This is a beautiful home! Beautiful location! Great for large families we had 9 in our group and everyone slept comfortably. My only warning to future renters would be to get just about anywhere is at minimum 40 min drive. Walmart is 1 hour away. It was fine for us but I know some people wait to buy groceries etc until they have arrived- might want to calculate that drive into your travel plans. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience and we are considering booking this cabin again!

This is an awesome place to get away from the city and just relax and fish. House was clean and enough room for a family. The only thing I would complain about is getting better shower heads as the pressure for the water isn’t good.

Beautiful cabin and location. You are in the middle of the dragon, Cherohala, moonshiner 28 and Bryson City. Plenty of room to park trailer. The bridge is a small wooden one and might be a little tough for new motorcycle drivers. It is a great place to stay and we will go there again

Wonderful experience. The cabin is about 10 miles out of town in Snowbird community and at the base of the Cherahola skyway, not far from Santelee lake and Joyce Kilmore forest. The cabin was clean with plenty of linens. Wrap around porches. Trout fishing from backyard. Beds were comfortable. Wifi signal was decent. There is a firepit but bring your own wood or purchase in town. There is an outbuilding with extra outdoor chairs and inner tubes. We only had one complaint and that was the water pressure in the showers was weak. Im sure it is not the owners fault as all faucets are water saving now. Most people take the water saver out for more pressure. There is plenty of water pressure. It just woukd have been nice to have more to sooth tired muscles from day of activity. Parking for more than 2 vehicle would be tight. There is a place above drive a 3rd could park. Notice to anyone pulling a trailer. Anything bigger than 12 or 16 ft would be challenging. We were able to unhook our trailers and move them by hand after unloading. If this is not an option then anything longer thsn 16 will be tough. The front yard is not flat like the picture but the sides and back yard are. Shouldnt matter but thought id add it just in case. Overall experience was great and we plan to stay there again next year. Thank you for having us. PS. I caight 2 small rainbow trout above the bridge. It is hatchery sipported fishing.

The property was perfect for a celebration of my 80th birthday with my four grandsons. In a great, peaceful place, with room to be indoors and outdoors, We all loved it!

Beautiful cabin in the woods! Just a few little things to make people aware Do not plan arriving at night! The roads are unlit and VERY treacherous! 4 wheel or all wheel drive a must! Stop at the grocery store in Robbinsville BEFORE arriving You will need Dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, sponge, dishwasher detergent .. enough for your stay as none or not enough are provided.except 4 rolls of toilet paper. You will also need some sort of cleaning spray , shampoo/conditioner and soap..or bring all from home. Bring water shoes or waders to fish in the creek behind the house, bring wood for the firepit , bring aluminum foil, That said…. Cabin is amazing, beautiful , clean and spacious. It is truly in the ass end of nowhere which was fine with us …. Rate was commiserate with others and we had a great time once we shopped at Ingels for all the stuff we needed. I would call this cabin in the woods the Beautiful BARE NECESSITIES.. beautiful but sparse on necessities.

We recently enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in North Carolina. Host was great to communicate with and even let us have the house earlier then regular check in. Very clean and amazing view. Will definitely be back

this was a great place for me and my biker friends to stay a few days and injoy some great riding in the hills. Nice cement drive to park on just be careful goig in and out of path going to cabin Bridge can get really slick when wet

Excellent cabin , great location. We really love it, the creek was perfect. Our dog have so much fun. Overall it was very good. In a goid faith i would like to mention that a bit tender, love and care is not a bad idea. Is a great property but the bathrooms were not clean , the TV was so small that it was almost impossible to watch anything and tgere was dust everywhere on tge tables, decorations. It wouldbe a place that i will love to go bad soon. please keep it up because is heaven on earth. Respectfully Ida

The home is beautiful & very comfortable! The location was equally beautiful! A fabulous covered porch to listen to nature & watch the stream flow by! The fire pit was also in a perfect location to watch the creek! We will definitely entertain the idea of staying there again!

Excellent property, outfitted with plenty of bear 🐻 decorations! Location provided for a great ride into Fontana and the Dragon. Home was excellent, just a described and perfect for me and my 4 buddies. Had great conversations on the spacious wrap around porch, over looking the river. Would definitely come back again!

Great cabin in a wonderful location

We loved our stay here. I have three boys from 8-13years old and they, along with the adults, spent all day tubing down the river and fishing. The cabin is stocked with tubes to use in the river and the kitchen has everything you could think of. We would highly recommend staying here!

This place was amazing! The view, location, and creek was perfect! I loved the limited technology and tv’s. It had our children out playing like children should vs the world we now live in. This place is perfect for family bonding, or just a beautiful peaceful place to unwind from the world. Would definitely love to come back!

We are 8 old farts on motorcycles and we had a great time. The cabin was exactly as advertised with good flat parking for the bikes and a little extra room for the other vehicles. Everything was clean as a whistle and everything worked. Water pressure may have been off a little bit no big deal. Only issue is the entrance bridge. I wouldn't recommend it for newer riders or those with large trailers. My 7x16 enclosed was quite tight over the bridge and down the path/road. The creek and porch are so worth it. It was so relaxing in the evenings. All the fellers had a great time.

It was a nice location right on the river. River is stocked and great for trout fishing for beginners on up. The property is clean and well kept. Nice big porches around the house to relax, grill, or sit and chat.

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the house and everything it had to offer. Wish we could have stayed longer. We’ve been going for over ten years and this was one of the best places we’ve stayed.

Awesome rental enjoyed trout fishing

We’ve come to Snowbird each year to fish and relax for almost two decades now. This stretch of the river is both scenic and easy to access for fisherpeople. The cabin is spacious and well appointed. Perfect spot!

Needs new TV and Beds but other than that good stay as always.

The property was a great location to access the nearby creeks for fishing and outdoors. I was able to catch trout behind the cabin, and further up the creek near the house the fishing was wonderful. Beautiful area!

My family just had the absolute pleasure of staying in this immaculate cabin! Our children, ages 6 and 10, loved playing in the woods by the creek and enjoying a fire and roasting marshmallows. The cabin in very spacious, very clean and extremely inviting. I communicated with Case, the host, the entire visit and she was very kind and a pleasure to communicate with. Our family will definitely be back when we visit our beloved Robbinsville. ❤️❤️❤️

Reserved this cabin for a New Year get away with the family. This was the perfect place to put down the phones and enjoy being together. Cabin was well supplied with items that someone wouldn't think to bring. The property manager responded quickly to messages and was extremely accommodating to allow us to check in early. I would of appreciated if the fireplace worked and if there had been a TV in the downstairs bedroom. I would definitely rent this cabin again. Definitely a must stay!

The location of the cabin is amazing, as the running stream/river was so peaceful and beautiful. Even when it froze it was gorgeous! We had two couples and plenty of room! The cabin is well-stocked with all of the amenities, including a great fire pit! We will definitely reserve this one again!

We love fishing this area of the NC mountains every year. This is a wonderful home and its location makes fishing Snowbird a breeze.

Wife and I just wanted to get away to a place of solitude where we could read, cook and take long walks. This cabin was a place that allowed us to do all of the above. The Snowbird Creek in the back yard was a definite plus.
