This condo is at a great location with the perfect view. Comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. Beach and pool just steps away. Resturant's and shops at St. John's Bay just a half mile away.

The condo was very clean and well located- walking distance to restaurants and shops and about 0.7 miles to John’s Pass. The pool is spacious and the condo is right on the beach. We had a wonderful week and will plan to rent there again.

Just got back from a 5 day visit to Fl. The location of Sunset Vistas is great....just down the road from John's Pass. The view was worth the trip in itself. Check in was seamless and the condo had everything one could ask for. Pool areas were great and really enjoyed the hot tubs as well. Lisa/Chad were very responsive to our few questions and we could not have had a better experience. Will be back when down in the area again. Definately a place to consider if looking for that laid-back Florida vibe.

Can't say enough about the location and the owner. The unit is well equipped, including beach supplies, and the resort has a nice pool, two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, and immediate access to the beach...nothing beats wandering out the back and you're right on a wonderful beach. Owner was very responsive to minor things that are common to encounter in a vrbo, not worth detailing here. We will stay again!

Went with my daughter and two grandchildren. We all had a great time. Every morning we got up and would watch the sunrise. Beach was not crowded. Water clear with lots of fish to see while snorkeling. Saw dolphins and lots of different birds. Thanks for the use of beach chairs and sand toys. We had a wonderful time and definitely would like to stay here again.

The view from this unit was spectacular. From dolphins swimming across the beach line to glorious sunsets. The beaches were much less crowded than the Destin panhandle beaches.

Absolutely nothing negative to say about this stay. The room was perfect for our first trip to Treasure Island Florida. As soon as we walked in we felt right at home. The condo was very clean and had every amenity we needed for our stay, even beach chairs, toys, and towels. The beds were comfortable after those long days on the beach. That view from the top floor balcony is absolutely off of a postcard. We even enjoyed where the assigned covered parking spot was located so conveniently to the elevator and beach access as an added bonus. The location of the complex is about perfect as well. You are literally less than 5 minutes drive away from Publix for groceries, John's Pass for shopping and several of the top restaurants in the area. Right next door to the building is one of the best milkshakes you'll have on the beach as well. We enjoyed this condo so thoroughly that we've already booked for next summer. Highly recommend this owner and condo to any family wanting that perfect beach vacation.

We stayed at sunset vistas beachfront condos’ during the third week of April the weather was fantastic all week 75/85. The beach was clean and great for walking. Although it was just my wife and I, this would be a nice place for a young family to vacation. Beautiful sunsets!!

The condo was nice. A little smaller than I thought it would be. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I love the balcony. Also, we had to deal with the Red Tide! Not that bad but you could hear everyone coughing on the beach. They came around every morning and cleaned the beach. So we didn’t have to deal with any dead fish smell!!

We loved our time at Sunset Vistas and this unit was fantastic. Comfy beds and so quiet! The family next to us had four small (loud) children, but we only heard them when we were in the hallway together or on the balconies at the same time. We spent a lot of time on the balcony because the view was so beautiful. The sunsets were especially amazing! This property is close to many restaurants and shops and the ice cream place right next door is a must! We also ate a couple times at the cafe on site and it was delicious. Chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach which is so handy. Also, the check-in process was super easy. We were on Treasure Island at the start of spring break, but this area never felt overcrowded. We always found good spots on the beach and didn't have to wait long at restaurants. We loved our time here and can't wait to visit again!

Sunset Vistas is a location I enjoy because of the view, the beach access, and the on site amenities including the cafe and Tiki bar. Property manager, Matt, was very responsive. Check in was easy. Great vacation.

Lisa is an amazing host who is very attentive and checked in with us after arrival to make sure everything was ok and it sure was! The condo was spotless and had many highend finishes. The view from this top floor corner unit is fantastic and do quiet! We would definitely recommend renting this condo, you don’t be disappointed. Overall 10/10!!

This property was as advertised with a beautiful view of the Gulf. and comfortable accommodations. Matt was very quick to respond to our questions, which were few. Our only big suggestion is to add grab bars in the showers for old folks like us. We will definitely consider this for future vacations.

The location of this condo is great and can't be beat! We loved waking up in the morning and walking downstairs straight unto the beach, where we were able to rent chairs and an umbrella easily. Travelling with 3 kids, we loved the accessibility to two different size pools for each age group. Next door there is an ice cream shop, and on site a bar for the adults! Our only disappointment was the cleanliness of the condo. The dishes were dirty and I had to wash them all when we got there (cups, utensils, plates, everything). My guess is the dishwasher malfunctioned since the pod was still in there when I re-cleaned them. The cleaning supplies used before we got there also had an awful smell, but luckily this dissipated after the first night. Overall though, a good stay!

We had a great time at Sunset Vistas! The property grounds are well kept and clean as were the pools. The beach access is perfect and there are courtesy bins with toys, floats, boogie boards, etc.
The view was AMAZING. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only criticisms I would give is that the couch is a bit uncomfortable (although we didn't spend much time on it) and the king size bed could probably use to be replaced in the very near future, as well as the pillows (they were all really flat). Otherwise, no complaints and we would stay again for sure and recommend to others!

The unit was spectacular! The view from the balcony was so private, quiet and beautiful! Being on the corner, it was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the development had lots of conveniences. If we went back to Treasure Island, this unit would be #1 on our list! Lisa and Matt were helpful and very responsive. This very easy to rent with the property owners. Easy to make the payments and great communication to get into the property. We were able to get in before 4, very helpful because we had to pick 2 kids up from the airport.

Everything was great about our trip! Great pool and located within walking distance to stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and you couldn't beat the view of the sunset! The only thing this place really needed was a tiny extra TLC on the cleaning. Nothing that can't be fixed. I will definitely be back!
