Perfect for a large family. Very nice layout and very nice pool area. Matteo was extremely helpful in making sure everything went as planned. Would rent again.

Matteo was an amazing host making sure that we had everything we needed. The house is perfect for a large gathering with plenty of room for all the guests. We were 11 senior citizens that shared all the bedrooms. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy each other’s company. If I could make one observation to help improve the listing, it would be that it could use a little TLC. It would need just a little to make it perfect

2nd time here as a group. Very spacious and located in a good area in the Hamptons. Would recommend!

This house was perfect for a group of 9. Matteo made the experience that more enjoyable. I texted him several times prior to our stay and he helped out in every situation. House had everything we needed and a quick car ride to everything we needed.

The house is extremely large and has good flow. We had 4 couples and one solo adult. Everyone had their own private bathroom in their room which is a great plus. The living area was great for eating, playing games, and conversation. The kitchen was large enough to have several people in the same area. We used both refrigerators. The gaming rooms including the pool table was put to good use. The outdoor pool is fantastic. We spent a lot of time in the pool. There are two hot tubs and two BBQs. Outdoor seating and eating area was large enough for our group. We went bike riding around the neighborhood. Overall great experience. The house could use a little TLC. Matteo the property manager was very responsive.

We had a family memorial weekend at this location and it exceeded my expectations. The location was amazing. The photos do not fully represent how beautiful and large this home truly is. Do not hesitate to rent this home. The manager Mateo is extremely helpful and very easy to get in touch with. The pool, hot tub and entire back deck was just a great atmosphere. Highly recommend

Matteo was great to deal with property could usa a little tlc kitchen had everything you could need and we had a blast playing Foosball and poker great location took a ride to dune rd. For some oysters and clams about a 10 minute ride overall we totally enjoyed ourselves

The property had a lot of nice features. It’s very spacious with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool and deck area also very nice. House was comfortable, but definitely needed TLC and some improvements.

We had a large group stay at this rental, all of whom were close friends of the groom for a wedding in Riverhead. The house was perfect for the group - the groom ended up getting ready for wedding photos at the house, and the beautiful master bedroom and bathroom was an ideal location. The house provided more than ample room for the entire group to hang out and enjoy themselves, and had a large kitchen and dining room to facilitate group meals. Matteo was very responsive and helpful, and overall was a fantastic host. I would recommend it to anyone looking for excellent accommodations for large groups.

We absolutely loved our two-night stay! Matteo has been super helpful since the beginning, he is very responsive, patient, and paying attention to details. The house itself is very clean and spacious, we are a group of 17 people but we never felt crowded. The kitchen, dinning, and lounge area are perfect for group activities, the bedrooms are also large. It's too cold to use the swimming pool but we enjoyed the outdoor spa a lot, as well as the grill for BBQ. The location of the house is very convenient, I have colleagues who needed to leave early for family reasons and it only took 5 mins to get to the LIRR train station. There are quite a few nice restaurants and Stop & Shop nearby; the local beach is about 13 mins' driving, we went for beach soccer. Strongly recommend for getaway from busy city life or team building!

We loved our two nights here and brought in the New Year in style with a group of 14 city slickers that were just dying for a break in the countryside. The kitchen and lounge area is ideal for group cooking and socializing, and the bedrooms have so much space. It was a shame the weather was just a little too cold to use the outdoor pool area but we still made use of the jacuzzi-baths in the two larger suites! Matteo met us and showed us everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. If only we could book this for the summer, we'd be the envy of all our friends...!

From the beginning of our house search, Matteo was responsive and willing to show the property on a weekend following the worst snowstorm of the season. The house more than met our needs. The kitchen was well equipped for large family dinners and entertaining. The pool with waterfall and hottub were an extra bonus and Matteo went out of his way to ensure the falls and hottub were available when we wanted to use them. As parents of the groom, we needed enough space for the groomsmen to get ready as well as out of town guests. The house provided enough space for everyone and proved to work well for wedding pictures. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would not hesitate to rent the house again.

Matteo was a gracious host right from the first inquiry. He was prompt in contacting my party after we expressed interest to rent the property. It was a wonderful weekend and I would recommend it to anyone.

My family, friends & I visited this beautiful home for Easter weekend. Matteo was very quick with responding and was always available for any questions and concerns via text/email/calls. He even gave me a tour of the house prior to booking it on a sunday afternoon! The house was really nice, better than it is shown in the pictures. It was still winter weather so the pool or jacuzzi was not open but we were still able to enjoy the deck. The bedrooms were really nice, almost each had its own bathrooms! It was super convenient for everyone. The master bedroom had its own patio to the deck and a few of the bathrooms had their own jacuzzis. The bathrooms were really nicely done with marble floors. I had a large group visit so the house accomodated everyones needs. The basement wasn't finished yet but everyone still enjoyed the pool table and hung out downstairs. The security was returned the same night as check out. The game room had a poker table which the guys loved! We visited a southhampton winery, Duck Walk, which was only 20 minutes away. The wine tasting was only $8 a person and everyone enjoyed it. Afterwards we had a lunch at the South Hampton Publik House which accomodated my group of 10+ really well. It was a brewery which all the beer lovers enjoyed! I will defintely recommend the house and plan to visit back.

I would give this home a 5, but it has a little wear and tear so I took it down one. Other than that, the home was absolutely PERFECT for the weekend. Large bedrooms, lots of space, lots of bathrooms, beautiful deck and outside area. Matteo, the manager, was incredibly accomodating to our needs and responded quickly to all of our requests. I would DEFINITELY plan another week/weekend at this house. We loved it. Thanks again Matteo!

We used the house for a corporate retreat and it worked amazingly. We comfortably slept 10 people, each in their own beds (co-ed) with lots of room and lots of beds to spare. The house is huuuge - amazing grounds and close enough to good clubs for proper evening activities. The dining room was great for our meetings and there was lots of space outside "corporate bonding" over whiffle ball in the yard, frisbee, the BBQ and pool. Car(s) definitely needed though.
