Breakfast was good but not many choices. Room clean but some things broken. Location is great! Price excellent.

Almost no staff spoke anything but Spanish.

We like the location

Breakfast is small, you have other items in the menu for the same price, but you have to stick to the same breakfast everyday. If they are the same price, then why you can not get othert items? The room is not what is described. There is no dining area in the room, no toaster. Lots of problem with water preasssure and also they cut the water at times, to save, which is unacceptable.

Location to the Beach was fairly close. The Staff was very Friendly. The Room was comfortable. Hot water was a plus The stores near by were helpful The live band was great entertainment. The WiFi was very usefull.

The Name of the Hotel is the Restaurant. The road of the hotel location needs work. The shower pressure was a bit low. No water in the hotel on certain days. In the AM before certain time and Specially returning late from a night out. Some morning ordering breakfast took too long to be served. Not allowing for an extended checkout time. Of at least an hour. No lock on the bathroom. No cable and the TV didn't allow us to watch at least Netflix. Due to lack of memory.

It was lovely! All the staff are very nice and helpful, and it has an adjoining restaurant with great food and live music where breakfast is served included . There’s even a little pool. Super energy!! The beach is a couple of minutes away , a paradise white beach where you can swim and plenty of cafes and bars . This is the best value place at this location…. very recommendable!

Pros: The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was in very good condition and not run down. Well lit.

Cons: There was no tv in the room and the shower wasn't very clean. It had a water saver toilet that only worked on one side. The air conditioner wasn't very effecient, as the room wasn't very cool no matter what the setting. My girlfriend had an allergy after she returned, so I assume what they use for laundry soap but that probably wouldn't bother a lot of people, just ones with sensitivities.

Nice apartment, the air was working very well in the room we slept, nice terrace.

Everything has to be improved. I've never seen such a bad service. The apartment was not ready when we arrived at nearly 10 pm. However I have a property and work with booking.com which has a dismal and sloppy service and love putting the managers in very embarrassing situations by accepting a reservation when the room is not available. The guy was alone in the small restaurant down the property and running up and down cleaning up our apartment and getting food ready for the clients in the restaurant. My boyfriend and I left half an hour to allow the staff to clean up the apartment and when we came back 3 girls were warming their food in the microwave of our apartment, meaning that the manager left them enter as if it was their own apartment. The breakfast is the tiniest one I've seen in my life, it's half of a breakfast. It's a pity because the place is nice and comfortable except the fact that that night there was a party close to the property and the music was so loud that it seemed to come from our own apartment. Be careful if you chose that place, bring your own fridge there's none which is totally nonsense as there's a cooker to make food for half of the area... If you can chose another place please do.
