Esta hermosa casa frente a la bahía tiene vistas fenomenales de la bahía de Netarts, desde muy habitación. La casa está cómodamente amueblada con muebles de alta gama y arte en todas partes. Está convenientemente lejos de la mayoría del tráfico, pero se encuentra justo al lado del lanzamiento del barco Netarts Bay. Estará a poca distancia del exclusivo y magnífico restaurante Schooner.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, su propio baño adjunto y, nuevamente, excelentes vistas.
El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size, ventanas con vista a la bahía de Netarts y un baño completo justo al otro lado del pasillo.
El dormitorio 3 tiene una litera con una cama individual en la parte superior, una doble en la parte inferior y un nido doble cuidadosamente escondido debajo. También hay una cama de tamaño completo en esta sala. Una vez más, el baño completo se encuentra al otro lado del pasillo. Esta es una gran sala para niños con mucho espacio para jugar.
Deléitese viendo los barcos desde la cubierta con asientos. Todo mientras cocina carne o hamburguesas en la barbacoa.
Contamos con amplio estacionamiento con espacio suficiente para su embarcación.

The property has great access to a “private” beach and is in walking distance from Schooners restaurant. The view is great. Everyone who we encountered were friendly. The location is within perfect distance from Tillamook and Oceanside.
A few things to consider:
Some of the kitchen items are questionable, like the coffee machine (dirty on the inside), the water kettle (rusted on the inside), and the majority of the cutting boards. Be prepared to jiggle and/or finesse the kitchen water faucet, it is very loose and will drip water incessantly. Since the stovetop doesn’t have a vent hood, make sure you open windows and doors to maintain ventilation. The grill is charcoal, since we didn’t have access to the charcoal on the property after contacting manager, we bought some.

My 8yo daughter wanted to clam and crab for her spring break. This house was perfect for our family to do just that. Had everything we needed, + great views and easy access to our foraging. Planning to return again for more good times!

Been staying here appox 8 times in the last dozen. The home has fantastic views and very easy access to the bay for our activities (kyacking, crabbing, sand castles, walks, jogs). The house was built around 2008 for the late owner of the Schooner restaurant which is next door. The design and flow is first rate. It is showing serious wear and the hardware, decor and appliances are declining way faster then the cost of rental has increased.

This is a nice property in a great location for a stay on the Oregon coast. So much to see and do in that area. The kitchen accommodated our Christmas dinner nicely and the beds and bedrooms were comfortable. There are lots of stairs so be prepared if those are a problem for guests. There were a couple of issues with the kitchen faucet (very loose) and there were no batteries in the flashlight when we lost power and heat for around 12 hours. We reported the faucet issue on day one and received no response and we were also surprised the property management company did not follow up or connect with us following the strong pacific storm that caused the outage and other damage in the area. We still love the property and location and would like to stay again and would recommend the property to others.

The house was wonderful and we just love the area and had a great time. We would definitely stay here again. Our only negatives were the location and usability of the kitchen. The location is easy to get around but it is right next to the marina which saw traffic almost non-stop. Not terrible but worth noting. As for the kitchen, we were able to cook all our meals but the pans, cookware, and utensils are all in dire need of replacing. Otherwise the kitchen was very nice and orderly. In conclusion, we did love the house and it fit our family of 7 very comfortably and was a good base for our time there.

Wonderful location
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay on Netarts bay. The location of this house was amazing with wonderful views out of almost every single window. The house itself was spacious with good accommodations and plenty of space for a family. Being next door to one of the best restaurants in the area was also a big plus.

You wake up to a spectacular view every morning. The sitting room is incredible a great place to just hang out read your book. All the beds were very comfortable and the bed rooms were clean. The kitchen amenities were great. Overall very comfortable place. Only two negatives one in the second bath the switch to turn from bath or shower was broken so it could not be used as a shower. This was inconvenient because it meant everyone was using the master bathroom to shower . When we pulled out a cutting board that was built into the countertop it had not been cleaned and there was still pizza all over it. Otherwise it was great. Despite the bathroom issue we will probably stay here again.

We’ve stayed here 7 times. It’s starting to show wear. Kitchen faucet has needed replacement for years and I cleared the bathtub drain. Glad to see upstairs sitting area flooring is new. Overall we love the locations views and access to the bay.
