Great little condo with amazing view. It could probably handle a little bit of updating and we had several problems with the AC but they were resolved quickly. Great communication with our manager.

From the moment we landed until the moment we left everything was taken care of. They booked our transportation and our golf cart for the week so all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. The views from the patio and pool can’t be beat. I love having the washing machine so I could do laundry at night.We will definitely be back! We love Sotavento Isla!

We had a wonderful time in Isla Mujeres. This was our second time visiting the Island, but had previously stayed on the North side. We really enjoyed staying on the quieter South side this time. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, great air conditioning and we loved the pool. The owner and property manager went out of their way to assist us many times. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We loved the condo and the location. We could either walk or use our golf cart to get around the Island.

We had a great stay at the property. The gated entrance made us feel very safe for our first international travel experience. It’s was clean but we were disappointed we were unable to use the washer/dryer combo unit. The second to last day of our stay we decided to open up the washer to do some laundry realizing there was standing water in the washer. I did contact the property manager who called for repair. Unfortunately, it was not fixed before we left but it appeared he was on top of the repair request. The check in process was a little confusing as there was no one waiting for us at the gate as expected. Hector did great with getting us set up with a shuttle from the airport to ferry and ferry back to airport. We did have a little hiccup with golf cart rental but we were able to get it figured out. I realize there is a language barrier and I do feel that may have been part of the miscommunication. I didn’t realize there was already pool floaties in the unit so I did bring some and left them for the next guests. Such a hit in the infinity pool/at the beach. We loved the quite nights on the south end. We went to the joint and punta sur food stand many times! Punta Sur has a little convenient store within walking distance that was so handy for us. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again in the future.

The condo is very comfortable and has stunning views. Our friend group of four had a great time and were sad to go. There is food and a beach nearby, however, a golf cart was very helpful to move around the island more easily. Hector and his team were very helpful and attentive to anything we needed.

Beautiful end unit with extra windows and extra light. View is insane. Clean and neat as a pin. Quiet side of the island. Restaurant across the street has outdoor dining and live music during the day and into the evening - great food and really convenient. Supermercado 10 mimutes. Isla Brewing - highly recommend - just a short golf cart drive. Hosts are excellent. Beautiful place we look forward to returning!

We loved staying at this VRBO property. The condo was very nice and the view was fantastic. We loved the location too. Hector and Jerry were very helpful in helping us get a golf cart and getting checked in. Thanks for a lovely vacation!

Unfortunately my father passed away the day before my trip. Jerry did everything to help with cancellation of reservation. I appreciate all the help and kindness he gave at this time. Hopefully we can make it to his condo for a visit in the future. Thanks Marie

We enjoyed our stay, the setting, serenity and beauty of our surroundings was the highlight of this vacation. We spent 11 nights at this premises and the promised wifi was either non-existent or very compromised. This made communication with family and friends very expensive. This condominium has everything any guest will wanted to have e great holidays in Isla Mujeres ,hight quality furniture, nice layout and size and the best is the ocean view ,spectacular.

Great place! Kitchen was very convenient to have also especially when traveling with kids. They had fun in the pool. The kin ha resort area two minutes away also has a dock for jumping off of and a climbing wall in the ocean ! Great weather and great bedding ! Extraordinary views of the Caribbean from both levels. Nice lanai for eating on. Great furnishings also.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo is new, modern and very clean with the BEST views! It was stocked with everything we need. Would definitely recommend it!

The condo complex was well maintained. The pool was great.The condo itself is comfortable and the view is great. The beach across the alley has easy access and fun snorkeling.Look forward to a return visit.

The location is perfect with beautiful views. The condo is very new, very clean, and very very comfortable. The infinity pool is a great place to relax and chat with the friendly owners of the other units. I would definitely return.
