción. Nuestra casa está ubicada en la comunidad pacífica, privado de Punta del Burro vistas a una de las playas más bellas y mejores saltos de surf en la zona. Honrado con impresionantes vistas de la bahía, las luces de la ciudad espumosos del centro de Puerto Vallarta y las majestuosas montañas de Sierra Madre como una disminución de vuelta va a experimentar la luz impresionante y color desde el amanecer hasta la puesta del sol.
Nuestra casa fue construida y equipada con los mejores maderas y materiales naturales de la región y de todo México. Hemos tenido mucho cuidado para asegurar que la propiedad está muy bien equipado en todos los sentidos. Had alarge multigenerational family get together over Christmas break. Ivan and Pablo attended to our every request. The walk to the beach is only a minute down the road. And it’s a beautiful quiet beach with great waves and sunsets. Ivan organized a chef on three nights…all meals were excellent. The place is clean with many separate areas to socialize in small groups or relax alone. The housekeeper cleaned every day and did a great job. The only thing that was a little bit of a bummer was the presence of a hot tub on the top level that was out of order and from it, the sunsets would have been amazing. Neighborhood is quiet and safe with security roaming around and a guarded gate. All in all, it was a great family trip and the house was perfect for it.

There’s more common space than we expected, three separate very large rooms, each with its own view and seating for 10+ people.
Ivan, the house manager, helped make our entire stay seamless, including stocking the kitchen with our choice of groceries pre-arrival, getting us a rental car delivered (for less than 1/3 of the airport car rental companies), setting us up with a private boat for snorkeling, renting surf boards for us so they were waiting at the house, and arranging an incredible chef, Gina, for two dinners.
The pool area is epic, the open plan kitchen/living room opens onto the Infiniti pool with lounge chairs surrounded by swaying palms with the ocean beyond.
Would skip Visto Paradiso - a tourist trap activity company.

I can not say enough about the property the service the people the atmosphere the location the hosts! I will be back with the kids in November I am planning! Thank you Pablo, Ivan, Olever and Irene! Love you guys!

I was worried that the villa might be a little tired, since a lot of the reviews were several years old, but it is absolutely lovely. The house was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean and had a wonderful holiday vibe. It has a lot of wide open indoor and outdoor spaces for dining, dancing and relaxing. The management staff is attentive and courteous.

Absolutely incredible!
Stayed at this property with 14 girls for my bachelorette and I could not have dreamed up a better place. The house was amazing in all ways the pictures don’t even do it justice, the property manager Pablo organized everything we needed and more! He hooked us up with incredible chefs, organized transportation, got us reservations at restaurants, it felt like we were queens for the weekend! The beach is a two minute walk away with surfing super close as well. If you’re debating staying here just book it, it made the weekend absolutely perfect!

Amazing time at Fuego Del Mar! From Pablo’s amazing help and the staff and home itself we had a fantastic time in Burros! Sun and surf and delicious dinners with Alejandro and Enrique too! We’ll be back to the Burros!

Beautiful House
My family and our group of friends had a fantastic time staying in Punta del Burro. The house was incredible - beautiful, immaculate, and well-equipped. We were 3 families - 12 total (6 adults, 6 children ages 8-10) and the house was plenty big enough. It was just a 1 minute stroll to the beach through the beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The burros surf break is a 5 minute walk down the beach. The house manager, Pablo, was very responsive to our questions and the on-site gardener was as friendly as can be. We couldn't have asked for a better house, location, or host.

Great place to stay
My party of 8 adults and 4 kids had an excellent time in this beautiful house. TIP have a handy copy of your booking to make getting in the guard gate easier. The view is spectacular and the grounds lush. The walk to the beach takes just a minute. The ocean is a little hard underneath and I wish I had brought a better water shoe. We had the beach to ourselves mostly and no hawkers selling anything. The pool is great but the hot tub wasn't working when we were there. The pool came with floats and their were boogie boards for the ocean.
We ate most meals in because we had two chefs in our party. This was the best equipped kitchen of any rental I have every stayed in. Nice touches like the citrus juicer made our drinks better. Karen even bought us cake pans we needed for the birthday cake. There are two nice tables to sit a large group, we switched back and forth.
I don't seek out houses because of their art but it is so nicely decorated it really added to the experience. She has curated a gorgeous selection and we found a new piece every day. We were all blown away. The wifi worked well, the SONOS music system was a nice touch we used everyday.
Lupe the one site gardener and Pablo the manager spoke excellent english and were very helpful. The daily maid spoke less english but it wasn't an issue and she was wonderful.
The house exceeded our expectations.

Paradise Found!
Every moment - from when I walked in the door to when I left for the airport - was absolutely divine! The photos are only a glimpse of the beauty of the home and the surrounding area. Gorgeous sunsets, cool breezes and a day of rain that didn't bother us in the least because the outdoor palapa provided shelter. Impeccably clean, comfortable and spacious. Beautiful indoors and out - the gardens are amazing - picked my own limes! Definitely coming back. If you are undecided, do not hesitate - this home is THE place to stay in Mexico.

Absolutely Beautiful!
Our family had an awesome time staying in this spectacular home and found it difficult to want to leave and go exploring! We had a group of 11 and never found ourselves at a loss for space or comfort. The house had 3 large outdoor gathering areas, each with tremendous views, and plenty of indoor space. Unbelievable kitchen with a gigantic bar for the times we decided to stay in and cook. The owner also has some fabulous taste in decorating and you really feel like your staying at a high-end resort (we even arranged for a masseusse to come to the house on several days!). Great location away from the city with easy access to all points along the north shore and a 30 second walk to surfing and fishing. The pictures only give you a glimpse of how special this place is!
