The room is clean and good size. The location is good and nearby some big shopping mall. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Wish there is more variety in the breakfast. Need better sound prove as I can hear noise from outside on the street as well as room next to us

booked Huan residences on the direct website but confirmation was done through booking.com. reuired kitchenette due to health reasons and was informed after booking that kitchenette is only for min 1 month booking.. if cancel will be charged in full. management staff said nothing can be done. daily necessities like hand towel was very small, toiletries also in very small bottles. expected higher standard of amenities for a 5 star hotel

The room was very spacious and comfortable. More than enough space for two, and several considerate points such as heated bathroom and toilet seat. Generally friendly and helpful staffs. Breakfast was simple fare but nice and clean breakfast place.
We were staying at level 4 and for two nights at 3, 4am we hear people talking loudly downstairs at the pub or night club next door. Rather disrupting to sleep.

Staff, service, room, facility
Room cleaning was not thorough. There was no extra roll of tolling paper and fruit replacement prepared. There are still few dust flowing around after the room cleaning. The pillow on the sofa was displace before and after the room cleaning. It seems like only the bed was made. I am not sure whether the carpet was also cleaned since the dust was flowing on the floor.

The rooftop pool is the highlight even though it was too windy to enjoy. There is also a sauna which is nice. The rooms were spacious enough for comfort, especially the layout with the mini powder/bar area. The HUGE mirror is a highlight as well. The staff was extremely friendly and can’t forget to mention the parking is SO CONVENIENT!
The interior design could be better to match the outlook of the hotel/residence, but it could also be the reason for the affordable stay. Also the breakfast bar could be a lot better, the bacon was dry and better cooked.
