Loved our stay here! I'm not an owner but booked through VRBO. It's now a Hilton Grand Vacations property so I saw a few people getting a timeshare presentation. We stayed in two different suites while here and our second one was amazing! The rooms are really spacious and the bathrooms are HUGE! But I don't understand why there are sliding doors to the closet in between the bathroom and bedroom. Just weird. Maybe it's to make it conventions to put your clothes on/away while your in the bathroom?
There's a nice kitchenette with everything you need except a stove. The location is convenient to many things. There's restaurants, a food truck park, and a great market (Times market) down the street. I loved the pool (although the water slide never seemed open) and the direct access to the beach. Amenities were great: free use of washer & dryer, good sized gym, activities center, good cafe and bar, and live entertainment.
Staff here is friendly and helpful. I especially want to give a shout out to Lincy who went above and beyond to help us with our reservation.
Parking spaces are tight and if it makes you nervous, do what I did and park on the second level where spaces are abundant!

Great location and love the resort just wish I would have paid attention to the view. I did get ocean view for first week and then had to change rooms for scenic. Next time I’ll book ocean view👍

Beautiful location, facilities were exactly what you needed, pool is amazing for the kids, the activities centre and gym were awesome, the staff are awesome. Don't let the 90's decor fool you....this place is worth it . 5 star

We loved our stay at this property. It was very easy to rent and the host was very quick to answer any questions I had during the renting process. We loved our stay right on the beach at a beautiful resort with lots of amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

I was well pleased with the condo that I rented. The unit was very clean and spacious. I was close to the medical conference that I attended. I would rent this condo again.

Everything about this stay was excellent.
Booking and communication beforehand was great.
Check-in was easy.
Room was fabulous! I had a wraparound balcony and could watch whales breaching. It was quiet. Pool was great and not crowded, though poolside chaise lounges were sometimes difficult to find.
The bar was poolside with great drinks and view. No seated dining because of COVID, but the food you could pick up was good, no wait, prices not bad. Loved their smoothies.
Other guests were polite and friendly.
A/C in room was quiet and worked well. Bed was very nice. Sofa and chairs in living room were good quality and comfortable, which is often not the case.
There is a food truck park across the street, so your dinner choices expand to include Mexican, Thai, Seafood, BBQ, and a few others.
I did not want to leave, and I plan to return to the same property!

Nice location , rooms nice and big but since we booked thru VRBO they had 3 different reservations for us so we had to check back at the front desk every few days to make sure we could stay in the same room and rekey our cards.

First time in Maui. Beautiful. Great resort to stay at if you plan to also get out and about. Easy access by foot to nearby shops and restaurants. On bus line to explore nearby attractions and other areas. When hanging out at villa, great pool and access to beach.

Loved staying on the beautiful grounds of Kaanapali Beach Club. Room was very clean with well stocked kitchenette. “Scenic view” was not at all scenic, so we didn’t much get to enjoy the quaint balcony. Also, listing had check in and check out times listed incorrectly. Room is guaranteed to be ready by 4pm (not 3) and check out is at 10am (not 11). That alone wouldn’t have been a deal breaker, but it would’ve been much nicer knowing in advance. Also, this place doesn’t have ideal beach access, so plan on finding another beach to spend your day if that’s your thing. Would stay again and bring the kiddos next time…very family friendly.

Overall great place to stay in Kaanapali. Pool was super nice with good deep end. Unit great except for small beds. Location good for West Maui offerings and access to Lahaina.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in is smooth and easy. Grounds are well maintained. Room was remodeled and very spacious. Was told Hilton purchased the property and more remodeling will happen in the next year or two.

The rooms where clean and spacious. Van was responsive and polite. However, Diamond resorts owns this property and they give priority to members for any oceanfront rooms. When I booked my stay I upgraded to deluxe ocean view with the expectation that I would have an oceanfront view. Instead, I was bumped to a pool view by a resort member. Buyer beware. You will not get an ocean front room even if you upgrade. If you are set on having an oceanfront room, try another resort.

Place was clean big and beautiful , had Mountain View with huge balcony , strong air . Small kitchen no stove or oven , but frig & micro & toasted and dishes . Coffee for a few days . Paper towel as well . Nothing else . I would stay here again if price was lower then places with ocean view . Large enough for rollaway at no extra charge . Beautiful place and location .

