Ms Meyer’s home is spacious snd accommodating. The amenities kept us at home for most of our stay . Outstanding pool, hot tub snd tennis/pickle all courts. The family enjoyed themselves for the week ❤️❤️

VERY LARGE AREA OF BLACK MOLD IN BASEMENT (2 FEET AWAY FROM A BED) *UNDISCLOSED* CAMERAS OUTSIDE FACING POOL AREA. We had 5 kids with us. Age: 8 weeks, 9 months old, 2 years old, and two 4 year olds. Diapers were changed, bathing suits were taken off. All in an area that had an undisclosed video camera. There is zero guarantee that these children/my children were not recorded. Just incase host says that disclosure of video cameras is in her listing it’s only because VRBO made host update description to include presence and location of video cameras ASAP (within 24 hours) or her account will be suspended.

This house has everything you need and is especially great for large families coming together. We had babies and toddlers with us and the house has a great set up for everyone to gather on the main bottom floor with a large dining room set , open living room with TV, movies, games, toys already there. BackYard is huge with playground set, fire pit with chairs around it, large pool (that you can pay extra to heat), jacuzzi, tennis court that also has basketball nets on it, gas grill, outdoor dining set. PLENTY of towels and linens, extra throw blankets, washer and dryer and coffee maker. Truly everything you need. The downstairs basement has a bed about 10 feet down the hall so baseball is a great bedroom for a family with kids and multiple kids can sleep on couch if looking for extra beds. House also came with blow up mattress if needed! AC works great also. Property owner Meghan was so responsive to any questions we had and so helpful and nice! Check in was very simple. Ponquogue Beach is only 10 minutes away. Grocery store very close by. Montauk is about 50 minutes if interested in seeing that town. We took kids close to mini golf which was fun but honestly you really don’t need to leave the house if you just want a relaxing summer house vacation. Highly recommend!!

Everything would have been great, except… the listing is marked with a “heated pool”. When we asked for the pool to be heated the own gave us some run around about needing to get rates for the propane and that it would be an additional charge. She never provided the rates. The pool service company showed up and turned on the heater. After a couple hours we decided it wasn’t worth dealing with the owner so we turned it off. She then tried to send us a bill, marked a month before our stay, charging us for her entitled propane tank to be filled. The heater ran for a couple of hours, using a few gallons of propane. This is has scam written all over it. We had an amazing bachelorette weekend, and this owners actions are putting a negative vibe on the event. Would NOT recommend.

Wonderful house for our family and friends to be together. Megan communicated with me as needed and we really loved the warm homey vibe she created. Lots to keep the little ones and the big kids (adults!) occupied. The location is close enough for easy day trips to east end of Hamptons, but away from the hustle and traffic. Kitchen is well stocked, making at home dining fun and easy. We even brought in a professional chef for a dinner party. Cheers to another successful family vacation !

The long ride up the driveway to a beautiful comfortable house made me so happy It was the prefect place to celebrate thanksgiving with my family There were games to play outside for all ages and plenty of room inside to eat and play some fun games The stores are close by to buy anything we needed. Hopefully we can go back in the summer.

The indoor living space was large and comfortable for our family. The kids enjoyed the large yard, tennis and basketball court and swimming pool. However the 1st floor bedroom had no a/c and was uncomfortable for sleeping. There was no safe way to enter the hot tub as there were no steps. The gas grill was unusable and the ice maker was broken. The house needs to be updated and repairs made. We had an issue with algae in the pool and our host Megan was very responsive and rectified this issue immediately.

We were 11 family members and had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The pool and tennis court were great, we really didn't need to go anywhere else. We would consider going there again. Thank you Megan.

Great location. Responsive manager, house was well large enough for our family of nine adults and two teenagers. Tennis court and pool used a lot. Outdoor eating area was great as we all sat comfortably around the two table set up. Fire pit was also used several times. Proximity to the beach was excellent as well.

Our stay in Hampton Bays was heaven on earth! The house is so inviting that there were days we never left the premises! It was conveniently located near all necessities. There were eleven of us and the dining table was able to seat us at the same time. The pool and hot tub were where most of us hung out. We found everything we needed in order to prepare and eat meals. It was hard to leave!!

The house is great for large groups especially with kids - the pool is great and so is the yard with tennis court. Area is very nice, quiet but not far from many things to do. Needs some updating. Cleaning could be better - a few messy areas, some you could tell hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Some broken amenities in kitchen. No gas grill on property which was a bummer.

The property was very spacious and was able to accommodate my group of friends. It was very close to the beach and also many activities to do around the house. The host was very responsive and was very easy to get in touch with when necessary. Overall great experience and would book again in the future!

