Nuestro condominio es parte de una lujosa comunidad de desarrollo de cinco unidades que fue reconocida como "Proyecto del Año 2009" por la Asociación Nacional de Constructores de Casas. Nuestro condominio tranquilo es cálido y luminoso, con un estilo único y moderno. El primer piso del condominio es el dormitorio principal que tiene una cama king de lujo, un cuarto de baño principal de gama alta, y un área de porche privado. El área del porche está rodeado por una valla de alta privacidad y un montón de sombra de los árboles circundantes. Cuando se viaja por las escaleras se sorprenderá por el ambiente amplio con una cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar. Los altos techos abovedados y la luz natural hacen que esta habitación se sienta más grande que la vida. Es el espacio perfecto para entretener a los huéspedes o simplemente una noche romántica. La cocina está totalmente equipada para todas sus necesidades de cocina. Nos encanta cocinar en nuestra estufa / horno de calidad comercial de acero inoxidable. Nuestra unidad cumple con todos los requisitos de un nivel Platinum certificado LEED y es de tres estrellas Green Certified. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood close to the beach and restaurants. Very nicely kept and a versatile floorplan with the primary bedroom down with full bath and a half-bath on the second level. Very open kitchen and living area on the second level. High end finish-out. Nice patio overlooking the courtyard. Great place to stay.

This place is so inviting, it feels like home! The location is perfect and the architecture is courteous! It is well managed and clean. Instructions and support of arriving staying and departure are clear and make perfect sense.

Our month long stay in this wonderful townhome was the perfect introduction to Greater Santa Barbara. We brought our bicycles and explored the wine country when we weren’t participating in the many other amenities the city has to offer. This was a perfect retreat!

We have been in Santa Barbara many times, and lived there for two years (long ago). This was our first time in this neighborhood, and it was a pleasure to be so close to the water. Also, this is perhaps the best equipped property we have ever rented, even coming stocked with some non-perishable essentials in the kitchen!

This property is beautifully decorated and in an excellent location. The owner has provided every amenity for guests to have a wonderful stay. Kitchen is well stocked and outdoor balcony and patio are perfect spots to enjoy the sunshine. Highly recommend a stay at this property.

It was our 1st time using VRBO. Property was extremely clean when we arrived. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a terrific time. Great location and neighborhood. Easy to walk to beach and restaurants. We highly recommend and will definitely come again.

This property made for a delightful stay in Santa Barbara! Perfectly located for walks to the Beach, the Funk Zone and excellent restaurants. The home was very well outfitted with all the modern conveniences and great design and the outdoor spaces functioned like extensions of the home. The only thing missing was air conditioning during the heatwave - but the quality construction, window placements and ceiling fan in the bedroom made it far more bearable than one would expect. Great place to stay and pretend that you live here!

The location of this home was perfect for our SB stay. We love how we can walk right out the front door to go on walks, get coffee and food. It’s a 5 min drive to our beach spot. It was very comfortable for the two of us. Evenings were very peaceful and quiet at night for good sleep. We will definitely come back.

We booked this condo recently to attend a destination wedding in Santa Barbara. This condo was perfectly located within blocks in State Street; Stearns Wharf; and the ocean. Everything is within walking distance and the neighborhood location of the condo is beautiful with olders historical homes and landscaping. The condo itself was a boutique experience…decorated to reflect the area and with excellent kitchen. We’ll be back….thank you for a great experience.

This place is spotlessly clean and a very comfortable space for a couple's getaway. It's very close and walkable to all amenities, beach, and shops you might need in Santa Barbara. This duplex has been kitted out with hi-spec appliances and furnishings, and everything for a great stay was provided.
Being 5 minutes from the Amtrak railway and bus station was very useful and could get to LAX easily at the end of our stay.
I'd highly recommend this property for anyone looking for peaceful yet central accommodation.

We booked this condo recently to attend a destination wedding in Santa Barbara. This condo was perfectly located within blocks in State Street; Stearns Wharf; and the ocean. Everything is within walking distance and the neighborhood location of the condo is beautiful with olders historical homes and landscaping. The condo itself was a boutique experience…decorated to reflect the area and with excellent kitchen. We’ll be back….thank you for a great experience.

My husband & I rented this townhouse for a few days after a wedding so we could further explore Santa Barbara & relax. The owner has thoughtfully stocked the home with anything you could possibly need. We walked everywhere: State St & Funk Zone is very close by as is the beach & marina. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. We cooked "at home" one evening on the gas grill- the kitchen is beautifully appointed & laid out well. The whole visit went off without a hitch & we would most definitely rent this home again without hesitation.

Loved the property. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 11PM. The manager left a light on and access was very easy. The location was walking distance to the beach and all the great restaurants. Would stay here again.

Amazingly well-equipped property with every convenience and comfort of a full time home. Walking distance to beach, pier, shops, and restaurants. Host was extremely communicative, so while we didn't have any special requests or issues it was comforting to know he'd be on call if we did. Would definitely stay here again.