Scammer host. My partner and I wanted a good view, a front view of the ocean with sunset view. So I specifically asked for a DELUXE ocean view and the host said it was AVAILABLE. I was excited, super exited. I read the views too and it seems that he honors his word for it. He emailed the reservation but didn't think much of it because he said he was gonna get me the DELUXE from the beginning since it was what we asked for. And again, he said it was AVAILABLE!!!! Couple days before we check in. I made sure with him what our reservation is. And finally replied to us that he didn't get is the Deluxe that we requested. And that he only reserved the regular ocean view (which wasn't much of a view when we got to our room btw). WTH!? He could have told us before doing the reservation of the room so we could have known and looked for a better place with a view (like what we wanted). But he didn't, he pretty much scammed us to just staying with reservation. I mean we're just a couple days to our vacation. I couldn't do anymore changes. Plus, places was all booked already. He refunded us but it wasn't worth it to the view that we got, that we wanted. And he kept on blaming me that I didn't say anything when he emailed me the reservation confirmation. But dude! U told me DELUXE is available. That's what I asked for. Anyway, story short. Don't just go with what he says, he doesn't honor it. Keep confirming with him until you get the confirmation and even call the hotel too just so you will know what you will get into and not be disappointed.

We are a family of four from Portland, Oregon (kids are aged 6 and 8). We had an incredible time at Kaanapali Beach Club and the owner T. Phan was easy to work with any time we had a question. The owner even offered to refund us after reading some negative reviews on-line, but we are super glad we didn't do that! We completely disagree with any negative review out there.
First off here are the highlights:
1. Incredible facility: Koi ponds and waterfalls, glass elevators (kids loved the exterior ones), the pool was our favorite each afternoon/evening after mornings exploring local beaches, and the room was perfectly sized and comfortable. The snack bar had delicious smoothies and the pool towel service was awesome!
2. The service: We had a room we weren't fond of and they switched us next day. The valets and housekeeping were responsive. They go above and beyond at this location.
3. The activities: We did the time-share sales (and said no) but were able to book a luau and cruise for a discount in exchange. The cruise was amazing and the luau was on site and perfect for kids. They have a mini-golf course and much more to enjoy. My kids loved the waterfall pool and the water-slide. We even swam on the beach out front and a huge turtle came right by us to our amazement.
Basically we made great friends there and used this impressive location to enrich our children's lives. Our kids can now say they've seen dolphins swim around our boat, they've snorkeled with turtles and a shark, they've swam in tropical waterfalls, drank straight from coconuts, boogy-boarded the Pacific, and so much more.
We had a great vacation and feel like the K.B.C. was a great place to stay and major contribution to that sentiment. We would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

This was our third trip to KBC and we really enjoyed our time there. Room, views, pool, breakfast buffet, poolside dining, activitiy center are all reasons why. Very friendly staff add to the experience.
We enjoyed the condensed layout of the facility and the close proximity between the room, pool, ocean, parking and activities. We felt like we were only a short walk to whatever we wanted to do..
While not KBC's fault, the current level of beach erosion made using the beach less of a plus than our prior visits. It did not detract from the fabulous ocean views that are enjoyed from the room, at the pool and while dining.

My girlfriend and I came for our 1 year anniversary and we had the best week of our life. Hearing the ocean every morning, and spending the week at the Kannapoli beach club was way better than I could have imagined. The room had everything you would have in a small apartment, grills outside, very nice pool and jacuzzi. It was perfect

Exceeded our expectations in so many ways! Amazing location, incredible pool, numerous amenities included, friendly staff, huge 800 sq ft rooms, very clean and beautifully remodeled. Went here for our honeymoon. Would highly recommend. Mostly couples, with a few young families.
Property is a timeshare site, but you do not attend anything related to that by booking through Van.

I have had a timeshare here since 2001 and was just recently there and wondered when do they plan on getting rid of the hideous looking popcorn ceilings and furniture that looks like it's from the days of Sanford and Son?

Van was great at communicating back and forth. Booking was super easy. Loved the resort. Food was great we ordered dinner to trying breakfeast buffet. Breakfeast buffet fills you up whole day felt like. The activity center helps with kids when you are tired and dont want to be on beach or by pool. All staff was friendly from valet to front desk and everything else within property. Loved view and seeing tiki lighting at night and music being played while lounging in pool area. Definitely worth money .
