Only 2 reasons I took off a star.
There are no streaming services. It would have been nice to sit and wind down with a show. There was cable available

PROS - Fantastic location on the lake. Grounds are very well taken care of. Great walkout to lake entry - liked the options of graded sand entry into water.
CONS - We checked out a day early (and forfeited a night’s stay $$) because the pull out couch is so awful that my kids couldn’t sleep. Until they replace it, do NOT plan on using it. The condo wasn’t as clean as we’d prefer - random hair and dust all over. WiFi isn’t very good.

This unit is immaculate in cleanliness, styled comfortably and beautifully, with many upgrades throughout.
The location is ideal with water views and easy access to the lake and dock, as well as a pool a few steps away. We will absolutely be back!

Good location, but the pot pans and cooking utensils are very basic. FYI you don’t need 6 plastic spatula’s. Overall is was just okay, probably look for a nicer unit next time.

We absolutely loved the renovation that was done to the unit. This was our third time staying in this condo over the years. The only reason it isn't a 5 star review is because the dryer wouldn't tumble and the outdoor grill only worked on one side. Also, on the hottest day we were there, the A/C unit didn't work temporarily. It was working again late that night, though. Other than these minor inconveniences, it was wonderful. We will return again and again. Beautiful unit!

The new remodel is great, but the BBQ is in desperate need of replacement! It is very small and only one side works.

We loved the place and the area. We had issues with the bar b quer was only working on o e side and a broken umbrella. Was told they would send maintenance over but they never came.

A beautiful condo with a great location on the lake - it really is just out the back door and you have wonderful views the entire day. Condos also have really nice amenities. The only thing that needs attention is the pull out bed - it’s clearly missing a support arm which makes a huge soft spot in the mattress. Would be brutal for an adult to sleep on but my kids did fine on it and it’s an easy fix. Otherwise perfect.

Can't wait to come back
We went with some family, and each got a different room. This was by far the best location, and was such a great room. My husband and I have 2 children, and even though this was a 1 bedroom, it fit us all comfortably. We had lunch and dinners here too with the rest of our traveling party and it comfortably held 10 of us! This room was stocked with everything needed, and we LOVED being here. We will definitely be re booking. Don't hesitate to get this room if you're thinking about it!

Very clean and safe. The gas tank was MT and the umbrella was broken. Notified the front dest and they replaced the gas tank, the umbrella was picked up but not replaced. We will be back next year foe sure.

Lake Chelan Shores 3-3
We love staying here. The condo is in a perfect location centrally located between Manson & Chelan. The view of the lake and snow capped mountains is breath taking. The pool and hot tub are both open and fun to use at night. The grounds are well kept and the staff is friendly. There is a DVD player but no DVD's so make sure to bring a couple for a late night movie. This condo is fully stocked but I would recommend bringing your own shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Enjoy your stay!

Great Complex, Great Location, Nice Unit
Overall complex very well kept, clean and facilities were very good. This unit is directly waterfront and about 100' back from Lake Chelan. Unit is a bit dated but that isn't a problem as everything we needed was there, except for marginal internet. We would go back again to this or other units. While I have been an VRBO customer many years, on this unit they just turned us over to Vacasa and then forgot about us. And of course, took their fee immediately. Don't care for Vacasa all that much.

Ground floor, waterfront condo. A great place to watch activities on the lake. Also close to one of the pools. Adequately supplied. Would stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE
My experience was terrible! The listing was false and misleading. Nowhere did it mention that all the pools and other amenities would be closed during my stay. I understand the circumstances but I made the effort twice to make contact with Vacasa the so called property management company to verify if the swimming areas would be open and no one ever got back to me. Assuming no news is good news I booked the trip for my family and I. We drove 5 hours from home to be told that we could not use any of the pools. I spent the entire first day of my vacation trying to contact Vacasa via phone text and email and no one ever responded.
This was truly the worst customer service and experience I have had. I felt lied to and robbed. I would not recommend and property by this poorly run company Vacasa.

Beautiful view
This was a very nice place to stay, completely furnished with everything you might need for a weekend or weeks stay. It was a little dated, but still very nice. The view was the best part, the lake was right outside our sliding glass door. Full view of the lake! We will diffidently be back. Also the staff was very friendly & helpful. Thank you

Good views from unit and building is quite. There is direct sun most of the day. Patio was missing an umbrella but front desk brought one for us to use. We had to borrow matches to light the BBQ because ignitor didn’t work. Bed would be more comfortable with a pillow top mattress cover.
