Si está buscando unas vacaciones de verano inolvidables en New Braunfels para su familia a precios razonables ... ¡Lo ha encontrado! Esta ubicación es la mejor en el río. Ubicada en River Road en New Braunfels, esta nueva casa construida en 2011 se ubica a 75 yardas del río Guadalupe, donde tiene acceso a 400 'de frente al río directamente frente a un hermoso acantilado entre los cruces del segundo y tercer río. Ubicado en la comunidad de Cliffview Condominiums. Tendrás una playa de roca con acceso directo al río, por lo que es perfecta para jugar o simplemente relajarte mientras ves a otros flotar en el río. También puede ingresar al río aquí y salir en una variedad de lugares para subir y bajar el río. Hay servicios de transporte disponibles en el área para regresar a la propiedad. Esta nueva casa de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños completos está completamente amueblada con TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD en la sala de estar. Casa tiene WIFI, lavadora y secadora y parrilla de carbón de carbón privado. La cocina tiene una amplia distribución abierta con encimeras de granito y una barra para comer y jugar a las cartas y juegos. Está equipado con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable (estufa, horno, refrigerador, lavaplatos) y una cafetera y microondas. También se incluyen utensilios de cocina (cubiertos, platos, ollas y sartenes). Tendrá que traer toallas y paños adicionales, y mantas. La casa provee algunas toallas pero las fiestas grandes necesitarán extras. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, una cómoda, una mesita de noche y su propio baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo. Dormitorio # 2 tiene una cama queen size. Needs a little better cleaning. I had to clean refrigerator. table outside, door, and floors. There were no kitchen towels and the refrigerator shelves were broken out as well as a drawer. Just needs some TLC

I have a family of 8 and we stayed here 3 nights. The place was great and location is as well. It is a little close to the neighbors but theu were all fairly considerate and didn't make a lot of late noise. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Location was perfect for a walk to the river which only took about 3 mins!
Looking forward to renting again with better weather to enjoy the river!

Property location was great, tubing outfitter located next door, private beach area for the community, quite location. We had a great visit to the Guadalupe and are looking forward to visiting again.

Beds are so so the king bed has a huge hole that you sink into the middle and same with queen bed. Tv had no volume and couldnt figure out why but didn’t watch tv.
Location was perfect, call Roy’s rental and they will bring tubes and put in at the house then float down to 2nd crossing and they will bring you back. House had everything you need. Other than that it was great little vacation. David was very responsive and answered all questions. Biggest complaint was the neighbors but the house and owners have nothing to do about that

Drive into property was a bit long from main road...House was nice, but many small bugs and dirt on window sills. Did not have cable TV whole time we were there. Was broken and needed repairs. Enjoyed the deck and walking to River. Wish it would have been a river view, but could not really tell that from the pictures. Overall pleasant experience.

House was just as described. Very spacious good for large groups. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was mostly stocked with everything you need to cook. Short walk to the river for some tubing or relaxing in the water. A short drive to many different tube launching and rental companies. We will definitely stay here again on future river trips. Host was friendly and easy to talk to and check in was a breeze. Very clean aside from one spot under the house at the table set up by the bbq. There was a bit of a mess below left by the previous owners in the form of some happy birthday glitter sprinkles all over. Honestly this was not a big deal to us in any way it didn’t affect us or our stay and with as busy as the weekend was it was totally understandable. Had a great time.

Best New Braunfels spot!
Great house and location! We come to New Braunfels every year and this is the best spot! Great private area with rocky beach. Owner very responsive to questions and helpful!

Pleasant Visit
Checkout process was a little lengthy since we did have to pay a cleaning fee but overall the experience was fun and relaxing. the house was close to the river and had plenty of space for all of us.

Perfect birthday weekend!
We had a great time at Cliff View #9! The house was comfortable and clean and accommodated our family and guests perfectly. We had easy access to the river and a day on Canyon Lake was just a short drive away. Evening meals at the house were relaxing and festive (the well stocked kitchen helped with that!). We will definitely stay here again!
