Adorable little cottage with all the amenities needed for a nice stay. Upstairs bedroom was not optimal for sleeping (too hot & twin convertable beds were not comfortable) but we managed with the two downstairs bedrooms just fine. The living room was cute... could have used another comfortable seat but great television access and we made it work as well. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessities and then some... had paper towels, some spices, some condiments all in a beautiful set up. Had one window AC unit in the living room... fans in the two downstairs bedrooms and it seemed to be adequate for our stay. Having access to a washer & dryer was great. The outdoor area was great... there was an outdoor shower, great grill, nice firepit area with seating, good sized parking and grassy areas with beautiful flowers. There was bug spray available... sticks to roast marshmallows and a wrapped package of firewood as well. The road noise from Rt 1 could not be heard from inside the house as we had the windows closed and AC on.... you could hear it outside but it was easy to tune out and get used to. Our weather didn't cooperate so we spent a good amount of time at the cottage and had a nice stay. Also, the pipe under the kitchen sink separated and caused a leak... the owner was quick to respond and correct the problem right away. Thank you for a lovely stay... we would stay here again for sure!!

Our family made wonderful memories in this charming cottage near to everything yet with a wonderful secluded vibe. Hope we get to return soon.

This was a great location to go to Providence, Newport, Narragansett, and Mystic. We had a lovely stay in this well-maintained sweet cottage.

We wanted a few days at the beautiful beaches of RI and this rental was perfect for us! We were able to bring our dogs and that was a major bonus. The house was very clean and decorated nicely without too much stuff! Beds were very comfortable too!! We got to enjoy the beach for 2 days. There is road noise but the property is up above the road and pretty private which was great!!! Would stay again.

I'd return to this cottage in a heartbeat. It's close to everything and yet feels rural. Clean. Supplied. Quiet.

The house was very clean and well appointed. The owners made the process easy. Close car ride to beaches. Close to all amenities that you could need from grocery stores to pharmacies as well as coffee shops. Lots to do in the area in addition to the beaches. We have a 4 and 2 year old and the ride to Mystic Aquarium is under 20 miles. Great house and great location.

Tony and Laura’s cottage is adorable! The recent renovation is really well done, especially the well-equipped kitchen. Close to beaches, restaurants and all the fun. We would come back again anytime.

This was a very cute little house. Very well taken care of. Had everything in it. Even though on the Post Road it was very desirable. Very close to everything. Everyone loved the beach. Tony was always prompt answering his messages. It was a great find for me. Loved it

We stayed for 2 weeks and our hosts were awesome. The house was clean and easy to check into. All and all we would certainly recommend this place.

We had a Wonderful stay at this charming beach house. It had everything that we needed, was extremely clean & the beds were very comfortable. As others have said can hear some traffic noise from route 1 but the cottage is tucked up on a hill & felt secluded. We were able to bring our two dogs which is a big plus for us. It’s a short drive to the dog park, shops, beaches & restaurants. The yard is beautifully & I wish we were around to see it in full bloom! The loft upstairs was perfect for my 4 year old & also makes a lovely reading spot. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

The house was cozy and decorated nicely. Our stay was delayed due to a summer storm but Tony was great to work with and he was very accommodating to us. While the house is surrounded by trees, you can hear the traffic on the Post Road which can be a little much when you’re outside. Just something to consider. Close to our beach club and to the shops and restaurants.

Lovely, tastefully decorated, cottage perfect for exploring the area and beyond. My only less than five-stars comment would be it’s close proximity to the highway, which produces a lot of road noise. The house itself is secluded and feels tucked away amongst the trees. Overall, I’d still highly recommend it for its convenience and coziness.

A very cute house. It has everything you need. From the loft space which is great for kids to the washer/dryer, fire pit, yard, grill, to the water in kitchen, this house has everything you need. My family and I loved it here. There was traffic noise but not enough to keep me from renting again. It didn’t bother me in the yard and the AC noise completely blocked it out. Very clean property, nicely decorated and well thought out. Tony was always prompt with responses to questions snd very helpful. Would love to stay here again.

Very clean. Tony was very informative and responded with lightening speed when I emailed him. He was extremely nice. We enjoyed the backyard, fire pit and bbq. The home is not remodeled but it was well taken care of and perfect for our stay. Close to all tourist attractions but far away enough for that relaxing feel. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Tony.

This place was great! Well appointed rooms. It needs some updating, like the storm window fell out and the screens were the kinds you have to put in yourself, but all in all this place was very nice. Love the fire pit!

Loved the house. Lots of decor. I liked that the house had everything we needed and no extras that clutter the place. We had room for the things we brought. The only thing we did not like is being close to a busy road. The place is very private, but not quiet. Again, quite was not included in the description.

a fabulous get-a-way vacation for my daughter and I. close to the beach, yet secluded that you do not feel you are on an open roadway Tony and Laura are fabulous hosts! they checked in at the beginning and end of our stay. The reservation process was easy and communication throughout the process (reservation to day of arrival) was always timely, thorough and friendly. We LOVED this cottage! It had everything we needed and was very clean on check in. The kids area in the loft was such a blessing on the 1 rainy day we had during our stay. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Easy access from property to visit with our daughter in college. Having our dogs was a plus! Tony and Laura were very responsive and helpful from booking through our stay which was fantastic!

Our family vacation went without a hitch and the house was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable for four and adequate for six...Short distance to East Beach, Weekapaug, Misquamicut and Watch Hill...Several very good restaurants and bars...The landlords are great, too.

Really enjoyed our stay. The property is located close to everything, but gives you the feeling that you are in the woods. Very private lot with a nice fire-pit and outdoor conversation area. New grill was great to have as well.
