A nice unit… was clean and tidy when we showed up and had a lot of little things covered (trash bags, soap, appliances, including k-cup coffee maker). Balcony seating was perfect and the beach chairs made for great relaxing beach days.
We like staying on 3rd or 4th floors here to avoid the elevators, and this unit was conveniently located near the center stairs.
Happy to stay here for the second time!

Condo was exactly as shown in pictures!! Beautiful decor, amazing beach and ocean view! Kudos to the PM. We had an issue come up (non-condo related) and the PM immediately answered my text about the issue and went above and beyond to resolve it! Would absolutely stay here again!!!!

The condo was beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed . Beds very comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean. Had a heated pool and a regular pool. We tried both Very clean and relaxing. Had a great little poolside diner. Great food and cold drinks.

This is a great condo and we plan to come again! We visit about 5-6 times a year so that says a lot. Very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, and VERY welcoming hosts!!

To keep it short and sweet. We spent thanksgiving here with our family. The host was great with quick responses with any issues. all issues had nothing to do with the condo itself. The heated pool was great for the days in the 60's. Condo was clean, and well stocked. We will be returning to this condo at our first chance. Happy Holidays.

Perfect Piece of Paradise
This unit was well stocked, clean, and conveniently located on the property. The elevators get a little busy, so the 4th floor is convenient enough to walk, while still getting the elevated ocean view. The property management company was amazing to work with, with no issues prior or during our stay. We would definitely love to book agai !

Wonderful condo!
We took my daughter to PCB for her Graduation present. The condo was exactly how the ad described it! It was so clean and tidy! Beds were very comfortable as well as the couch’s. It rained most of the days we came. So the comfy living room made our lazy days much more desirable! The puzzles were a huge hit with my 12 year old! Being right on the ocean and the 4 th floor was awesome!! Waking up to those waves and drinking coffee made my morning! Thank you again for a great stay! We will be booking again!

This condo was everything we hoped for and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The condo was beautiful, very comfortable, very clean, kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need, and the management went above and beyond - communication was easy, they were professional and friendly. I highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time here. The condo was the best! Great space, beautifully decorated and the cleanest place we have stayed in! The view of the ocean from our balcony was perfect. There are 2 great pools, gym and spa on the property and Bikini Bob's bar and grill had great food as well. The guys at Daja View were very helpful and immediately responded to any questions I had. Will definitely go back again!!

Best vacation ever!
Wow! What an amazing vacation! I could tell early on that this was going to be a great vacation. The communication from the property manager was great from the start and continued all the way up until the end of our trip. The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed and more. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. The location is great and close to great restaurants. We loved having quick access to Bikini Bobs whenever we wanted a nice drink or quick meal. Everyone was so nice as well. Being on the 4th floor was great for us, because it was easy to take the stairs whenever the elevator took a while or was full. We've been going to PCB for 7 years, and this was the best trip we've had thus far. We can't wait to return.

Nice Condo but crummy area!
Regency Towers was very nice! We especially loved the pool area with the outdoor hut/restaurant/bar area! It was super convenient! BUT...beware, the area it’s in is not very nice! Very run down area!

Nice decor & clean. Always a nice stay at the RT.
Clean unit, nice furniture, nice deck view. We’ve stayed at the Regency Tower four times now, and have come to appreciate the nice beach coupled with a warm pool. (Kids can swim all day while we still get an ocean view and sand in the toes whenever we want.)
This unit was done nicely, had what we needed for a nice week on the beach.

Nice place for family of 4
We were very happy with this condo. It was tastefully decorated and was well stocked with essentials, including chairs for the beach and other items. The pool area was nice and Bikini Bob's offered a good place to grab a drink. Check-in and check-out was easy and there was good communication with property management. The unit itself was great, although the Regency Towers could use a little facelift in some common areas and the parking lot side.

This was my last of many trips to pcb- Navy is transferring kids/ grandkids elsewhere. This was an excellent stay- condo tastefully decorated, everything I needed was provided- great stay for families- couldn’t get much closer to beach

Lovely room, with building frustrations
Our room was excellent, clean, lots of amenities. The building its in however is quite large, lots of rooms, lots of elevator congestion. Luckily we were on the 4th floor so stairs were accessible and we used them most of the time. However if you are carrying a lot of stuff and you need to wait on the elevator, good luck. You'll wait 5 minutes, it'll finally appear, only to be full of other guests and your wait must continue.

Summer Vacation 2020
Great relaxing vacation. The property is just as listed. Derrek the property manager was excellent. The air conditioning broke down the first night and when I called it was fixed immediately. The room is stocked and has many extras. My favorite place was the balcony! The property is dated and the elevator is slow, but I have stayed here over the years and that is just how it is. Overall we had a great family vacation and much needed time away! Thanks DeJa View for being great to work with!

A slice of paradise!
Our stay in this beautiful condo was amazing. We met wonderful people at this well maintained resort. The Regency Towers is a fabulous place where it was evident that the people working took great pride in caring for the buildings and grounds. The views from the condo were beautiful. We loved most every minute of our stay. We would like to return to this very condo because it was so amazing. Everything was provided for, the property managers were always checking in and we were able to enjoy some wonderful family time.

A fantastic stay in Panama City Beach
We stayed for the month of February 2020 in this beautiful condo. It is decorated tastefully, beautifully and very clean. Anyone would be very happy to stay here. It is fully equipped for all your needs.
We did have an issue with noise from the unit above but Derek of DajaView was on it quickly and eventually it was resolved.
Derek was always available and quick to answer our questions and concerns. He even provided us with some recommendations for dining and my wife's special birthday dinner.

Exquisite Condo
We enjoyed our stay at this condo for the month of December. Five star view from this 5 star furnished condo. Really enjoyed the kitchen, equipped with everything I needed. All personnel were a delight to work with, especially Derek. Thanks again for a wonderful month.

Beach get away
This property is all that the listing said and more. Tastefully decorated and very clean. We love this location. The property manager was more than helpful and responded to every communication immediately. He was very helpful. I will rent this unit again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Loved our stay
My family and I loved this condo. It was very clean and conveniently located. I loved the pools on the property as well as the very short walk to the beach. The convenience of having Bikini Bobs on the property was also awesome as I didn’t have to carry a cooler to the beach along with my little one. The condo has been recently remodeled and is very cute and comfortable. The property managers are the best and most responsive I’ve ever dealt with. Definitely enjoyed this property and will stay here again.

Our 2019 stay in Panama City
We had a Great time. Everyone was extremely helpful, caring. The condo was clean. Nice decor. The view was beautiful. They called to check on us. They assisted us in getting in early due to our early arrival. Overall a great time.

Panama City Getaway
The condo is just as listed. It has been nicely remodeled and has an amazing view of the Gulf. Being on the 4th floor was convenient for taking the stairs, since the elevators are not always working. Mind you this is a a facility straight out of the seventies, the common spaces are not up to date or very clean. That being said you can get a pool side beer for $2.50 and a hot dog for $1.99. We were able to Uber there from the airport and the Bate Shop sold liquor and beer accross the street. There was also a Dollar General Store available for food and such. Schooners a seafood restaurant right on the water was also withing walking distance on the beach and had excellent seafood. Ate there twice, get the blackened grouper sandwhich or the blackened red fish basket The condo itself was very lovely and well appointed.

Family oriented and clean
This is a great place to take family for either a week or long weekend getaway. Not only were did pictures accurate but everything was clean as well. Derrick, the property manager/owner (not real sure) was very responsive. He communicated from the time I made the reservation to the time we left. He made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. He even left a bottle of wine in the frig, as requested. I would definitely plan a vacation through this rental company again.