This was our 1st time staying at the Hamptons in the fall during Thanksgiving week and we weren't sure what to expect, so we were delighted that Megan's property was available. She was very communicative during the entire process and offered her assistance when needed. Here're some highlights of the property: 1) The house is at an elevation with a beautiful elevated view of the Bay especially at sunrise from the living room and master bedroom. Lots of natural light and windows which is fantastic! 2) Massive property with a huge front yard leading to the house and a huge backyard with a play-space and a tennis/basketball court. We even saw deers which the kids love to watch 3) Massive master bedroom on 2nd floor with amazing master bath and steam room feature +++! 4) Separate large bedroom on ground floor with en-suite bathroom for a separate couple (including a mini-crib) for a family for privacy 5) Brand new hot tub 6) Other bedrooms are spacious as well. There're pack & plays and even a changing table for the baby 7) Wine cooler 8) There's a furnished basement with a bed and place to watch movies/play video games but we didn't use it 9) Convenient location at Hampton Bays, close to supermarket and highway We did find a few things we found to be desired, including parts of the house appear dated (e.g. rug in playroom at main entrance, sofa in living room) and a few things that were not clean; this was brought to the host's attention. We would definitely consider returning if a few upgrades / upkeeping can be done since the property and many of the amenities are fantastic in a great location with a wonderful host.

The house was beautiful. Everything we needed was on property . We needed a house that had everything for toddlers & infants so it was great for us. A family of Deer& turkeys can on the property every day to visit. Great outdoor activities. Had a wonderful time

This home was wonderful. The pics don't do it justice. We were a group and had a lot of space to enjoy ourselves. Megan was awesome to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly. I highly recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars all the way.

Spent two great weeks in August 2021. The house has lots of room for gathering, great kitchen filled with ample dishes and cookware, large fridge. Pool, hot tub and tennis/bball court are all large and created hours of enjoyment for my family and guests ages 4 to 74. Lots of ammenites too for small children. Megan was super responsive and quickly handled any issues that came up. Bedrooms are large and was great to have several bathrooms. Washer and dryer are also large and could accommodate towels that we used for the pool etc. Plenty of parking. Overall a great experience.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the house which was quite spacious and had a lot of room for outdoor activities (pool, hot tub, basketball, tennis).

This was a great house for a family. Lots of kid amentities at the house (crib, high chair, toys, etc.). The backyard (and huge front yard) is great with so many activities! The host was very responsive to questions while we were there. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! The location was a few minutes away from a stop & shop which was very convenient! The tennis court and hot tub were also big hits!

Beautiful home and fun playgrounds

Everything was great! We had 2 families with 2 children under 3 in the home, it was spacious for all of us to enjoy the property. The homeowner was very helpful and easy to reach. I would highly recommend, we may even make this a yearly tradition.

We had a lovely time at Megan's property! With a pool, hot tub, fire pit, swings/slides and a huge backyard we never needed to leave. And that is just the fun outside the house -- plenty of space for three families with kids. Communication with Megan was prompt and efficient. Would definitely rent again!

My friends and I rented this place for Independence Day vacation. The place is super clean, really convenient, and was a great house for me and my 14 housemates. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. The dishwasher is a little weird but works. All in all, it was a great stay! Highly recommend.

We rented this house for our family and extended family and everything was perfect. Huge pool and back yard for the us to run around in. It was so nice to rent a house that had a crib, pack-n-play, and high chair so we didn’t have to worry about bringing anything much with us. Megan was great with checking us in and all our questions. Look forward to coming back to this house for another easy holiday

We booked this house for my wife’s birthday- us, our kids, friends, and their kids. The house was fantastic and super clean, great layout, roomy, and kid friendly! Huge lawn area and the pool was great! The owner was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful and available. They also had a guidebook with helpful reminders, pointers, and a list of restaurants and places to go. Highly recommend this place for your getaway!

My husband and I rented this home to host New Year's Eve with our dear friends, and it was just wonderful! There are eleven of us, all in our seventies. We have been close for over 40 years despite the fact that some of us now live in NJ, NY and PA . This was the perfect place for us to come to together, relax, get caught up and ring in the new year as we enjoyed my home cooked sauerbraten dinner (which I prepared ahead and brought from home.) The home is huge and was immaculate, light and airy. Set up on a hill with a 300ft driveway this house was built in the late 1800's and has a lot character. The inside has been completely updated, very comfortable, with every modern convenience we could imagine. Plus, it seemed every window had a view of the beautifully landscaped 3 acre property. Some windows on the second and third level even offered a winter view of the Tiana Bay. We enjoyed quiet evenings relaxing and visiting by the cozy fireplace and lovely afternoons walking in the Hampton Bays area, as well as some great meals in the local restaurants. Our four days together just flew by. We all agreed we made some terrific memories together in this lovely home. Megan, the owner was terrific! She made us feel so welcome and was always available to patiently answer any questions that we had. We were thankful we chose this home to celebrate our cherished friendships and the dawn of a new year.

The property is great. The swing set was a bonus for our 3 year old and the adults enjoyed a soak in the hot tub after a busy day!
